Heir of Synthesis: The World Mage

Chapter 376: Blitz Robbery

  • Next Chapter

Priam attacked, and the world seemed to collapse before him.

Ananke, in his fists, caused space to collapse as it received an unprecedented amount of Ether. With his Rank increase, Priam’s reserves had multiplied drastically—his capacity to store Ether had increased dozens of times, while his Essence of Creation had tripled.

At that moment, Ananke finally reached 100% of its maximum load capacity.

Not even when Priam fought the Sorcerers, being able to absorb corruption and continuously send Ether into it, had he managed to accomplish this. Reaching that Rank truly made an astronomical difference.

Priam felt as if he were lifting two entire planets in his hands. Under normal circumstances, that absurd weight would have made it impossible to move even a single centimeter forward.

However, perfectly synchronized with his Wind Elemental Physique, he cut through the air at a terrifying speed.

What followed in the skies was a true massacre of apocalyptic proportions.

Even surrounded by an overwhelming multitude, Priam didn’t look like a trapped target. He was a Reaper. Moving like an intangible ghost between the enemy ranks, he delivered brutal, precisely calculated strikes against the weaker Beasts.

With every advance of his fists, a thunderous boom echoed, and an Enlightened Sage-level monster was reduced to a mist of blood. Rains of blood and fragments of bone began falling over the mountains like a storm.

Panic spread like wildfire.

Beasts that considered themselves invincible fell into absolute despair. Hundreds of them turned around and tried to flee without looking back, crashing into one another in the air and creating widespread chaos that enraged the leaders.

"DON’T RETREAT, YOU COWARDS!"

"CRUSH THAT HUMANOID!"

Reinforcements kept emerging from spatial rifts in every direction. The number of Philosopher Sage-level experts rose rapidly until it reached fifty Beast Kings gathered in a single location.

However, Priam simply ignored them.

With the spectral agility granted by his Wind Elemental Physique, he easily dodged the most devastating attacks from the leaders, using the sheer mass of the lesser monsters as shields while continuing his massacre.

While Priam wreaked destruction across the skies, Dandara remained atop the mountain, surrounded by an impenetrable sphere of black, toxic miasma, having activated all of her defensive power at once.

Some more foolish Beasts, thinking she was the weak point of the pair, greedily charged toward her.

However, the instant they approached, Dandara’s miasma exploded outward, expanding hundreds of meters in a fraction of a second and swallowing the invaders whole.

Dazed and with their senses completely disoriented by the dark mist, the monsters became easy targets. Priam would then move, appearing out of nowhere within the miasma, delivering a lethal blow, and disappearing into the air once again.

It became clear to the leaders that sending ordinary Beasts against Dandara was nothing but a waste of troops. Just as the most powerful Philosopher Sages began organizing themselves to attack her together...

A quick mental message from Dandara echoed in Priam’s mind.

’That one is perfect!’

Priam shifted his gaze toward the newly arrived group. Among the now fifty-one Philosopher Sage-level figures, one stood out clearly.

Despite being a Primordial Chaos Beast, her appearance was almost entirely humanoid.

She belonged to an ancient and legendary race: the Blood Moon Dryads, a species composed exclusively of females. In the distant past, they had been a race of nature, but in order to survive the chaotic eras, they fused their bloodlines with Primordial Beasts until they solidified this new race after a powerful figure emerged among them.

They inherited the Dryads’ power to control nature, combined with the fierce strength of the Beasts.

The newcomer was at the elemental stage of the Philosopher Sage Rank. She looked like a graceful elf with shimmering emerald-green skin, hair, and eyes, with delicate and mysterious red and black markings drawn all over her body.

Priam gave a crooked smile. ’Excellent choice.’

In the blink of an eye, he disappeared, reappearing right beside Dandara. With perfect coordination, she jumped up and settled onto his back.

The next second, space distorted.

"!"

The figure’s eyes widened.

Priam rematerialized like a specter right in front of the Blood Moon Dryad.

*Rumbling Heavens!*

Without any warning, preparation, or external sign, Priam unleashed his most devastating and expansive attack.

**KBOOOOOOOOM!!**

A monstrous explosion caused the fabric of space-time to collapse across a radius of several kilometers. Every Beast, from the weakest to the most powerful, was violently sent flying. Many of them exploded without even knowing what had happened.

The Dryad at the center of it all was certain she would be destroyed right there. However, Priam exercised surgical control over the shockwave: ninety-nine percent of the devastation was directed toward sweeping away the surrounding army of monsters, while only a carefully calculated fraction struck the Dryad.

Even so, the attack shattered the creature’s defenses and crushed her body. Thanks to her immense vitality and natural regeneration, she barely remained alive, unable to move.

What happened next took place in a fraction of a second.

As soon as the initial shockwave subsided, Priam and Dandara were already right beside the dying creature on the ground.

Priam threw dozens of Soul Toxin runes that penetrated the weakened Dryad without resistance, paralyzing any attempt to fight back.

In the very same millisecond, Dandara lunged forward with the contract mark glowing in her palm, forcefully pressing it against the creature’s forehead.

The Dryad didn’t even have time to process what was happening. With her soul in absolute chaos, the contract was forcibly sealed instantly. It was a true blitz robbery.

Dandara smiled victoriously and, with a single swift gesture, recalled her new companion into her inner world.

Upon seeing one of their specialists captured right before their eyes, all the remaining dozens of Philosopher Sages roared in a frenzy of absolute rage.

Priam simply wrapped one arm around Dandara’s waist, pulling her close. He looked at the furious army and casually waved at them with a mocking grin.

"It was a pleasure training with you guys."

His eyes flashed with a distorted silver light.

Priam waved forward as his God-Weaver lineage burned at its limit. The World Piercer ability, which he could now manipulate with a certain degree of control, was activated.

He took a single step forward.

The space in front of them tore apart like a sheet of paper, and both he and Dandara plunged straight into the void, completely disappearing from the area before the enemy attacks could even reach them.

The next moment, Priam and Dandara found themselves back at the starting point.

"Those dicks! Hehe... we did it!" Dandara laughed excitedly and wrapped her arms around Priam’s neck.

He nodded, calming his entire battle aura. Then, he looked down at his feet.

This was the return point. It was time to go home.

He took a deep breath and turned toward the horizon.

’I hope that old man understood the message. Mirra... take care of everything.’

Dandara saw Priam’s expression and sighed. He really was like a father, worried about his child who had now left the shelter of his wings. A strange and unfamiliar warmth burned in her chest as she imagined him worrying about other people in the future.
