Niu Ziqiang was a Legendary Hero from the Ox Race. His innate talent enhanced his physical constitution and strength, granting him terrifying brute force and incredibly high attack power. Forget a city gate—even an ordinary city wall couldn’t withstand more than a few of his strikes.

"Yes, sir!"

Upon receiving the order, Niu Ziqiang picked up his metal club. The enormous weapon weighed a full ten tons, yet he handled it with the agility of a common wooden staff.

Niu Ziqiang walked up to the gate, swung his club, and struck.

A strange, two-part resonance echoed out. The gate didn’t budge an inch, and the point of impact didn’t even have a scratch.

"Heh. A stone gate’s definitely tougher than a wooden one. Time to get serious!"

Niu Ziqiang took a few steps back, gripped the metal club with both hands, and began to spin. The club whirled faster and faster before crashing into the gate with incredible velocity.

The same strange, two-part resonance echoed out again. Niu Ziqiang steadied the metal club in his hands and glanced at the blood seeping from the webbing of his thumb. He looked back at the unmoving gate, completely dumbfounded. ’Even a Legendary Hero shouldn’t be able to take that blow completely unscathed.’

’Back in our territory, even Yuan Xiaobo, our strongest defender, would be sent flying if he tried to block that head-on. So how is this gate completely unfazed?’

On the city walls, the Titan Clan People were startled by the deafening roar, almost thinking the gate had been breached. But when they saw it was completely unharmed, they erupted into a chorus of jeers.

Hearing their taunts, Niu Ziqiang’s expression soured. He wanted to retort but was speechless. Instead, he began attacking the gate again and again to vent his frustration. The sound of his assault was tremendous, but the gate remained completely unscathed.

"Niu Ziqiang, fall back!"

With a great bellow, Dong Lin lifted a foot and began to walk forward. With every step, a stair of ice materialized beneath his foot, and the space below it, all the way to the ground, froze into a solid column of ice.

It took him several minutes to slowly cross the few hundred meters to the city wall.

The moment he set foot on the ramparts, the Titan Clan People who had been there had already scattered in a panic.
