"Well, the troop and population limits have been met. Let’s create the Kingdom now," Victor mumbled in a low voice as his expression turned serious.

He had already used the accumulated Troop Summoning Contracts a few days ago, and a few hours ago, he learned from Edward that a huge army had arrived near the border of the Silvernum Territory. When he told him that those were the new soldiers he had recruited, Edward was dumbfounded, as he thought this was an invasion by some foreign force and was even preparing to sacrifice his life to fend them off.

The army size had become so large that Edward had stationed a majority of the new army outside the Silvernum Territory, in the wild.

Amber and Rina beside him swallowed a mouthful of saliva as they were incredibly nervous and excited. Well, no one could blame them, as even a Princess would become nervous with anticipation when the day of her coronation came.

Victor looked at the girls and gave an amused smile as he shook his head and said, "Let’s begin."

"Name, huh?" Victor rubbed his chin and thought for a moment while Amber and Rina stayed silent. They did not give their input, as naming a Kingdom was something very personal for the founder, but their palms were slick with sweat and joyful expressions appeared on their faces as they realized he had passed the requirements to form a Kingdom and was now thinking of a name.

"I will keep the name as it is. It’s the best name," Victor thought and said, "Silvernum Kingdom, that’s the name I chose."

"Merge?" Victor raised an eyebrow when he saw this, but before he could react, he felt two pairs of arms wrap around him and felt a pair of large, soft weights press against both his shoulders.

"Hubby, congrats! Silvernum Kingdom, a fine name."

Both Amber and Rina were hugging him with their faces flushed with excitement.

"We should celebrate," Amber said with a sultry smile, and just as her hand was about to slip down towards his crotch...

The entire place started shaking.

"Ahhhh!"

"Fuck, what’s going on?"

Amber and Rina both screamed due to the sudden tremor as they fell to the floor.

"Looks like the cities are merging," Victor said in a calm voice as he looked outside the window and saw everyone panicking due to the sudden earthquake.

"Merging?" Amber said with a raised eyebrow as she stabilized herself.

"Yes, all my territories are getting merged by the Records to form the Kingdom," Victor replied calmly.

"Fuck, what the hell is going on?" Edward cursed due to the sudden earthquake. He was already having a headache due to the increase in troops, and Victor had dumped the job of organizing everything on him.

After a few minutes, the shaking stopped, and when he looked around again, his eyes nearly popped out of their sockets, and his jaw almost hit the ground.

"Why is the City of Dawn near the border of Silver City, and what is that other territory?" Edward exclaimed when he saw City of Dawn and Freedom City appear right beside Silver City. He even rubbed his eyes to check if he was dreaming or not.

Then, a notification appeared before everyone.

"What!!" Edward’s eyes widened in shock when he saw this, and a realization hit him as he looked at the two cities that appeared. "I see, now it makes sense."

Then, a smile of pride appeared on his face. "If Lord and Lady were here, they would be immensely proud of Lord...no, King Victor. He became the first Silvernum to promote the family to royalty and create a Kingdom."

Then he turned to look at the former Freedom City and muttered, "His Majesty should be there, the former Spark Duchy."

Edward muttered as he sprinted towards the distance.

"Heavens, he actually did it?" Bianca said as she read the row of texts that had appeared on her retina and then looked at the Princess, who was staring blankly at the screen.

"I knew he was going to create a Kingdom, but I never expected him to achieve this so early," Amanda said in a dazed voice.

The moment she felt the tremor and mana merging, she knew what it was. She did not need the notification to inform her. She was the Princess and had access to secret information, and knew that when someone forms a Kingdom, the lands they own merge.

Honestly, she had expected Victor to take a year or two more to create a Kingdom. She never expected he would do this in a month.

"Looks like subduing the Spark Duchy fulfilled the territory size and population conditions," Bianca muttered, and then her brows furrowed. "But Miss, how do you think he created such a large army in such a short time? Even our Kingdom did not have such a large army. Only during its foundation did we have an army size of more than a million."

Amanda nodded as her brows furrowed. At the peak of the Royal Family, before the previous king destroyed the foundation, excluding the time of the Kingdom’s founder, they had a maximum army of 500,000, which could easily suppress the nobles.
