Heir of Synthesis: The World Mage
Chapter 404: Potential Multiplied
The days passed quietly.
On the Celestial Event planet, all the surviving disciples had already been brought back. It didn’t take long for the results of that event to explode across the entire universe like an atomic bomb.
A legendary 3rd Eruption had occurred. If the major sects had been able to predict it, they would have participated with all their forces. After all, historically, those who stood out during this rare event and entered a fragment of the Spectral World always came out with unbelievable treasures.
They were always extremely high-level Paragon Arts, sometimes accompanied by unique metals and other anomalous and peculiar relics. This eruption seemed to change something within that Spectral World, always bringing good fortune.
Soon after the news of the third eruption came the shock of learning that nine General Specters had emerged simultaneously. And then...
They heard the reports from the two Sages who had witnessed everything about the terrifying power Priam had used to annihilate them before they could even emerge onto the planet.
As a result, his score was absolutely unsurpassable and unbelievable. There wasn’t even a number, because the point-counting system could no longer calculate it.
Priam’s name spread throughout the entire Universe of the Chromaraic Scions.
But it didn’t stop there. The Primordial Chaos Beasts, who were always investigating and gathering information about the humanoids, their direct enemies, also heard the news and spread it internally.
As soon as the news was confirmed, the three Exalted Lords of the Primordial Chaos Beasts received it. These three figures were the most powerful beings in the entire beast universe.
One of them lived practically in isolation, on a planet that served as an incubator for new races. He was the oldest and most powerful among the three, although he had long since lost all hope of becoming an Immortal and was already very close to death.
Deep in the forest of that planet, the thunderous sound of a horde of beasts attacking a wooden fortress was deafening.
Atop the fortress, a young girl wielded a staff with a cold gaze, reinforcing the defenses and preparing her counterattack.
She was going through a real battle, where even the slightest mistake would mean her end. But what shocked everyone was that, despite being so young, this girl never lost her composure and used everything she had with extreme perfection.
In the sky, hidden among the clouds, a winged figure opened his eyes.
Holding a red crystal that glowed intensely, he read the information he had received.
Seconds later, he took a deep breath.
"Priam... it seems I was right in my decision. This final disciple of mine must receive everything..." He paused mid-thought, remembering something crucial.
"Hmm... yes, I have to call in that old favor. Lord James is an Immortal above the others, and he’ll help me with this. I’m certain that this Priam will become an Immortal one day, and Lord James will be pleased to be the first to establish a connection with a humanoid talent of this level."
After making his decision, the old man wasted no time and sent a message to a place extremely far away from that world.

Back to the world fragment. In the middle of the void, where Priam was, the 30 days were already nearing their end, with 29 of them already completed.
At that moment, Priam opened his eyes and felt the space around him twist. A green window appeared before him.
[Spatial pocket successfully created!]
Priam took a deep breath, relieved. During those days, all he had done was activate the Sacred Devouring Body to shape that space within his own body.
It was necessary to create it in order to wield the power of devouring — and once created, it would remain inside him forever, like a spatial inventory.
Currently, it was about 50 square meters in size; with enough time and effort, Priam could expand it however he wanted.
He looked toward one corner. Then, a tiny flame lit up.
"I confirm... this space inside you has reached the required level... This is unimaginable..."
Priam smiled. Of course, after all, this was the power of a Sovereign. Apparently, his divine luck had started working even before he used the Blessing. Out of all 12 Manifestations, he had obtained exactly the one he would need next.
Priam nodded mentally. ’My Plot Armor has always been powerful... this blessing just made me shine even brighter.’
"I will fuse the Heart of Life and Destruction into you now. It shouldn’t take very long."
After saying that, the small flame moved toward Priam’s chest — exactly where the small world was located, inside his soul.
Priam allowed it to enter. Before long, he felt the entire place transform.
That inner space would become practically useless for devouring and refining targets, which was the original purpose of the Manifestation. Priam would use that entire exclusive space solely to house and nourish the Heart of Life and Destruction.
This wasn’t a loss — quite the opposite. He would still obtain the other 11 Manifestations in the future, and this new treasure would bring him endless benefits in the short and medium term.
...
...
...
Several hours passed before Priam felt a small bluish spark emerge from the spatial pocket, stopping directly in front of him.
"Everything is complete. I’ll send you the incubation process; it isn’t complicated, it just requires you to dedicate some time to it. However, even after completing the process, you’ll need a bit of world essence to create more of the rays of life and destruction," the remnant of the Heavenly Will explained slowly.
"You intend to attract Heavenly Tribulations, right? It’s a truly dangerous method, but incredibly efficient. You’ll be able to channel all the rays directly into this space and later use them however you want. Besides, all the world essence contained within them will remain inside you forever, generating more and more energy without ever running out."
Priam’s eyes shone intensely.
At the moment, he had nothing. However, from the moment he absorbed his first Heavenly Tribulation, he would begin continuously producing both rays. The more energy he absorbed, the greater his ability to generate them would become in the future.
As soon as the explanation ended, a small glowing rune emerged in the air, floated toward Priam’s forehead, and was promptly absorbed by him.
"... Now, I bid you farewell... I’ve done everything within my power... All that’s left is to wish you good luck and hope that everything I’ve given you will truly be useful."
Priam nodded, genuinely grateful. "Before you leave... Will the system that orchestrates the Celestial Event be affected because of me?"
"... No," the voice sounded extremely weak, almost inaudible, on the verge of fading away.
"The will of the people from my world is still engraved within the structure. Everything will continue happening automatically, although it will become uncontrolled without my presence. I find it very unlikely that they’ll notice any difference within a short period of time."
"Understood. That’s enough. Thank you for everything," Priam replied softly.
The next instant, the small flame flickered one last time and went out completely.
Priam clenched his fists.
It seemed that now, his potential had multiplied several times over, without him even truly gaining a single level.
