Because of this enigmatic nature, the number of these new Magic Creatures was not large, but whenever they appeared, they caused significant loss to the Empire.

After all, the mysteries of Spatial Domains are extremely profound. Even in an Empire as powerful as ours, talent in this area is extremely scarce, making it difficult for ordinary Mages to detect witches lurking in the subspace.

Witches only originate in densely populated areas, and are often not very strong at first, mostly equivalent to mid-tier Magic Creatures.
