In a cliffside cave in the nearby mountains, two Eagle Beasts were conversing.

"Are you sure it’s her?"

"I’m positive. It can’t be anyone else. How long has she been with the Golden Lion Tribe? She’s already birthed three litters of cubs. She must be the Holy Female."

The male in front, his eyes cold and dark, stared down at the forest below. "Whether she is or not, her fertility is strong. Let’s capture her."

"She has two Orange Rank males and two Yellow Rank males with her. Capturing her won’t be easy."

"They’re here for the Bear Clan. All we have to do is wait."

Another two days passed. Unable to restrain themselves any longer, the Bear Clan sent out more than ten Yellow Rank Beastmen to scout their position.

Xin Feng kept Bai Wanwan safe inside the cave while the other three Beast Husbands attacked together.

In no time, all of the dozen or so Yellow Rank Beastmen were dead.

Bai Wanwan stood at the cave entrance, mentally tallying the number of Yellow Rank Beastmen the Bear Clan Tribe had lost so far.

"The Clan Leader said that over twenty Yellow Rank Beastmen died when the Bear Clan attacked our tribe last time, right?"

The Bear Clan Leader slammed his paw down, shattering the stone table.

"We sent out nearly twenty Yellow Rank Beastmen, and not a single one has returned!"

The Bear Clan Leader gnashed his teeth. He never expected to hit such an immovable obstacle, especially when his preparations had been so thorough.

Conquering the Golden Lion Tribe had been perfectly within his plans.

But then, those Orange Rank Foreign Beastmen had appeared out of nowhere and turned the tables for the Golden Lion Tribe.

After that battle, their clan was already facing a century of recovery.

The Bear Clan Leader took a deep breath. Now that they were at his gates, this battle was unavoidable.

"Go! Gather all males of Green Rank and above! You will follow me out of the city to meet their challenge!"

Her gaze swept over the other Bear Clan Beastmen as she pointed at Xiong Zhen. "Think about it! If he hadn’t insisted on leading you to attack the Golden Lion Tribe, would your tribe have lost so many of its members? Of course not!"

"And now, he’s leading you out to your deaths again. I truly feel sorry for all of you!"

"Damn you!"

Xiong Zhen roared, his fury completely ignited. "Kill them!"

At his command, Zhu Xiu and Jin Yi moved simultaneously.

Almost instantly, they killed two Yellow Rank Beastmen.

But soon, the Yellow Rank Beastmen were on their guard and immediately began to swarm Zhu Xiu and Jin Yi.

"Xin Feng, cover me. I’m going to help them."

"Okay."

The Silver Wolf leaped to her right, staying close to the leopard and preventing any nearby Beastmen from attacking.

But Zhu Xiu and Jin Yi’s attacks were simply too powerful, and the Bear Clan’s Yellow Rank Beastmen were completely focused on them.

Only a few Low Rank Beastmen attempted to attack Bai Wanwan’s position, but they were quickly dispatched by Xin Feng.

No one was paying them any mind.

By the time Xiong Zhen noticed the number of his attackers dwindling, he finally saw Bai Wanwan taking cheap shots from the side, and the ground littered with fallen Yellow Rank Beastmen.

"What did you do?"

She had taken out exactly ten Yellow Rank Beastmen with ten shots. The gun was temporarily unusable, so she tossed it back into the System Space.

"Oh, just quietly killed a few of your Beastmen while you weren’t looking. You don’t mind, do you?"

Seeing Bai Wanwan’s beaming face, Xiong Zhen was so enraged he nearly coughed up a mouthful of blood.
