Chapter 1507: Let Me Massage You

Huo Chengying was standing in the sun for military training when she got her period and fainted due to low blood sugar.

“Got your period? Oh, then you’d better go home and rest! Do you need me to buy you some medicine, or maybe some brown sugar water?” Lu Tingshen already understood that when girls talk about “period,” it’s their menstrual cycle.

This is like when Zhengzheng got her period, and Huo Chengxiao bought her some sanitary pads.

On the way, he bought a pack of brown sugar, and once home, he let her go to her room to rest while he prepared the brown sugar water.

When he knocked on the door, Huo Chengying was too lazy to open it, directly saying, “The door’s not locked, Uncle, come in yourself!”

“I made you some brown sugar water, have a bit.”

Lu Tingshen entered the room and saw Huo Chengying curled up into a ball on the sofa.

He placed the brown sugar water on the small side table and asked softly, “Are you feeling very uncomfortable?”

He gently massaged her without thinking much, truly treating Huo Chengying just like a little niece.

However, he didn’t consider that even for a real niece, this is not something he would necessarily do.

“Uncle, thank you. You’re the kind of man who would be a good boyfriend and husband.” Huo Chengying patted Lu Tingshen’s hand, “Your future wife is lucky.”

“Well, thank you.” Lu Tingshen massaged her for a few minutes and then said, “Drink the brown sugar water before it cools down.”

“Okay!” Huo Chengying frowned, she really doesn’t like sweet things.

Even sweet pastries and cakes, she doesn’t like.

Lu Tingshen knew she didn’t really care for these, but still firmly said, “You must drink it all, no exceptions.”

“Okay!” Huo Chengying frowned even more, her delicate face looking quite unhappy.

Then, in one go, she drank all the brown sugar water.

“Good, have a nice sleep.” Lu Tingshen tucked her in, “What would you like to eat tonight?”

“Anything is fine! I’ll rinse my mouth first.” Huo Chengying didn’t like the sweet taste lingering in her mouth, “Uncle, can you get me some warm water?”

“Sure.”

Huo Chengying slept straight through until five in the afternoon. When she got up, she realized it was a weekday.

So Lu Tingshen had dropped his work to take care of her.

“Uncle, thanks for today.” Her stomach was no longer as painful, feeling much better, and naturally, her mind was clear enough to think.

“Just in time for dinner soon. Wait a moment.” Lu Tingshen said as he brought out a dish.

“Sorry for troubling you today.”
