Chapter 384: Encountering His Dorm Mates Henry And Alan

In other words, as long as no one wiped out the Nine Rules of Order he had established, Zayne was pretty much immortal and didn’t have to worry about experiencing true death in the Main World Terra, which was the reason why he was willing to make such a major move in the real world.

In a city block overrun by zombies, a team of survivors that was composed of four college students was strolling around the streets.

One of them, a male student with neck-length black-colored hair and blue-colored eyes, noticeably had an arm scratched by a zombie and was likely already infected, yet the other three members didn’t abandon him.

Holding a handgun, a male college student with short black hair and black-colored eyes aimed the muzzle of his gun towards the zombies and pulled the trigger, killing them.

Strangely enough, there weren’t any gunshot sounds even when Henry, the male college student with short black hair, fired the handgun several times.

Aside from Henry killing the zombies with his gun, the other two college students weren’t idle either.

Jacob, using his B-rank Lumberjack innate talent, held a fire axe and used it to chop off the head or limbs of the zombies near him.

As for Jackie, the sister of Jacob and the only female student in their four-person team, she was using her A-rank Radar innate talent to accurately locate the zombies and inform Henry and the others about their hiding spots, preventing them from being ambushed.

On the other hand, the injured male college student wasn’t just following them and doing nothing.

Using his SSS-rank Critic Complainer innate talent, he started criticizing the zombies, "With how pale and bloodless you all look, you must be malnourished and haven’t eaten, lacking strength."

"Chasing us with bent knees and unsteady steps, your movement speed must also have an issue."

As Alan, the injured student, was using his innate talent to complain about the zombies, his complaints seemed to have worked.

The zombies Jacob and Henry had faced became noticeably weaker and slower.

Due to this, it became a lot easier for Jacob and Henry to eliminate the zombies surrounding them.

Shooting the last zombie within their sight to death, Henry became delighted, "The military points I’ve accumulated are enough to exchange for a full set of military tactical gear for all of us."

The soundless handgun that he was currently using was exchanged by him using military points via his SSS-rank Military Arsenal innate talent.

After that last zombie died, Jackie spoke up, "From what my radar detected, we’ve killed forty-six zombies in this street and only four of them dropped wooden chests."

As Jackie had said, there were indeed four wooden chests which stood out from the zombie corpses littered throughout the asphalt road.

Seeing the four wooden chests, Jacob prayed, "Hopefully, we’ll get a zombie virus cure from the wooden chest. Even if it’s just the first-generation zombie virus cure, it’s more than enough for Alan’s zombie bite since it’s not that severe."
