"So you’re saying the residents of these towns are mostly here for those ores?" Cui Hu frowned slightly, feeling worried. He had investigated the history here, and its development process was vastly different from his own Plane, particularly being much more advanced in terms of technology.

Yet even such a formidable Human Alliance, under the overwhelming destruction caused by the Insect Race, faced the danger of extinction several times.

He couldn’t imagine how people from his original Plane, who didn’t know what Telekinesis was, didn’t know what the Insect Race was, and weren’t very technologically advanced, could possibly withstand such a tough opponent as the Insect Race.

"Clay Ore... haha, it maintains value better than the Plane Points of the Human Alliance; it’s a commodity that can be universally used for exchange throughout the universe. Do you think it’s precious? Such an expensive item, how could it not attract a swarm of sharks smelling blood in the water?"

As they spoke, a seemingly small but not small town appeared before them. Yu Feng flashed the customs card he had prepared earlier, slightly swiped it, and with successful identity verification, they were allowed in.

"Having someone to rely on makes things much easier. Without Yu Feng, we’d probably be treated as foreign invaders and captured." Upon entering the town, Su Jiameng removed the hood she wore on her head, revealing her face openly. "Our next goal is to gain the qualification to enter the Life Forbidden Zone. No matter what happens, don’t act impulsively."

The Dark West Corner Star Domain was simply a general term for the remnants of the Insect Race. This region used to be the star system center of one of the flourishing star systems of the Human Alliance. Beyond the defensive line jointly established by the Alliance military is referred to as the [Land of the Living]. That line is jokingly called the [Life and Death Line], while within the line, where the Insect Race roams, is termed as the [Life Forbidden Zone] or [Tomb of the Dead].

Given that there are too many reckless individuals, to prevent interference with normal defense and combat, anyone wishing to break through the [Life and Death Line] into the territory of the Insect Race needs an official certificate issued by the Alliance, which is the customs document.

If one dares to enter the Life Forbidden Zone without this document, the lucky ones may be deported by patrol troops, while the unlucky ones are immediately executed without mercy, as such actions violate the law and could easily lead to mistakes, providing the Insect Race with a chance to revive... That’s why, without the customs documents, Su Jiameng and her group won’t set foot in that place.

On the edge of the Dark West Corner Star Domain, towns of this scale are numerous, and the creatures coming and going naturally belong to various interstellar species from all over the universe. There are those whose appearances are similar to humans, looking somewhat non-mainstream, and of course, there are various Alien Species with different appearances, such as the Tatazaya Clan, who have an upper body resembling a gecko, human-like legs, and a gecko tail...

In this place filled with a mix of species, humans seem small and ordinary. Su Jiameng and her group used fluent interstellar common language, and after asking around, finally found a place to handle customs documents! That place is hidden under a bar in the center of the town, a very secretive location, and is rumored to be a subordinate department of the military intelligence agency.

"Cough cough cough—What’s the name of this bar... the smell is too intense..." Lu Anchen, the male lead of the team, opened the bar door and was met with an overpowering smell that made his nose itch, causing him to sneeze and cough.

"Calm down, such behavior will draw hostility." Su Jiameng helplessly raised her hand to pinch her nose; if her memory served her right, this was not some chili powder scattered, but the body odor of a certain creature, natural and irremovable. "If you know there’s a species called Qi Alaruo, you’d understand why this smell is here."

Qi Alaruo, is the phonetically translated name of a species, but in their language, this phrase means [Fragrant Aroma]. This is an intelligent species with skin that is entirely red, covered in snake-like scales, with a half-horse shape, and six deer hooves!

Others might sweat when they exercise, but Qi Alaruo, after exercising, secretes a light pink powder with a pungent smell. Rumor has it that this powder smells similar to chili powder. This species has an extremely strong sense of pride, has an explosive temper, and hates others commenting on their body odor. They’re a belligerent species prone to conflict.

"With so many interstellar species, how could I possibly know everything..." Lu Anchen grumbled a bit, rubbing his nose to suppress the sneezes, "But I’ve heard of this Qi Alaruo; they’re said to be quite unyielding..."

Entering the bar, they quickly realized why the smell was so overwhelming. Several Qi Alaruo had gathered inside, and the powder they secreted formed a thick layer. If the smell wasn’t hot and spicy, it would be unscientific.

The five of them quietly entered the bar, and as Su Jiameng walked in, she keenly noticed one Qi Alaruo’s gaze turning towards them, the naturally red eyes flickering with brutality and coldness... Haha, seems like they heard the earlier conversation?

Su Jiameng tightened her cloak, deliberately pretending not to notice their hostile stare, heading to the bar’s hidden office to handle the customs documents. Yet, acquiring the documents wasn’t as smooth as imagined; at least their strength was put into question.

"Sorry, ladies and gentlemen, I fear I can’t approve your request." The staff member handling the documents was a female soldier from the Alliance, her uniform unbuttoned by three buttons, revealing a mysterious cleavage. A truly sizzling figure...

"Why? We must go in there, and if you don’t issue us customs documents, there’s only the option of sneaking in." Su Jiameng spoke frankly, "I imagine if we proceed this way, you’ll have a headache, right?" (To be continued.
