Bai Wanwan smiled and urged him on. "You should hurry and tell them, or they’ll eat before you get there."

Xin Feng entered the house next, dropping a scrawny wild deer on the floor.

Seeing him soaked to the bone, Bai Wanwan hurried him inside to change his clothes.

"Alright," Xin Feng said, heading into the room. "Prey is scarce lately. I was busy for half the day and only got one deer."

Bai Wanwan laid out the sliced meat, wild vegetables, mushrooms, tofu, and dried potato slices one by one on the stone table.

The cubs lay by the edge of the table, staring eagerly at the food churning in the pot. The smallest leopard cub followed its older brothers and sisters as they drew near, unable to resist reaching a paw out to snatch something from the pot.

When Bai Wanwan saw this, she gave its little paw a firm tap. "My sweet cub, you can’t touch that. It’ll hurt."

As she spoke, she took out some pet snacks she had bought from the System Space and handed them out.

The cubs had never eaten anything so delicious. They immediately hugged their snacks and scurried into a corner to enjoy them.

"It smells wonderful." A deep voice came from the doorway.

The door opened, and a gust of wind blew snow inside. Bai Wanwan shivered from the cold.

Zhu Xiu immediately wrapped her in a fur blanket. "Are you still cold?"

’Of course it’s cold! The temperature is probably below freezing. If it gets any colder, I really don’t want to wrap myself in more layers of animal hide. I’ll just have to wear my light down jacket.’

"Cold."

She was about to snuggle into Zhu Xiu’s arms and act spoiled, but then she saw Yan Lie, who had just left, rush back in.
