After coaxing the cubs to sleep, Xin Feng tiptoed over, took off his animal hide, and lifted the down quilt to slip in.

He encircled Bai Wanwan in his arms, just like he always did.

The two tiger cubs were the loudest. Xin Feng quickly glanced back at Bai Wanwan.

He lowered his voice and warned the two tiger cubs, "Be quiet. If you wake your Mother, you’ll be punished by missing a meal."

The two tiger cubs let out a wronged whimper, blinking their round tiger eyes, and slowly lay back down in the nest.

Seeing the cubs had settled down, Xin Feng got up to cut the meat.
