Reading the rankings within the Perfection Ranking, Zayne wasn’t surprised by the result.

After all, he and Jade were both Human Progenitors. The two of them had surpassed these Normal Humans, and the gap was nowhere close.

At this point, the gap between Normal Humans and Human Progenitors was truly wider than the gap between humans and dogs.

After all, normal humans and dogs had one thing in common. They were both mutts!

Of course, the survivors in the Top 10 Survivor Ranking would no longer be Normal Humans by the time the Second Monthly Apocalypse World Update Theme started.

Zayne knew that those at the top 10 had likely eaten the High Human Bloodline Fruit way before the Perfection Ranking was released.

Unfortunately for them, the rankings were likely finalized by the time the Zombie Apocalypse World Update Theme had ended. Since the rankings were already final, using the rewards of the Top Survivor Ranking to increase one’s ranking within the Perfection Ranking was futile.

It was for this reason that Damien could still sneak into the Top 10 Perfection Ranking. After all, the Perfection Ranking no longer ranked survivors merely by power rank and combat power.

Otherwise, the High Human Bloodline Fruit eaten by the Top 3-10 Survivors would have been more than enough to ensure that the Top 3-10 was fixed.

However, as Jade looked at the Perfection Ranking, she couldn’t help but frown, "I had assumed we’d have a higher perfection percentage."

"After all, the two of us are Human Progenitors. The only bloodline rank higher than ours, from what we know, is Primordial Human. According to the myths, only Adam, the first man, had such bloodline rank. Even Eve was merely half a step away from achieving Primordial Human, but she wasn’t considered a legitimate Primordial Human."

In most universes, there could only be one Primordial-level entity. After all, Race Progenitor might symbolize one’s antiquity by prominently passing one’s genes to the future generation, but a Primordial was the first-ever being of their race.

Of course, there were cases where there were more Primordials in a universe. But in such cases, that universe wouldn’t likely be a normal one but a high-ranking one with abundant resources and an absurdly high power rank limit.

Moreover, just being the first ever being of a certain race wasn’t enough to become a legitimate Primordial. After all, bloodline rank, along with its bloodline traits and abilities, was also required.

For a weak and minor race, it was impossible for them to have a Primordial-level existence that possessed powerful bloodline traits and abilities.

Moreover, Zayne and Jade’s Human Progenitor bloodline was above Cain’s, but below Eve’s. In other words, their flaws weren’t that much, so logically, they should have a much higher perfection percentage.

Regarding Jade’s words, Zayne speculated, "If I’m not mistaken, merely one’s bloodline rank and purity weren’t solely the determinant for calculating the perfection percentage. Otherwise, Arthur and the others would have a much lower perfection percentage if it were based purely on bloodline and fewer flaws."

"From the looks of it, power rank is also included in the mix. And aside from power rank, it also calculates things like innate talent, potential, etc. But talent and the like are calculated for much less when compared to bloodline rank and power rank."

Jade nodded in agreement, "That’s true. We could speculate that since Damien wouldn’t be ranked this high if not for the calculation of innate talent, potential, etc."

"After all, what differs from him and others was that he possessed an X-rank innate talent, while even Arthur and Green possessed only an SSS-rank innate talent."

"Due to this, Damien’s perfection percentage is almost similar to Alan and Henry, since the three of them both possessed X-rank innate talents."

Checking the perfection ranks further down, Jade and Zayne also saw Jacob and Jackie’s names within the middle and bottom of the top 100 respectively, which further proved their speculation of the perfection percentage including innate talent into its calculation.

After all, Jackie’s power rank was much lower than some of the people in the top 100, which was the reason why she didn’t show up in the Top 100 Survivor Ranking. As for Jacob, he was within the bottom ranks among the Top 100 in the Top Survivor Ranking.

But now, due to possessing X-rank innate talents, they ranked much higher than most top survivors, allowing them to enter the Top 100 Perfection Ranking.

While Zayne and Jade were checking the Perfection Ranking and speculating about the calculation of perfection percentage, the two of them were soon interrupted by a notification sound from the World Will of Terra.
