Chapter 267: Epilogue 2 - Weeding planning

  • Next Chapter

With Liam back, and all the needed girls available, a meeting room was prepared in the harem village. There, Liam and several girls sat around an oval table.

And several large screens displayed architectural renderings, floor plans, schedules, guest estimates, and preliminary budgets, while stacks of documents, flower catalogs, fabric samples, and notebooks had been neatly organized across the table.

Although every member of the harem would eventually be invited to give their opinion on the wedding planning, Liam had decided that this first meeting should remain relatively small.

If more than twenty women tried to discuss every detail at once, they would probably spend the entire day arguing over flowers before even deciding on the venue.

Liam quietly took his seat at the head of the table. However, rather than leading the discussion himself, he intended to listen. There was no way he had the knowledge to organize something like that.

To his right sat Lucia, elegantly crossing one leg over the other while casually reviewing the documents that had already been distributed.

Helena sat nearby with three notebooks already filled with handwritten notes. She had spent the past several days making lists of supplies, accommodations, transportation, catering requirements, and more.

Across the table, Isabel had arrived carrying several elegant folders filled with sketches, bridal magazines, color palettes, and photographs of luxury weddings. She had already begun imagining how each member of the harem should look on the biggest day of their lives.

Charlotte occupied the chair beside Liam with a warm smile. Since she had been the first to suggest holding the wedding aboard a cruise ship, she wanted to explain why she believed the idea suited their unusual family perfectly.

The meeting was only missing two people.

The conference room doors opened, and Lee Hua entered with her usual composed elegance. She wore a tight Chinese dress hugging her sexy body.

Walking beside her was a blonde woman whom nobody else recognized.

She looked about thirty, graceful and impeccably dressed in a navy-blue designer gown, with golden hair swept over one shoulder.

Pearl earrings, a silver watch, and subtle makeup added to her polished, professional aura. Her enhanced figure was noticeable but never overshadowed her elegance. Poised and refined, she seemed every bit the high-end event planner for the world’s elite.

Lee Hua stopped beside her and smiled at everyone gathered around the table.

"This is Anne," she said. "She’s one of the most respected luxury wedding planners in the world. After hearing about our... rather unusual circumstances, she agreed to take on the challenge."

Anne offered a graceful bow before smiling warmly.

"It’s a pleasure to meet all of you. I’ve organized weddings attended by royalty, celebrities, and business leaders, as well as events with well over a thousand guests." She laughed softly before continuing. "However, I must admit this is the first time anyone has asked me to organize a wedding involving more than twenty brides."

The room erupted into amused laughter.

"I’ll take that as a good sign," Anne continued with an equally amused smile. "Fortunately, after spending the last two days studying your situation with Miss Lee Hua, I believe I’ve developed a plan that’s both realistic and practical."

She placed a thick presentation folder onto the table before using a remote control to activate the large screens around the room.

The title appeared in elegant gold lettering.

"I divided the planning into four major areas," Anne explained as the first slide appeared. "The venue, the ceremony itself, guest management, and finally the reception. Every decision should support those four pillars."

The next slide appeared, displaying a luxurious cruise ship sailing beneath a bright blue sky.

Charlotte’s smile immediately widened, after all, the cruise was her own suggestion. Her own marriage had been like that, and she loved cruises.

"Yes, your idea caught my attention," Anne said, looking at Charlotte. "A luxury cruise ship solves several major problems simultaneously. First, space. The upper deck easily accommodates a ceremony involving every bride standing beside Liam without making the stage appear crowded."

"Second, accommodation. Every guest already has a private room, eliminating concerns about transportation or nearby hotels. Third, catering, maintenance, housekeeping, security, and medical facilities are already integrated into the vessel."

Helena was already writing rapidly inside her notebook. "And emergency procedures?" she asked.

"Already established by maritime regulations."

"What about food?" Helena asked next, wondering how they would guarantee supplies on the cruise.

"I’m not a specialist, but I contacted Dave, who has extensive experience coordinating months-long cruises. I’m sure he will take care of most details, but I’ll give you his number so you can keep in touch."

"Thank you, you’ve already eliminated nearly every logistical issue I had written down," Helena said, reading through the documents Anne had put on the table.

Anne smiled. "That was my goal."

She continued changing slides, revealing elegant banquet halls, luxurious restaurants, swimming pools, dance floors, theaters, observation decks, and private lounges.

"The greatest advantage, however, is time. A traditional wedding usually lasts one evening before everyone returns home. A cruise allows your wedding to become a celebration lasting four or five days."

Liam finally spoke. "I really like that idea."

Then Anne turned toward Isabel. "I believe you wanted to discuss the brides."

Isabel immediately opened one of her folders. "I don’t want twenty women wearing identical dresses."

Anne nodded without hesitation. "I completely agree."

The next slide displayed dozens of elegant bridal gown concepts.

"My proposal is to create one unified collection rather than one identical dress. Every gown will share the same overall style and color palette so that the ceremony feels visually harmonious, but each bride’s dress should reflect her own personality."

Isabel studied the designs for a long moment before smiling. They were only initial designs, and there would be a lot of work to do, but Isabel found the result to be great.

"I also contacted two great fashion designers I know. I will put you in contact with both of them, so you can manage the details of the brides’ dresses."

"Great," Isabel nodded, feeling excited about the work she would be doing for this marriage.

"There is just one small detail: what about the girls who are pregnant?" Lucia commented.

The plan was to organize the marriage ceremony for two or three months in the future, when Charlotte, Sophia, Amelia, and Amber would have very visible pregnant bellies.

"I can definitely come up with a special bridal dress design for them!" Isabel said with a grin, and Lucia nodded.

"Still, I think everyone here has one concern," the redhead commented, changing their discussion topic. "The guests. More specifically... what they might see. Should we do a safe wedding? Not to mention the monster girls."

"Absolutely not!" Lilith, who appeared out of nowhere, strongly protested the idea of a marriage that would be proper.

And the other girls more or less agreed. It was hard to imagine that their wedding with Liam wouldn’t involve a lot of sexual activities and games.

"I was thinking about it, and I can erase memories if necessary," Lucia said calmly. "Or hypnotize anyone who notices something they shouldn’t. But I’d rather avoid using magic unless absolutely necessary."

The girls remained thoughtful for several seconds, and Anne decided not to say anything, she barely understood the situation.

"What if we simply reduced the problem?" Helena commented.

Lucia tilted her head. "I’m listening."

"We could have a community area, with a luxurious party. And an internal area where only the brides, Liam, and other trusted people would be allowed in."

"Like all the hotties our man is fucking already," Charlotte chuckled, thinking of her own MILF friends.

"Is this possible?" Liam asked, turning to Anne, who nodded.

"I will make the preparations for that," she said. "But it would still be necessary to have a professional staff working in the secret area."

"Okay, I can take care of getting a proper staff for us," Lucia said, probably intending to use some light hypnosis, or something like that.

With that, the general plans were beginning to form. Helena, Isabel, Lucia, and mainly Anne would still work hard day and night to organize the massive thing, especially making sure everyone would have their ideas heard.
