Chapter 921: Chapter 372: Who Do You Think You Are? Harry Potter? (2)

Vivi nodded in agreement.

Dumbledore took action immediately, he quickly returned to Hogwarts and "invited" Mr. Leme from his Alchemy Laboratory.

"What are you doing, Dumbledore?" Mr. Leme grumbled after arriving in Vienna, "Could you not have waited until I finished that game?"

Dumbledore didn’t reply, thinking that if he waited for the game to finish, it might be the morning of the day after tomorrow.

"Looks like Harry has encountered some new situation, hasn’t he?" Mr. Leme rubbed his dry, bony wrist, curiously observing Harry as he asked, "Tell me, Harry, what troubles have you encountered again?"

"It’s not really any big trouble."

Harry recounted the situation in detail to Mr. Leme, who nodded with a semblance of realization after hearing the whole story.

"Oh." He said, "I personally think this should be a curse... wait, I still need to carefully check Harry’s condition."

After speaking, he said to Dumbledore, "Dumbledore, could you go back to my Alchemy Laboratory and bring me my things?"

"What things?" Dumbledore asked.

"Once you get there, ask Pernelle." Mr. Leme said, "Just ask her where the thing I made on the evening of June 30, 1873, is stored."

Dumbledore nodded.

He turned around and left the office, and not long after, he returned with something resembling a helmet.

The helmet looked... a bit peculiar, like the war helmets once used by Vikings, with two horn-like things on top.

And this helmet, the color is quite lovely, it’s multicolored like a rainbow.

"I must admit, this is my first time using this helmet."

Mr. Leme took the helmet from Dumbledore’s hands, but he forgot how heavy it was, and with a snap, both his arms were broken under the weight.

Afterwards, the helmet fell to the ground with a clang.

"Getting old." Mr. Leme was not at all embarrassed, he extended his hands towards Dumbledore.

Once Dumbledore helped him fix his arms, he instructed Dumbledore, "Young man, this is when you’ll need to exert a bit of effort — put this helmet on Harry’s head."

Young man... what a young man.

But speaking of it, Dumbledore is indeed a young man in front of Mr. Leme — neither of them could be considered young.

After all, Mr. Leme was born in the fourteenth century, and Dumbledore was born in the nineteenth century, there’s more than five hundred years between them.

In this world, there should be very few people older than Mr. Leme.

Dumbledore obediently placed the helmet onto Harry’s head, Mr. Leme walked over to Harry, reaching out to pat his shoulder.

"Relax, Harry." He comforted Harry, "Undress your mind — turn off your Mind Sealing Spell, or the helmet won’t be able to detect anything..."

Harry followed the advice and removed the Mind Sealing Spell.

Mr. Leme somehow connected a few wires, attaching each color to the corresponding color block on the helmet.

Then, the helmet began to hum and vibrate.

"Are you sure this helmet won’t shake my brain until it’s all mixed up?" Harry’s voice sounded quite pleasant with a vibrating tone.

"Don’t worry, Harry." Mr. Leme assured Harry, "It’s just detecting your curse, not causing you any harm."

Harry couldn’t hear Mr. Leme very clearly, but he chose to trust the expert.

After all, it’s just an examination, not something life-threatening.

Soon, he started to regret it.

The vibration was truly uncomfortable, he felt as though his brain might be shaken out.

Fortunately, the vibration only lasted a while and then ended.

When Dumbledore helped him remove the helmet, Harry saw everything in duplicate.

He saw Dumbledore with sixteen hands, more terrifying than a Naga.

"It doesn’t seem like a small issue, Harry." Mr. Leme said to Harry, "The curse magnifies all sorts of negative emotions within you, like the desire for killing, hatred towards others, etc. If you can’t control your emotions, you might become terrifying, ultimately consumed by the negativity, turning into a machine that only knows how to kill."

"That serious?" Gellert asked in an exaggerated tone, mockingly taunting Harry, "Looks like you’re in trouble, Scarhead."

However, nobody paid him any attention.

"So, just controlling negative emotions will suffice?" Vivi confirmed, touching Harry’s face and asked him, "How are you feeling now? Any unusual sensations?"

"Not at the moment." Harry shrugged, "I feel my condition is great, nothing wrong at all."

"Maybe the curse hasn’t taken effect yet?" Vivi asked with concern.

"Impossible." Mr. Leme stated, "If the curse hasn’t taken effect, I wouldn’t have detected it."

Silence fell inside the room after hearing this.

Gellert opened his mouth, yet no sound came out — Vivi had just sealed his mouth with a magic spell to prevent him from being annoying.

"Hey, folks." Harry patted the arm of the chair, "Why the glum faces? You look like I’m about to die — see, I’m alive right now and doing well, why so down? How about a smile?"

Dumbledore sighed, he wasn’t worried that Harry would die, but worried Harry might be influenced by the curse and become someone like Voldemort.

Voldemort’s destruction was already severe enough, who knows what might happen if someone with Harry’s power goes insane — what would the Magic World do?

Counting on Vivi to stop him?

Don’t be ridiculous, that woman would only join her beloved Little Harry in going crazy.

Vivi was simply concerned about Harry’s physical health.

"I truly feel just fine." Harry waved his hand, "Look, I’ll admit this curse does have a minor influence, but it’s actually not significant... I used to hate Voldemort — that’s when Hagrid said my parents were killed by him, but after killing Voldemort multiple times, I really don’t hate him anymore... honestly, there’s no one worth hating in this world."

That’s true, Harry’s mindset was originally very good.

Plus, now with his extraordinary strength, there aren’t many things or people capable of making him feel disgusted.

As for Voldemort?

Not even worthy of being considered an opponent, would it even be worth worrying?

"Is that so?" Mr. Leme nodded and said, "Such a curse indeed has exceptions, for those with malicious intent, it is a particularly troublesome curse — but for someone inherently kind-hearted and broad-minded, the curse is practically ineffective."

"Anyway," Mr. Leme concluded, "you guys shouldn’t worry too much, at least I see it quite optimistically."

"Harry." Vivi crouched beside Harry, seriously advising, "No matter what, you must never use the Unforgivable Curses again, understand?"

Seeing Vivi’s earnest gaze, Harry could only nod in agreement.

"Uh, alright." He nodded and said.

Dumbledore’s eyebrow twitched.

Never use the Unforgivable Curses again?

That implies they’ve been used plenty before...

But ultimately, Dumbledore could only sigh and shake his head.

He still had confidence in Harry, willing to believe the curse wouldn’t have a negative impact on him.
