Dungeon Corpse Stacker: I Absorb Everything to Become Ominous Monarch

Chapter 95: DECLARATION OF THE OMINOUS TERRITORY

The morning sun broke through the dense, oppressive layer of dark, ash choked clouds hanging low over the capital city, casting brilliant, golden rays across the shattered, smoking seventy story monolith of the Hunter Association Headquarters. Broken spatial glass, twisted steel girders, shattered mana conduits, and pulverized concrete fragments glistened under the bright morning light, covering the grand plaza below in a thick blanket of grey rubble and frozen frost.

Below the ruined building, the central administrative boulevard which had been tightly packed merely hours ago with heavy armored personnel carriers, high frequency mana artillery cannons, automated spell turrets, and hundreds of aggressive elite security guards was now shrouded in a heavy, breathless, and absolute silence. Tens of thousands of local garrison soldiers, regional guild representatives, and independent hunters stood frozen along the outer perimeter walls. Their high caliber spell rifles, plasma spears, kinetic shock shields, and enchanted swords lay piled in neat, towering heaps upon the cracked pavement in an unmistakable gesture of total, unconditional surrender.

Thick, midnight black Monarch miasma swirled atop the highest balcony of the seventy story tower, slowly coalescing into a colossal, forty foot flag made of dark, physicalized energy. The phantom banner billowed majestically in the freezing high altitude wind, bearing the glowing, golden emblem of the Ominous Sovereign a horned skull wrapped in a swirling, golden void ring.

Renan stood at the absolute precipice of the highest rooftop, his dark boots resting calmly on the cracked stone edge as he looked down at the vast, sprawling metropolis stretching out toward the distant mountain horizon. His long black Monarch coat billowed gracefully in the howling wind. Glowing golden Monarch runes etched deep along his face, neck, forearms, and chest pulsed with a steady, divine density, emanating the overwhelming, crushing physical weight of his 45,000 physical stat points. Every calm breath he took seemed to subtly distort the atmospheric pressure around the tower, holding the high altitude storm clouds in place through sheer physical presence.

Standing in a precise, disciplined arc directly behind him were his primary Shadow Commanders in full spectral war gear: Shadow General Ignis, Shadow General Alexander, Shadow Commander Godfrey, Shadow Commander Katarina, Shadow Commander Rebecca, and the newly extracted Shadow Commander James. The ambient air temperature across the rooftop hovered at sub zero levels as their dark, collective aura distorted the sunlight around them into faint, flickering violet rings.

Behind the commanders, hovering completely silent in the upper atmosphere like dark angels of doom, were Three Thousand Shadow Knights their phantom adamantine armors humming with dark Monarch energy, their golden violet eyes staring down at the city streets below like silent, unyielding reapers guarding the birth of a new, absolute realm.

"My Sovereign," Shadow Commander Rebecca reported smoothly, stepping forward as dark mist billowed from the folds of her phantom cloak. "All six central administrative sectors, the primary mana grid distribution towers, and the four Class S Gate Containment Vaults across the capital have been fully secured by our vanguard units. The remaining loyalist remnants of the Association have completely disarmed, abandoned their posts, and evacuated beyond the provincial lines."

Shadow Commander James raised his dark spectral scepter, projecting a floating, high definition holographic map of the entire nation into the cold air before Renan. Streams of encrypted data, military logistics, and financial ledgers scrolled across the holographic interface in real time.

"The national communication relays, deep underground mana vaults, and secret financial archives are now operating under our absolute quantum Monarch encryption codes, My Sovereign," Shadow Commander James added, his phantom voice resonant, calm, and utterly loyal. "Every remaining regional guild master across the northern, southern, and eastern provinces has formally signed the non aggression pledge. The civilian government has officially dissolved its military oversight over all registered hunters within the national borders."

Renan looked over the holographic map with impassive, glowing golden eyes, watching as the shimmering golden barriers of the Ominous Sovereign Territory steadily expanded across the borderlines, repainting the entire national map in the dark, commanding colors of his domain.

Down on the street level, tens of thousands of civilians, local shopkeepers, and low rank E Rank and D Rank hunters looked up at the towering monolith in absolute awe and quiet, profound relief. The horrifying revelations broadcast across every public screen and smartphone just hours prior had permanently shattered their trust in the old corrupt government, replacing decades of systemic deceit with the terrifying, unyielding, and absolute protection of a true Sovereign.

"He destroyed the Association in a single morning..." an E Rank hunter whispered in the plaza below, dropping to his knees as he stared up at the black flag flying above the city. "The core experiments... the fake gate reports... it was all real. He freed us."

Suddenly, a series of urgent, high frequency amber holographic notifications flashed along the outer edge of Shadow Commander James’s scepter display, illuminating his dark visor in a harsh glow.

"My Sovereign," James spoke up smoothly, his golden eyes narrowing beneath his dark obsidian visor. "The World Hunter Federation and the International Joint Defense Council in Geneva have just convened an emergency global assembly. Three military grade satellite arrays are currently locking their optical tracking lenses directly onto our energy signature, and four foreign Carrier Raids are massing along our international maritime borders."

Renan did not flinch, nor did his cold, resolute expression alter in the slightest. He slowly rested his dark gloved hand on the obsidian hilt of his dark Monarch blade, looking out toward the distant, sparkling ocean horizon where the morning sun reflected off the deep water.

"Let them watch from their high, fragile thrones in Geneva, James," Renan said softly, his layered, double toned voice carrying across the entire rooftop with absolute, cold, and unforgiving authority. "Let them see with their own eyes what happens when a pathetic empire built on lies, greed, and stolen blood is replaced by absolute, unyielding strength."

Renan stepped forward to the very edge of the stone balcony, raising his dark Monarch blade high into the clear blue sky.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!

A colossal, roaring pillar of golden black Monarch miasma erupted from his blade, shooting directly into the upper atmosphere and violently tearing through the cloud layer for fifty miles in every direction! The resulting kinetic shockwave shook the earth for miles around, shattering the remaining glass windows in the surrounding district and officially announcing the absolute, unquestioned birth of the Ominous Sovereign Territory to the entire world!

The dark era of the Hunter Association was dead and buried in the ashes. The age of the Monarch had officially begun.
