"So what if I’m just a dog of the Divine Spirits, the kind of dog that can bite you to death."

Su Changxing quietly watched his opponent, making no further moves, repeatedly hopping between life and death, dying hundreds of times in just a matter of minutes.

With the faith of two worlds as his backing, the Mistwalker envoy found it difficult to kill him in such a manner.

The distorted range expanded again, covering thousands of nautical miles, with some strange shadows swimming within—lizards in the desert, birds flying in the sky, people crouching down to drink water from a basin.

Su Changxing raised his left hand, holding a brown card that seemed to float between reality and illusion, printed with the image of the Mistwalker envoy.

The other three dice bounced on the wooden table, six, six, six.

Suddenly, the reality dimension twisted in another way, forming a negation effect, restoring the original appearance of the sea, albeit pixelated and unclear, with distant lands sometimes appearing near and sometimes far.

The Mistwalker envoy was utterly surprised, realizing that Su Changxing used the same ability as him.

This was the most terrifying thing.

"Then..."

He looked around, did not have time to react before his body turned into sand, continuously separating, falling into the water.

The Mistwalker envoy didn’t die, his remaining body escaped, turning into a thick smoke and flying away into the distance.

He escaped his death at the last moment but was completely at a loss, "Who on earth are you!"

He looked back at Su Changxing, carefully sizing him up, his expression changing, and in the next moment was obscured by the twisted reality, completely turning into fine sand and disappearing into the sea.

The Mistwalker envoy was erased by his own ability.

The dice happened to show three sixes, causing the ability Su Changxing stole to become stronger than what the Mistwalker envoy originally possessed.

...

Chains clashed and stretched constantly, their crisp sound echoing throughout the world. The iron gate, towering like a mountain in the darkness, continuously shook and trembled, its gap widening, as if something inside was about to burst out.

A despairing terror.

Then came a sharp cry from the depths of the Death Rift, audible from every level, causing even Calamity level demons to flee like small animals, as if sensing some impending horror.

A pale yet slender giant hand emerged from the darkness, extending further out of the pitch-black water surface.

Pale flames ignited over the water surface, bridges, and ground tiles; whether human or demon, anything that touched these pale flames would dissolve, becoming part of the flame.

This was an absolute disaster for the extraordinaries within the Death Rift.

A terrifying monster with long hair peeked out from the underground, crawling through space, ignoring everyone, leaving chaos in its wake, climbing towards the uppermost level, and with several fierce collisions, the entire world trembled.

The monster charged out of the Death Rift!

Those who survived the Death Rift felt a wave of after-fear.

"Luckily, that thing wasn’t interested in us, otherwise none of us would have survived."

"What exactly was that? A demon too?"

"Yes, I think so. It must have been a World-Ending level demon, released by someone."

"All the demons here are fleeing outwards, so maybe we can get out too."

...

A big hole was blasted open in the Death Rift just like that.

Connecting two worlds, white mist flowed in, spreading continuously, and the demons entering quickly grew larger.

The White Ice Illusion Mist was also experiencing strange movements, as if something terrifying was being born.

The Flame King walked at the forefront with the Crimson Flame Divine Lamp, its bright flames dispelling the surrounding white mist. Their journey wasn’t as perilous as imagined; rather, everything went smoothly, encountering only a few monsters.

Wang An pondered and said, "It’s said that in the White Ice Illusion Mist, countless demon species are conjured, hovering between reality and illusion. Only Great Powers can traverse freely in such places."

"Yet, we haven’t encountered many monsters on this journey; could it be because we’re at the edge?"

Though they were all Tier Five Extraordinaries, they were still quite ignorant about the White Ice Illusion Mist, a forbidden zone.

The Flame King frowned, shook his head, and said, "Not likely, I think something attracted them away, making it easier for us."

"Everyone, be cautious."

These were seasoned experts; even without a reminder, they were on high alert, as one couldn’t be too careful in such a place.

Gradually, they noticed the changes in the white mist, rapidly flowing towards the same location, as if finding a vent.

"What is that!"

Everyone was shocked.

This was a huge fright; such a big disturbance in the White Ice Illusion Mist surely wasn’t a good sign.

The Flame King’s face turned grim, taking the lead to quicken their pace, heading forward, "We should be almost there, let’s speed up. I have a bad feeling."

They traversed the White Ice Illusion Mist at even greater speed, which was quite a risky move, as they could run into monsters within the mist at any moment.

Unexpectedly.

They walked the entire way without running into a single monster; the White Ice Illusion Mist seemed eerily empty.

Wang An couldn’t help but quip, "Have all these monsters gone to sleep?"

Sanna’s expression was grim, "Such anomalies foretell disaster..."

Just as they were about to exit the White Ice Illusion Mist, a tremor occurred again, and a gigantic shadow rose from the white mist, causing everyone to tremble uncontrollably.
