Death Leveling
Chapter 55 Careful, The Sun
The perspective of a rather ominous clown:
Spit?—he’s spitting on me?
Don’t mind if I do!!—wait, IT HAS MANA!!
Dodged it.
Instantly, he’s on offense... then...
"He... got away."
I glared at the alleyway—dusty and empty, the faint remnants of dust still settling where he’d disappeared.
"He actually got away."
This man... he’s clever.
In pleasure, my eyes went upwards, my expression twisting into something almost euphoric—a grin befitting an orgasm popped up on my face.
"He’s so... clever..."
If he was any faster or stronger, he could actually pose a problem for me!!
"Ahh... he’s so clever!!"
How did he come up with all of that on the spot?!
"AaaaHHHHHHH... mmmmmmmmh!!"
Fuck...
Fuck... fuck...!!
"I’m so hard for him...!!"
"MMMmmmmmm..."
Calm... my eyes calmed down and settled—locking back onto reality, eyeing everything that had just taken place and bringing it all into a nice state of stasis.
"Now... System Killer..." now that I’ve seen all of that, I really can’t let you just get caught... can I?
It would be a shame if you got killed, don’t you think?
Not... when you’re so clever!!
My hand moved over my face—skin tingling and wrinkling, shifting and reshaping itself into something unforeseen.
Features began to rapidly convulse, my expression gradually replaced by the memory of his face—every characteristic transformed, every feature fell into place, and even the hair began mirroring his.
My clothes began glowing as well—the attire flashing as its shape shifted and reshaped itself, the robes loosened before evaporating into thin air.
Layer by layer, the material transformed around my body, reforming into the clean shape of a suit.
"Bonnie... that woman..."
I’m sorry... you’re necessary.
I raised my hands and, in silence, the surrounding MANA began to gather—strings abruptly tearing themselves and pulling towards me, dispersing as they attached to my palms before quietly merging into my body.
With a smile and a hard-on... I walked out of the alley.
Glanced at the time in indifference...
If I remember correctly, she should be working at this hour.
"That’s fine..."
Found a populated area, and stared at the oblivious array of people walking cheerfully without so much as a hint.
I closed my eyes—had to.
"I see one!!—he’s kinda rawrrrr too..."
As I opened my eyes again, a bewildered man had already stood in front of me—frantically looking around, wondering where’s he at—anyone would react this way, worry not!
I need a Technician for this—that’s the only way to get the System Killer off the radar.
Strings instantaneously locked the man in place—confining him without so much as a move, silenced and powerless.
"AAAAA...fgha..."
Staring into his pristine eyes, my entire body rapidly went inside him.
Next...
Began waiting for the girl to get off work, then started watching her—stalking her atop roofs, graciously eyeing all her movements until the perfect timing.
Then finally...
Pulled out a scrap of paper—applied MANA into it and had it embody strange writings.
Jumped down—alone in an alleyway, dirty and ragged.
And stood. Waiting.
Until she—magically, literally—popped up out of nowhere, standing confused and estranged.
"Hi’ya—long time no see!"
I waved my hand—belevolently like a behaving citizen!
"C— can we talk about it?" "Should we?—you want that?"
Honey, all I need is for you to activate your System—that’s all I need you to do, so be a good girl and behave.
Sigh.
Would one step forward do the trick?—will that activate your little instincts?
Instantly, upon my step, she materialized a Shadow Dagger.
Internally, this forced a smirk out of me—my external expression was glued, however.
My skin...
It’s tingling already...!!
Disaster’s coming... mmmh...
Oh?
My thoughts jumbled, realization hogged every neuron in my brain.
Bright.
Sun.
It’s evening—there is no sun.
Heat mercilessly began perishing the atmosphere—uncomfortable warmth of the summer, as if trying to sleep without an AC during the hottest day of a heatwave.
Aww... no disaster?
I’m slightly disappointed, but he should do the trick as well.
"Pretty boy is here."
Both of them... after all...
...would never verify anything, they’d just terminate my existence within less than a second.
The heat ensued intensifying—skin feeling foreign, as if under clarity mushrooms.
She proceeded to get down on her knees—aggressively throwing up and gagging, unable to withstand the abrupt increase of MANA in the air.
But hey—I don’t blame her, Smile’s MANA is so overwhelming no amount of combat intelligence will do the trick if you’re that far behind him in raw brute-force, speed, and MANA.
Then, a beam of white light surrounded the woman—her discomfort was led to a dead-end, as she proceeded to stand up as if nothing had ever happened.
With bright light in the sky—the sound of sun enveloped the alley.
He arrived.
The sun.
Smile The Nox—Level 10 with 1321 ELO.
In simple words...
A monster amongst monsters—a plague.
I smirked—a grim drop of sweat rolled down my cheek as I stared at the man in my presence.
"Is he the one, Bonnie?"
He said, peeping at her still trying to compose herself.
"Y— yes."
With utter boredom, he glanced at me and pointed his finger.
The entirety of my body began melting in heat—no fire, just pure unadulterated heat evaporating me from inside out!!
"Mhhhhhh!!! Aaajhhh—"
"Ouch..." I whimpered, beneath a dark sky rather than in the middle of the sun.
I was suddenly on top of a building a good distance away...
Then, I began hysterically laughing to myself.
I watched Smile walk up to the corpse—even the face burnt to the crisp, nothing but charcoal left out of it.
Had MANA focused on my eyes—allowing the distance to be minuscule.
Wouldn’t risk any clones getting near him—what a scary boy he is, even if he’s wearing his little mask nowadays and hiding that pretty face from me.
This man would fry me—literally.
Turned around—clothes immediately scintillating and transforming, red robes embraced my skin as the wind gushed my attire into the air.
Jester’s makeup glowing in the scarlet darkness...
"Now you’re free, System Killer," I whispered.
"So, what will you do?—kill more and ruin what I’ve done for you?"
I giggled.
And with a grin, disappeared into the night sky.
