Fated love: the unwanted bride
Chapter 2511: Jasmine, You Look Very Beautiful Tonight
The financial summit is held at the Cakago Conference Center, with a large crowd of people, all dressed in elegant attire.
The summit includes an hour-long meeting, and the remaining time is dedicated to a red wine party.
Will Caddel only brought along Jasmine Yale as his secretary, and she kept close to him throughout the event.
She wore a champagne-colored cocktail dress, her hair was up, adorned with simple and elegant pearl earrings, and she wore a pair of white high heels.
It had been a long time since Jasmine Yale had dressed up like this; she had been a recluse for so long, she almost forgot what it felt like to wear a cocktail dress. To cover the scar on her wrist, she wore a rose bracelet given to her by Luka Xadrian.
She was not short, yet beside Will Caddel, she seemed much shorter.
Will Caddel, in a deep blue suit, stood out independently, becoming one of the uncommon focal points in the crowd.
"Jasmine, you look beautiful tonight." Will Caddel smiled, looking down at her.
"CEO Caddel, you look... no, you’ve always been handsome." Jasmine Yale replied with a charming smile.
"Jasmine, actually, you don’t have to dress so formally for work; there’s no such rule at ZR." Will Caddel looked at her, "You would look prettier in a dress."
"I might just be lazy; work attire requires no thought for matching."
"I can provide you with some clothing coordination advice."
"CEO Caddel knows about this?"
"I’ve dealt with clothing trade companies before; if you need my help, feel free to ask, I’m more than willing." In the lighting, Will Caddel’s features were refined and gentle, with a deep and elongated gaze.
"There will be an opportunity for that." Jasmine Yale looked up, conversing with him.
As the meeting ended and the wine party began, Jasmine Yale walked alongside Will Caddel in the spacious living room.
This room could accommodate a thousand people, filled with clinking glasses, continuous music, and a subtle, elegant scent of perfume lingering in the air.
Jasmine Yale couldn’t stay with Will Caddel all the time; when he went to talk with acquaintances, she sat on the sofa, casually chatting with strangers.
She learns quickly, and with Will Caddel’s willingness to bring her along, she swiftly integrated into this circle.
A blonde woman glanced at Jasmine Yale, toasted with her, and chatted casually.
"Miss Yale is the CEO’s secretary?"
"Yes, new secretary."
"Oh, no wonder I haven’t seen you before. The CEO is outstanding; you are graceful and beautiful; you both stand out in the crowd."
"You flatter me; it’s the CEO who shines; I’m just the sidekick."
"I’ve seen the CEO a few times; he’s always so striking, seemingly approachable but never gives us the chance to get close. Last time when I asked him for a business card, he gave me one, but the phone number wasn’t his private number, so he just seems easygoing."
"The CEO is very nice."
"Yes, very nice, but won’t give us the opportunity." The woman laughed, "I remember it was a male secretary at his side before; this is the first time I’ve seen him with a female secretary."
"Maybe I’m just lucky; the CEO takes good care of me."
Jasmine Yale chatted casually with her, enjoying the conversation.
Western women speak directly; there’s no need to guess around.
Jasmine Yale chatted and laughed with her, feeling very relaxed.
As she drank half the wine in her glass, Will Caddel approached.
