Harem System In A fantasy World
Chapter 634: Entering The Legacy World
A few shocked squeals immediately sounded from some of Elion’s shameless fangirls, and after a few moments, he finally pulled away with a soft click.
Isolde’s eyes opened slowly.
She seemed completely dazed.
Two fingers rose to touch her rosy pink lips, and a distant look settled across her face as though she was still trying to process what had just happened.
Elion casually pulled out a dark ring from seemingly nowhere and took Isolde’s hand in his, turning her palm upward before placing the ring in it and gently closing her fingers around it.
"Put this on. It should be of some help to you."
Isolde nodded absentmindedly, still clearly stunned.
"Come now. It’s your guys’ turn to go."
"What, no kisses for us?" Tessa asked teasingly.
Elion chuckled.
As shameless as ever, he reached forward and roughly pulled the red-haired beauty into his embrace.
Tessa let out a startled yelp as Elion’s large hands settled firmly against her perky, elastic ass, and before she could say anything else, he stole her lips in a greedy kiss.
This one turned out quite steamy, and it lasted for quite some time, and by the time he finally let her go, Tessa was almost out of breath. She was breathing heavily, her face completely red.
"Shameless b-bastard!" Elion ignored the aggrieved look on her face as she wiped her wet mouth with the back of her hand.
He went to Mira next and did much the same, pulling her close before kissing her deeply. When he finally released her, he sent her off with a playful smack on the butt.
The fleshy peach gave him a pleased jiggle and rippled beneath Mira’s uniform as she giggled and skipped away with a bright, happy smile on her face.
The trio then began making their way up the glowing platforms.
That was when Elion noticed William practically sprinting across the bow of the ship and up the staircase with the rest, repeatedly glancing back toward him with obvious fear.
Elion only smiled.
Anyone who didn’t know better might have assumed the two of them were close friends, judging by how pleased Elion looked to see the Dawncrest boy.
Before long, the group of first years and second years reached the highest platform. Then, together, they jumped.
Whoosh!
The darkness swallowed them instantly.
"Quite the playboy, aren’t you?"
Elion glanced sideways.
Mayumi had walked up alongside the rest of the Triad Alliance group, amusement written plainly across her face.
"I’m impressed. How did you manage to swindle three beautiful women into agreeing to share you?" She shook her head, "The poor souls must have been charmed with a love potion."
Elion ignored the blasphemous remark, though he couldn’t stop his brow from twitching. Marilyn shook her head as she followed behind them, with Manfred trailing close by.
"You really are shameless, you know that?"
Elion let out a sheepish laugh. "You wound me, Miss Marilyn, and I thought you would know me by now."
Marilyn shook her head.
"I was foolish enough to believe there was a limit to your shamelessness. Next time, I’ll make sure to prepare myself for the worst."
Elion laughed.
With all of the academy students already gone, it was finally their turn to head in.
"Maya will be the party leader for the whole group," Marilyn said. "I hope you don’t mind."
"Not at all," Elion replied. "I’m not exactly a good leader myself. All I’m really good at is hacking away with my sword and brute-forcing my way through everything."
He gave a small shrug.
"Things will probably be much better this way."
Marilyn smiled.
"Perfect."
She then looked toward the young members of the Triad Alliance and gave them one final nod.
"I hope your journey is filled with great success, and I’m looking forward to seeing just how much all of you will have grown when you return, you too, Elion."
With that, the seven of them began making their way up the rising platforms.
The turbulence in the air grew noticeably stronger the higher they climbed, tugging at their clothes and hair, but it wasn’t powerful enough to threaten their footing.
Before long, all seven of them were standing on the highest platform, positioned directly before the centre of the eerily dark gate.
Elion looked around at the others.
"Everyone ready?"
He asked the question casually, as though they weren’t about to jump into a mysterious world where anything could be waiting for them.
One by one, they nodded.
Yaana was holding Elion’s left hand, her oversized scythe strapped securely across her back, while Mayumi held onto his right.
With Yaana standing at the farthest left, everyone else was lined up on Mayumi’s right.
"On three," Maya said.
Elion tightened his grip slightly.
"Three..."
"Two..."
"One... Now!"
All seven of them jumped in sync, and the feeling of dread quickly filled them as they approached the rippling darkness of the gate.
Zipp!
The instant Elion passed through the gate, a violent wave of nausea struck him.
His entire body seemed to distort from the front, as though some enormous force had grabbed hold of him and started pulling him through an impossibly narrow space.
For a brief moment, it felt like his entire body was being crushed into a box far too small to contain him.
Then the darkness of the gate completely swallowed his vision.
"Woahhhh!"
Startled shouts erupted around him.
He could hear the others, but their voices quickly became muffled and distant as the world twisted into little more than a shapeless blur.
Elion could still feel the hands he was holding.
Yaana on one side, and Mayumi on the other.
That at least reassured him that they were still together.
But when he tried looking around, everything was so horribly distorted that he could barely make anything out.
The others’ bodies stretched and twisted unnaturally around him, appearing almost like reflections across broken glass.
’What the hell is this feeling...?’
Even his sense of direction had disappeared.
There was no up, down, forward, or backward. Only the violent sensation of being dragged somewhere very, very far away.
Another violent zipp rang through Elion’s ears.
The next thing he knew, a powerful rush of wind was whipping violently against his face, followed almost immediately by the unmistakable sensation of falling.
Startled shouts still echoed around him.
Then his vision finally returned.
Elion’s eyes widened.
They were falling through an impossibly beautiful sky.
All seven of them were still holding hands, though their grips were quite obviously beginning to loosen under the force of the fall.
The wispy clouds surrounding them looked like enormous plumes of soft cotton, glowing faintly beneath the radiant light of the sky, while the brilliant golden sun above threatened to overwhelm Elion’s vision the moment he looked toward it.
For a brief moment, despite the fact that they were plummeting through the air, Elion could only stare.
It was breathtaking.
Then he quickly shook his head.
’Priorities first!’
Looking down, Elion’s vision was immediately filled by an incredibly vast body of water stretching beneath them.
Beyond it, land could be seen across the horizon, and thankfully, it wasn’t too far away. At least they weren’t about to fall directly onto solid ground and be turned into meat paste.
However...
Falling into a massive body of water from this height wasn’t exactly appealing either.
’Damn!’ Elion cursed inwardly. ’Couldn’t the gate just place us directly on solid ground!?’
His grip on Mayumi’s hand slipped for a moment.
"Whoa—!"
He reacted instantly and grabbed onto her again before they could separate.
"Stick together!" Maya shouted through the violent wind. "We seem to be directly above a massive lake of some sort!"
Her hair whipped wildly around her face as she looked down.
"But I don’t want to find out if anything is waiting beneath the depth of those waters!"
Everyone nodded quickly.
"So once we get close enough, I’m going to prepare a large gust of wind and blow us toward land!"
Elion glanced toward the distant shoreline.
"Actually," he shouted over the roaring air, "I can fly!"
