Harem System In A fantasy World
Chapter 625: For Good Measure
"Uhm, Lord Elion... excuse my asking, but what exactly is this place supposed to be?" Dimitri walked over and stopped a short distance away.
"You can drop the ’Lord,’" Elion said. "Just call me Elion."
Dimitri looked like he was about to protest, but the words died in his throat when Elion continued.
"This place is nothing right now, but in the near future, it’s going to be turned into a brothel."
Dimitri’s jaw slowly dropped. He simply stared at Elion as the words registered in his mind. Oddly enough, an embarrassed expression began creeping across his face.
A faint blush followed.
"A-A whorehouse!?" He somehow managed to shout and whisper at the same time, looking around, as if afraid that someone would hear him.
"Precisely," Elion replied, without so much as a flicker of embarrassment.
Perhaps the casual way he said it was the final nail in the coffin.
An almost imaginary cloud of steam seemed to burst from Dimitri’s ears and rise around his head.
Elion stared at him for a moment.
"Hahahahahaha!" He couldn’t help himself; the sight sent him into uproarious laughter.
"P-Please, Lord Elion, don’t tease me like that." The young Vampire let out a relieved breath and placed one hand against his chest.
"Hmm?" Elion tilted his head. "What do you mean? I’m not joking."
His expression was completely serious.
Dimitri’s jaw dropped all over again, and once again, the sight was enough to send Elion into laughter.
"Hahahahaha!"
"What is Elion so happy about?" Jaeneva asked, as she stepped into the lobby from another entrance door.
Zenith, who had been standing off to the side and watching the exchange unfold, glanced toward her.
Several more people entered the spacious room that would eventually serve as the brothel’s main lobby.
It was the rest of the Vampire entourage.
Jaeneva had been giving them a tour of the building.
Judging by the increasingly flustered expressions on their faces, however, she had clearly been a little too vivid when explaining exactly what the establishment was going to be used for.
...
Once the seven Vampires had finally gotten their wits about them again, Elion stepped forward and turned toward Edmund and Valentina.
"I’m sure you two would like to get a few things settled before everyone gathers at the docks, so I’ll let you guys go on ahead."
Edmund showed a hint of surprise.
"You’re not coming with us?"
"No," Elion replied. "I have a few things to take care of first, and then I need to find my own group from The Trial Alliance before heading down."
"Oh, alright then." Edmund nodded. "Should you need anything, please don’t hesitate to come to us."
Elion smiled lightly.
"I’ll keep that in mind."
With that, the Vampires excused themselves and made their way through the doors, disappearing into the busy streets outside.
Of course, Elion didn’t actually have anything particularly important to do, but he would be away for an unknown amount of time.
So, naturally, it was only right that he spend a little more time with Zenith, as well as make sure that the succubi’s wombs were sufficiently filled before leaving, for good measure, of course.
"I hope you guys have prepared some beds already..."
Unfortunately, Elion barely managed to finish speaking before his vision was completely smothered by shameless Veyra’s fleshy mounds.
"Wha—"
And just like that, the room descended into chaos. A short but incredibly eventful session followed.
...
"Oh! Thank the heavens! I thought you were never going to show yourself!"
Marilyn looked visibly relieved as she spotted Elion approaching at a brisk pace, one hand raised in greeting.
"S-Sorry I’m late," Elion said hurriedly.
As he walked, he subtly adjusted the back of his bodysuit before fastening the belt that held Kurogoroshi at his waist.
"We got your letter, but seriously, what have you been up to all this time?" Marilyn asked.
The others were already eyeing him somewhat strangely.
"Oh, you know I’ve been quite busy, Marilyn. With the summons and everything. But I’ve actually been in Haven this whole time."
Marilyn narrowed her eyes.
"Right..."
Before she could press him any further, the ever-energetic Yaana suddenly stepped forward and interrupted without a care in the world.
"Good to see you’re doing well, Big Bro Elion!" She raised her hand and gave a small hop for a high five.
Elion met it easily.
Smack!
"Wow, careful there!"
He immediately took a step back.
Yaana’s oversized scythe wasn’t sheathed, and the massive curved blade looked especially menacing from this close.
Yaana merely giggled.
"By the way, are you okay? You look like you’re out of breath, and your face is a little flushed. I like your outfit, by the way!"
She finished with a wink and a thumbs-up.
Anyone else might have lost track of everything she had said with how quickly she rattled it all off in a single breath.
Elion caught every word.
"Yeah, I was running around looking for you guys," he lied.
No way he was going to say he had just finished giving seven women a good, quick pounding; now was he?
He was quite relieved that he had put his bodysuit aside before all hell broke loose, since he didn’t have anything nearly as decent to replace it with.
He had made sure to bring several spare changes of clothes, but none of them were anywhere near as compact or purposeful as the bodysuit he was wearing now.
’Wait, I do have the armour I got along with Kurogoroshi. I could technically wear it over normal clothes, but I’m not really used to fighting in armour.’
Elion thought about it for a moment.
’Well... maybe I should give it a try sometime.’
Perhaps it wouldn’t be as uncomfortable as he imagined.
"How long do we have?" he asked Marilyn.
It seemed like she was the only one escorting the younger members today.
But when Elion glanced over at the five people gathered behind her, he couldn’t help wondering how a relatively small organisation like the Triad Alliance had somehow managed to secure seven spots while the entire Vampire race had only received five.
He pushed the thought aside and waved toward three familiar faces.
"Good to see you guys again."
Maya returned the greeting with a smile, while Manfred and Uta simply nodded in response. There were two unfamiliar faces among the group as well.
Oddly enough, Elion found himself a little disappointed that Mayumi truly wasn’t here, even though that should have been obvious.
