Global Lords: Starting with Female Hero Fusion

Chapter 399 - 298: Rapid Development (12)

The system doesn’t record every use of a Spiritual Technique.

It only makes a record when a Spiritual Technique achieves an exceptionally high Effect, like using Body Manipulation Technique to create high-value fashion items.

"Irresistible Advance x9" meant that Zhao Chi had significantly contributed to victory by boosting the Morale of the Female Soldiers, making their desire to fight stronger.

However, since those Female Soldiers all possessed the Fearless Talent, it seemed Zhao Chi had gotten off easy with this particular evaluation.

The same went for the following "Speed is of the Essence in War x8" and "Celestial Thunder Halts the Enemy x8."

Eight times, his Wind and Cloud Step had led to excellent results.

He had probably caught the enemy off guard.

Similarly, there were also eight instances where his Thunder Light Technique had produced great effects.

This likely involved using the paralysis Effect of his Thunder to interrupt enemy attacks, save teammates, or assist them in killing enemies.

His performance over the past month had maxed out his Spiritual Pressure evaluation.

It was a direct S+ Level.

The value for the Spiritual Pressure category also increased by 10 points, the maximum monthly limit.

It wasn’t just Spiritual Pressure.

The other categories were similar.

In the [Commander] category.

Zhao Chi had received the system’s recognition for his command six times, the Battle Result was deemed excellent three times, and he had won against stronger opponents twice, which the system recorded separately.

In the recent battles, Zhao Chi had commanded a portion of the forces, while Gu Qing and the other two Female Heroes had also acted on their own initiative.

But regardless of whether Zhao Chi was commanding directly or the three Female Heroes were acting on their own, Zhao Chi still benefited from the system’s evaluation.

After all, he was the Main General.

A share of the credit for every achievement was his.

He hadn’t understood the perks of being a leader before, but now he was finally starting to get it.

In the end, for his Commander performance last month, the system gave him an S+ evaluation and a +10 point boost.

The [Martial Arts] category had the fewest commendations.

There were only "Leading from the Front x3" and "Fighting Fiercely Against Strong Foes x2."

This included his evaluation for entering the Emperor Slime’s body to seize its Racial Bloodline.

It also included the evaluation for his fierce battle against the noble Zhao Ji, and for piloting Qi Yue to kill the enemy Hero.

Last month, Zhao Chi was only a Junior Lord.

There were definitely not many Junior Lords who could accomplish so much.

For a Junior Lord, this performance was more than good enough.

The system naturally gave him an S+ evaluation and a +10 boost.

Now, he had been promoted to Middle Level Lord.

If he wanted another S+ evaluation next month, he would need to put on an even more spectacular performance.

Finally, there was [Government Affairs].

This category was actually quite impressive as well.

"Well-Equipped" evaluation reached 30 points; he estimated that the fashion items were a big reason for this.

"Public Opinion in Favor" was also 30 points, which should be the Loyalty of his subjects.

New subjects of other Lords started with 4 points of Loyalty, which had to be gradually cultivated.

But the Peach Blossom Females started with 6 points of Loyalty the moment they arrived.

On top of that, Zhao Chi giving high-end fashion items to everyone directly raised their Loyalty to 7 points.

’With such high Loyalty, it would be strange if Public Opinion wasn’t in his favor.’

"Territory Development" was at 21 points.

This was related to the territory’s Technology and so on.

The Carefree Spring, Super Bright Kerosene, and the now infrequently produced Clean Kerosene, and so on.

Combined with the Super-Productive Wheat, Experience Fruits, and the newest Feathered Oxen, all of these contributed to the territory development evaluation.

"Abundant Food" was only at 8 points for now. After all, the wheat had not yet been harvested in large quantities, and the Feathered Oxen were only producing milk, not yet being slaughtered for meat.

Starting this month, he estimated the evaluation for food would be very high.

All in all, the S+ evaluation for Government Affairs was the most well-deserved.

Zhao Chi’s Hero Attributes increased by 40 points.

Excluding the Profession Bonus, Zhao Chi’s Total Hero Attributes had now reached 90 points.

He was directly promoted to Middle Level Lord.

This took only one month, which was incredibly fast.

After all, these evaluation levels ranged from F- all the way to S+.

The values weren’t all positive, either; there were negative ones too.

The value range was from -10 to +10, for a total of 21 tiers.

As long as the monthly values weren’t negative, most Lords could rest easy.

Getting +1, +2, or +3 was the norm and the most common outcome.

Failing that, a change of 0 was also acceptable.

If performance was slightly worse, one would have to grit their teeth and accept a -1, -2, or -3.

As for someone like Zhao Chi, who got +10 in everything, he was probably the only one.

Or at least, there certainly weren’t many.

If Zhao Chi had oppressed the female villagers or acted like a hooligan from the start, his Government and Commander scores would have likely been penalized.

If he had been frequently defeated, only achieved pyrrhic victories, or even commanded chaotically, his Commander score would also decrease.

If he never fought himself and always let his Soldiers do the fighting, his Martial Arts Attribute would decrease.

If he was frequently affected by enemy Spiritual Techniques while his own Spiritual Techniques were often ineffective, his Spiritual Pressure would also decrease.

If territory development was a mess—not enough food, incomplete weaponry, frequent disputes among villagers—the Government Affairs value would decrease.

He had learned all of this at the Eighth Academy, where he had studied very diligently.

He could practically recite it from memory.

He continued scrolling through the information.

It was a formal notification from the system.

[You have been promoted to Middle Level Lord. Your Hero Level has been synchronized and raised to Middle Level. Please configure your Profession information.]

[Name] Zhao Chi

[Identity] Lord

[Profession] Hero

[Level] Middle Level

[Attributes] Enhancement Points +10

[Skills] Free Points +10

He once again chose to spend his Enhancement Points on Life.

Zhao Chi was now Level 16, which corresponded to 16 Enhancement Points gained from leveling up.

Adding the 5 from becoming a Junior Hero and the 10 from becoming a Middle Level Hero this time, he had a total of 31 Enhancement Points.

He had now invested all of them into Life.

Now, Zhao Chi’s Life had increased by a full 186%.

His health points had reached 343.
