Chapter 2190: New Expeditionary Army (Five-in-One) _2

“Go back first, this isn’t something one person can solve. Right now, the priority is to establish a blockade at the entrance to the 18th Star Domain, while strengthening the defenses across the other Star Domains, and then discuss a solution, potentially by organizing an Expeditionary Army to find the source of the problem.”

Icarus·Radiance responded in a deep voice.

“What about the Eighteen Star Domains? This place is the birthplace of many new species; if it’s polluted, the consequences could be severe.”

Illusion asked worriedly.

“There’s no choice; we must first locate the source and deal with it, otherwise we’ll be stuck here till we exhaust ourselves.”

Icarus·Radiance said with a face full of helplessness. He was more worried than anyone about the pollution of the Eighteen Star Domains, but he had to make the most correct decision.

“Alright.”

Illusion replied in a deep voice.

Icarus wasted no time and controlled the Divine Illusion Mecha to turn around and fly back at high speed.

At the entrance to the Eighteen Star Domains.

Iswen, Gusadan, and others were quietly waiting.

Just then, You Lan saw a golden stream of light flying back from the distance, a slight smile appeared on her fair face.

“Big brother is back.”

Gusadan and others were invigorated.

Quickly, Icarus controlled the Divine Illusion to appear in front of them.

“How’s it going?”

Gusadan asked impatiently.

“Very bad, the 18th Star Domain is filled with polluted monsters everywhere. If my guess is correct, this should be one of the main passage entrances. Now you must establish a firepower blockade in all inhabited domains, absolutely not letting those monsters out, and once anyone gets infected, they must be isolated.”

Icarus·Radiance straightforwardly explained the situation and response strategy.

“Setting up the blockade is fine, isolating our infected personnel is also manageable! But this is only treating the symptoms not the root cause.”

Iswen stated tightly frowning.

“Iswen is right.”

Gusadan said in a deep voice.

“I know, I plan to return to the Divine Creation Star to convene a full meeting to discuss response strategies. If necessary, we might have to organize a large Expeditionary Army, and then find the source location to wipe it out in one go!”

Icarus uncompromisingly shared his thoughts.

“There’s no other way.”

Gusadan nodded in agreement, unable to come up with a better solution.

“So, who will stay to organize the defense, and who will return with me to the Divine Creation Star for the meeting?”

Icarus·Radiance looked at everyone and asked.

“Let You Lan and Iswen go back with you, I’ll personally guard here.”

Gusadan replied in a deep voice.

“Alright, with you guarding here, I’m relieved.”

Icarus·Radiance nodded, having the Alien Clan Leader personally guard should be no problem.

“But you’d better hurry, I might not be able to hold on for long, those big guys are tricky, you know that well.”

Gusadan reminded Icarus·Radiance.

“Understood, You Lan!”

Having said that, Icarus turned to look at You Lan.

Only to see You Lan floating, with her entire body emitting shimmering blue insect patterns.

Suddenly, the starry sky before them showed a vortex, followed by a distant wormhole forming out of thin air.

“Let’s go!”

Icarus maneuvered the Divine Illusion and flew into it.

You Lan and Iswen also followed, and then the vortex disappeared.

…

Divine Creation Star·Special Combat Hall.

The councilmen and generals were arguing more fiercely, each debating their suggestions.

“I say, we can’t keep waiting. We should deploy all troops, make those monsters afraid to show themselves.”

“It’s no use, those monsters don’t have consciousness, will they fear?”

“This doesn’t work, that doesn’t work, what shall we do.”

“You ask me, who do I ask?”

…

Colimy·Divine Radiance’s head was aching, he was about to get up and go for some fresh air.

Only to be pressed back into his seat by Rabavis·Radiance, who placed a hand on Colimy’s shoulder.

Colimy·Divine Radiance looked at Rabavis with a bitter face.

Rabavis shook his head, indicating he couldn’t leave.

Colimy helplessly continued sitting.

At this moment, the door was pushed open, and the noisy hall became silent as everyone turned to look.

Icarus came in with You Lan and Iswen.

Colimy saw Icarus walking in, stood excitedly; the savior had finally arrived.

The councilmen and generals were no longer arguing, they all crowded excitedly asking.

“Lord Icarus, you finally returned.”

“What’s the situation?”

…

“Everyone, quiet down.”

Icarus raised his hand to signal everyone to calm down.

Upon hearing this, the crowd quieted down.

Then, Colimy stepped down, reprimanding everyone.

“Look at how anxious you all are, what chaos! How have I taught you all usually.”

For a moment, many councilmen and generals were at a loss.

“Alright, stop rambling, let’s get down to business.”

Icarus directly interrupted Colimy·Divine Radiance.

“Alright, go ahead!”

Colimy·Divine Radiance said shamelessly.

“First issue an order, command local troops to blockade all Star Domains, not letting those monsters rampage, and the Cosmic Alliance government enters emergency control state.”

Icarus said to Colimy.

Colimy immediately turned to an orderly officer beside him.

“What are you dawdling for, go relay the order.”

“Ah? Yes, yes….”

The orderly officer was momentarily surprised, he hadn’t yet reacted; under normal circumstances, shouldn’t Colimy acknowledge first and then turn to give the order?
