Guide to tamming vilanesses

Chapter 279: Reunion

  • Next Chapter

Lara received the information that Shin was finally back, and waiting for her in a nearby town on the Dog Clan territory.

The woman smiled, her heart racing with happiness. He was finally back...

Her whole body answered the letter before her mind caught up. Her breath shortened. Heat climbed her neck and pooled low in her belly, spreading down into her thighs, and she felt the first treacherous slick of wetness between them, an ache that had been building for a year with nowhere to put itself.

She had been missing him so fucking much that she almost began fingering herself in the middle of town. It took all her mental strength not to do anything, steadying herself with long, deep breaths.

Lara bit down on her lower lip, thinking about their reunion. She needed to immediately abandon all her travel plans. None of that mattered anymore.

The servant was still hovering at the end of the corridor, looking alarmed.

"Saint? Is it... is it bad news?"

"No." Her voice came out rough. She cleared her throat. "No. It’s good news."

She folded the letter, tucked it inside her breastplate where it would sit against her generous cleavage. Finally, she turned to him.

"Find the priestess. Tell her I’m canceling everything else. Something urgent came up and we need to travel tonight, to a small village called Mirka."

"Tonight? Saint, the road will be much more dangerous at this hour..."

"Then I’ll protect all of us. You don’t need to worry about it," Lara replied resolutely. There was no way she would waste even a second longer than necessary before setting out to see Shin.

"Very well! I shall put my heart into it!" the servant declared before immediately leaving to relay her orders to the others.

Since the request came directly from their Saint, who had emphasized how important it was, everyone took it seriously. The preparations began at once, and the entire group worked harder than usual to ensure they could depart as quickly as possible.

In just two hours, they had managed to prepare everything for the journey. They also divided themselves into two groups to ensure that Lara could reach her destination without disrupting their other responsibilities.

A smaller group would accompany Lara, allowing her to travel faster with only the necessary personnel and supplies.

Meanwhile, the majority of her followers would continue with their previously scheduled duties, ensuring that the journey wouldn’t leave any villages unattended or put the people under their protection at risk.

It was the most efficient solution they could come up with, allowing Lara to hurry toward Shin while ensuring that their other responsibilities wouldn’t be neglected.

Her subordinates had worked so hard that they were able to leave just after sunset. There were six of them: two senior warriors, a young boy training to become a hunter, Melissa, a healer, and Maya, a maid and secretary who always took care of Lara’s boring paperwork.

And just as expected, they meet monsters on their way. Actually, they crossed paths with even more beasts than expected, including some the guards had never seen before.

Still, the enemies were no match for Lara. By the end of the night, blood streaked her face, and a shallow cut ran along her forearm, which she didn’t bother to bandage.

Finally, dawn came up grey and cold over the hills, and Mirka appeared below them, a small village, forty some houses, smoke already rising from the chimneys.

Lara pulled her horse to a stop at the crest of the road and looked down at it.

He was here. Right now. Somewhere in one of those houses. Lara could already smell his powerful, masculine scent, and it shattered what little self-control she had left.

She rushed forward before any of her followers could react, instinctively following the man’s scent.

She found him in the village square, standing outside the inn and talking to Mira.

Lara barely registered the cute girl beside him or the curious looks she was attracting from the villagers. Her vision and mind were focused on one thing alone: Shin.

"Shin!"

He turned at the last second, and she slammed into him with her arms around his neck and her whole body pressed flush against his.

Lara massive tits smashed against his face, almost suffocating the man, as she hugged him tightly. His hands inevitably found their way to her huge fat ass, his finger easily sinking on her soft and sexy flash.

She buried her face in his shoulder and just breathed him in, right there in the street.

"You’re back," she said into his shirt. "You’re actually back."

She hugged him even tighter, as she sniffed at his neck.

"Shin," she said, muffled, and her leg slid up the outside of his thigh. Her hips pressed into his, and she made a small, involuntarily desperate sound against his neck. "Shin, I missed you, I missed you so much, do you have any idea..."

Meanwhile more and more people began to porch, as whispering began to ripple out through the square like water dropped into a still pond.

Lara, oblivious, kept rubbing against him. Her tail had started a slow, wide wag behind her, entirely without her permission.

"Lara," Shin murmured, very low, into her ear. "Lara."

"Hm?"

"People are watching."

"Let them."

"Lara."

She pulled back an inch, just enough to look up at him with hooded eyes, breathing fast, cheeks flushed. "I don’t care. I don’t care about any of them. It’s been a year."

"A year," he agreed, and she felt his hand close around her upper arm, firm, steadying, and not remotely enough to actually stop her. "Which is why we’re not doing this in a village square. There is a whole crowd staring at us."

"But..."

"Lara," he said with a firmer tone, which partially snapped her out of her horny frenzy,

"There’s a room upstairs," she said looking hopeful, as she finally let go of him.

Shin could only let out a soft whisper as he gazed at his hot and adorable dog girl. However, before he could suggest finding somewhere more private to give Lara the attention she craved, a loud noise interrupted their moment.

In the distance, Shin and the villagers spotted a small human figure running desperately toward them, pursued by a gigantic, wormlike monster. The beast was clearly heading straight for the village.

Lara immediately reached for her sword, while the villagers reacted with a mixture of panic and relief, reassured by the saint’s presence.

Only one person showed genuine fear in his eyes. After all, Shin was the only one who knew what that monster was.

"Shit, these things are already here..." he muttered, realizing he might have miscalculated the timing of his return.
