Chapter 526: The Legacy (Part-3)

"Yes, I am the 69th clan leader of the Stone Dragon Village, and I can reach here because of this young master." He knelt and quickly told the three supremes, then pointed toward Apollo.

Hearing this, they couldn’t help but look at Apollo, but their turn was a bit weird and confused, as they didn’t feel any dragon aura on him. He was clearly a human and had nothing to do with dragons at all.

So, how could he open the secret realm, and more importantly, how could he be that person? The divination cannot be wrong, as they had paid a very high price for it.

But how could that person come from the human race, the weak, puny humans? Although they have some talent, they are too weak compared to other races of the Primordial Universe.

Even at the beginning, they chose Caesar because he was just a weak human and was able to achieve something because of their bloodline. Meaning he would never surpass them and was a perfect choice for them to guard this island.

But now suddenly a human seemed to find this place instead. How could he help them? But after looking for a second, feeling disappointed, they noticed something.

"Brother, did you feel that?" One of the three Stone Dragon Supreme said, looking at the two.

"Yes, I also felt that."

"Me too."

All three of them then looked at Apollo with interest.

Apollo also looked at the same time, looking at the three trying to figure them out. His aura was calm, and he didn’t hide his realm of second-order transcendent, as there was no need for that.

As usual, his low realm made others underestimate him and give him more advantages, as they believe everything is in their control. So, he doesn’t need to hide his realm in front of these three sovereigns.

"Human Friend, where do you come from?" Their expression seemed to have changed as they seemed to have noticed something and asked him calmly.

"Me, I came from quite far, not worth mentioning." He said with an expressionless face, like he wasn’t afraid even when facing three supreme dragons.

The village chief and the others were surprised to hear his answer, as he dared to say that in front of one supreme but three.

Clark and Seth internally felt excited as they felt he was being cocky and hoped these supremes would kill him directly.

But to their surprise, the supremes nodded. "It’s alright, no problem, human friend. It didn’t matter where you came from; what matters is whether you help us."

Hearing this, Apollo was surprised by why they were showing this kind of behavior and what kind of help they needed from him.

"Would you come with us? Let us show you what this place is." The supreme said, looking at the doubtful Apollo.

After thinking for a moment, he nodded; even if these three had some other thoughts, he would be able to leave with his strength.

The Village Chief, Clark, and Seth remained where they were.

Clark and Seth understood that the safest thing they could do now was to remain completely unnoticed.

They didn’t dare interfere and simply lowered their heads, silently waiting.

Apollo followed the three supremes as they led him to the outer edge of the island, right in front of the Black Sea. Now that he looked at it more closely, this sea was really weird. Even his spiritual sense was unable to pierce through its depth.

One of the supremes then started to talk. "This is the black chaos sea, or to be exact, a very small fragmented power of it."

"The true Black Chaos Sea is a legendary place that seems to swallow Sovereigns that were birthed at the beginning of the cosmos."

"So it was impossible for us or even the first primordial stone dragon to truly control its power, but luckily the first primordial stone dragon was able to find a fragment of Black Sea’s power, which was torn apart when some terrifying battle occurred within the Black Chaos Sea."

Apollo was shocked to hear this, and no wonder his spiritual sense was unable to see through it. Now that the supreme had mentioned there also a legend of the Black Chaos Sea that was said to be the sea of death where countless primordial beings were said to have died.

It said to contain the oldest secret of the cosmos along with terrifying evil spirits and beings that are said to be born within the chaos sea. He looked at the black sea with a grave expression, as this wasn’t a good thing.

Seeing his reaction, the Stone Dragon Supreme quickly realised that Apollo knew something about the Black Chaos Sea.

He continued explaining.

"Although the power of the Black Chaos Sea is corrupted and extremely dangerous, it also contains the mysterious power of Chaos."

"If understood carefully, that power can provide an enormous opportunity."

"The Primordial Stone Dragon wanted to use the power of the Black Chaos Sea to break through the final barrier and become a true Great Sovereign."

He then stopped for a moment and seemed to be sighing. Apollo guessed what his next words would be.

"But sadly he failed and almost lost control, as the evil spirit of this black chaos sea was terrifying. Even if it was just a fragment, it still contained the true power of the Black Chaos Sea, which the Primordial stone dragon underestimated."

"And ultimately, with his final breaths before he lost control, he sealed himself with this fragment of black sea, hoping the future generation would find the way for his survival."

Apollo nodded; he guessed something like that would have happened and couldn’t say the primordial stone dragon was a bit brave, daring to use the power of the Black Chaos Sea, which the sovereign dared not.

He then asked, "But what it had to do with me, and more importantly, isn’t this place supposed to be the place to inherit the legacy?"

"Legacy! There is naturally a legacy; in fact, you can take everything here, as you are the one who can save the Lord Primordial Stone dragon."
