He wove through the clouds, constantly vigilant of his surroundings, the Heavenly Court’s security was strict, but relying on years of experience and his concealment techniques, Adam evaded most patrolling soldiers, upon returning to the Heavenly Court, most Heavenly Soldiers acted like machines, barely communicating outside their duties.

This was Adam’s first time here.

According to the Book Saint’s information, the place with the most intelligence should be the Military Hall, where the Heavenly Court discussed matters of war.

Adam silently wove through the mist-shrouded Heavenly Court, although tense, he was mostly filled with anticipation for the secrets about to be unveiled, he understood the purpose of his trip deeply, to uncover the Heavenly Court’s true strength and intentions, securing more advantages for the Human allied army.

The Military Hall, a towering palace in the core region, was an important venue for military decision-making, using his concealment techniques, Adam quietly approached.

The guards here were far stricter than anywhere else, patrolling soldiers passed endlessly, their sharp eyes scanning everything, Adam didn’t dare be careless, he cautiously evaded patrols, looking for an opening.

After waiting patiently, he found a gap during the shift change, he swiftly darted into the shadows and slipped inside.

The Military Hall was filled with military documents and maps, recording operations and strategic deployments, he carefully read through the files, searching for clues about their true strength.

Within a secret scroll, Adam discovered a massive offensive plan.

Although it was only a discarded draft, he could tell that aside from surface-level combat power, the Heavenly Court possessed a large amount of hidden forces, nearly half of their current numbers.

This half was more than enough to shatter the balance completely.

Adam’s brows furrowed tightly, he memorized the information and sent it to Cecilia via the Starlight Crystal.

He had to bring this news back as quickly as possible so they could prepare.

However, just as he was preparing to leave, hurried footsteps rang out.

His heart tightened, he had been discovered.

He quickly hid himself, ready for the incoming crisis.

Several Heavenly Soldiers rushed in and began searching everywhere, Adam held his breath and pressed against the wall, not daring to move.

Right then, a somewhat familiar young girl’s voice rang out by his ear. "Follow me!"

Adam looked back in astonishment, the Dragon-Tiger Jade Auspicious Scepter had emerged from his storage bag at some unknown point.

He didn’t overthink why he had been discovered, he quickly followed the Scepter and hid.

The two left the Military Hall together and arrived in a very small room used for storing miscellaneous items.

"There is a formation set up by my master here, the Heavenly Court’s people won’t notice it, why did you suddenly come here? You haven’t even reached the Saint Realm yet!" the Scepter asked in astonishment.

"The Human race has far too little intelligence about the Heavenly Court, the pawns they previously infiltrated were all uprooted, only I could temporarily deceive their detection."

"But for some reason, they’ve discovered me now."

Adam frowned, the Heavenly Court possessed detection techniques beyond what they had imagined.

"Even so, they shouldn’t have sent you, does the Human race have no one else?" the Scepter said anxiously.

"None of their concealment techniques match mine, and I have a secret technique that can instantly transmit intelligence back." Adam shook his head, this was his responsibility, and he had come voluntarily, he had thought through the risks long ago.

"Then what will you do now? Your tracks are already exposed!" The Scepter wanted to argue back, but ultimately let it go and asked.

"I’ll figure out a way to kill a few of the Heavenly Court’s Divine Generals, then escape." Adam wasn’t stupid, he wasn’t the type to linger in known danger, but he desperately needed military merit.

"What? You still want to kill Divine Generals?" The Scepter doubted her ears were working correctly.

She was so shocked she was practically speechless, she widened her eyes, looking at Adam in disbelief, as if trying to confirm whether he truly meant it.

"Yes, I must do this." Adam’s gaze was resolute, without the slightest wavering.

"The Heavenly Court’s Divine Generals not only possess important military information, but their deaths will cause a massive shock, this can buy our Human race more time and opportunities."

Adam was naturally lying, because he still couldn’t reveal his true plan to anyone.

The Dragon-Tiger Jade Auspicious Scepter took a deep breath, she knew that once Adam made a decision, it was very difficult to change, although she worried about his safety, she also understood the responsibility and mission upon his shoulders.
