Chapter 818: Atlas Discovers He’s a Marriage Broker

Deep inside God Gym, Atlas stood motionless before an enormous floating screen, his usually mischievous expression completely frozen.

Just moments earlier, he had been casually reviewing the gym’s operations while occasionally complaining about Garion’s ridiculous behavior.

However, the instant Seras appeared outside God Gym, something extraordinary happened.

An ancient restriction hidden deep within his existence suddenly disappeared.

Countless memories and unimaginable amounts of knowledge flooded into his consciousness.

The origins of the systems.

The countless candidates scattered across different worlds.

The true purpose behind the competition.

And most importantly, the identity of the woman standing beside Garion.

Atlas’s silver eyes widened.

"Oh... Oh, this is bad."

He suddenly remembered everything.

And the fact that he had spent an extraordinary amount of time casually insulting the very man his creator had been searching for.

Atlas slowly covered his face.

"That muscle-headed bastard actually won..."

Before he could recover, two familiar presences appeared inside God Gym.

Garion entered first, casually stretching his shoulders. "Hehehe. Damn, it feels good to be back."

Seras followed beside him, curiously examining the gym’s interior. "Oh? So this is your famous God Gym?"

Garion proudly nodded. "That’s right. Pretty impressive, huh?"

Seras giggled. "Hehehe. It’s certainly... unique."

Garion raised an eyebrow. "Oi, what’s with that hesitation?"

Seras smiled innocently. "Nothing, nothing."

At that moment, Garion noticed Atlas standing unusually still.

He immediately grinned. "Oi, Atlas! Your handsome gym master has returned."

Normally, Atlas would have responded with some sarcastic insult.

However, this time, he didn’t. Instead, the silver-haired boy slowly approached them.

Then, to Garion’s complete disbelief, Atlas lowered his head respectfully. "Welcome back, Garion."

Garion froze. "...Huh?"

Atlas ignored his reaction before turning toward Seras.

He immediately bowed even deeper. "It is an honor to finally meet you again, Creator."

Seras smiled warmly. "Hehehe. Hello, Atlas. It’s been quite some time."

Atlas remained perfectly respectful. "Indeed. I have recovered my original memories and knowledge upon sensing your presence."

Garion slowly looked between them and his expression changed. "Hold on. Did Atlas just bow?"

Atlas’s eyebrow twitched. "Garion, please behave yourself."

Garion burst into laughter. "Hehehe! Damn, I never thought I’d see the day!"

He leaned closer, examining Atlas’s unusually stiff expression. "Where’s all that attitude, little bastard? Did someone finally teach you manners?"

Atlas clenched his tiny fists. "Would you kindly stop embarrassing me?"

Garion laughed even harder. "You’re actually saying ’kindly’ now? What happened to you?"

Seras covered her mouth, clearly enjoying the scene. "Hehehe. You two really are quite similar."

Garion immediately frowned. "Similar? Me and this sarcastic little brat?"

Atlas’s expression darkened. "Please don’t compare me to this muscle-headed idiot."

He suddenly froze.

Slowly, he turned toward Seras. "...My apologies."

Seras giggled. "Oh, don’t worry. I find your personality rather entertaining."

Atlas visibly relaxed.

Garion scratched his chin. "Speaking of which, why do you act so much like me anyway?"

Seras glanced toward Atlas before smiling knowingly. "That’s actually rather simple."

She gently raised one finger. "Atlas wasn’t originally created with the personality you know today."

Garion blinked. "Oh?"

Seras nodded. "Like the other systems, he was initially designed to identify suitable candidates and assist their development."

She turned toward the silver-haired boy. "However, after spending so much time with you, Atlas gradually developed genuine sentience."

Atlas quietly lowered his gaze.

Seras continued. "His personality formed naturally through his experiences, and because you were the individual he interacted with most, your personality became the foundation of his own."

Garion stared at Atlas.

Then his expression became extraordinarily smug. "Hehehe. So you’re basically my little clone?"

Atlas immediately glared at him. "Absolutely not."

Garion crossed his arms proudly. "Come on, don’t be shy. You’ve inherited your daddy’s amazing personality."

Atlas’s face twitched. "Garion, I swear..."

He suddenly remembered Seras’s presence and immediately corrected himself. "...I respectfully disagree."

Seras burst into laughter. "Hehehe! Wonderful. You’re even more amusing than I expected."

Garion chuckled before suddenly becoming curious. "Anyway, Atlas, what exactly did you remember?"

Atlas slowly straightened. "Everything."

Garion raised an eyebrow. "Everything?"

Atlas nodded seriously. "The purpose of the system network, the selection process, the competition, and the true intentions of our Creator."

Garion grinned. "Then you already know why she made all those systems?"

Atlas remained silent. His expression became increasingly complicated.

Finally, he slowly nodded. "Yes."

Garion leaned closer. "Well? What do you think?"

Atlas stared at him.

For several seconds, he seemed unable to find the appropriate words.

Then he quietly muttered. "...My entire existence was part of an elaborate matchmaking operation."

Garion immediately doubled over laughing. "Hehehe! That’s right, little bastard. You’re basically a cosmic marriage broker!"

Atlas covered his face. "I spent countless years managing your cultivation, developing extraordinary training functions, and helping you become one of the strongest beings in existence..."

He slowly looked toward Seras. "...All because my creator wanted a husband."

Seras tilted her head innocently. "Was that really such a terrible purpose?"

Atlas immediately straightened. "Of course not, Creator. Your wisdom is beyond my understanding."

Garion snorted. "Oi, stop kissing her ass. You’re making me uncomfortable."

Atlas glared at him. "Unlike you, I understand the importance of showing respect."

Garion grinned. "Hehehe. Sure, sure."

Seras watched their exchange with obvious amusement.

However, her expression gradually softened. "Atlas, there’s something you should understand."

Atlas immediately turned toward her. "Yes, Creator?"

Seras smiled gently. "Although you were originally created for a particular purpose, you’ve now developed your own consciousness, personality, and desires."

She slowly lowered her hand. "You’re no longer merely a tool carrying out my instructions."

Atlas froze.

Seras continued. "You’ve become your own individual. Whatever purpose you choose to pursue from now on is entirely up to you."

For a moment, Atlas remained completely silent. Then he slowly lowered his head. "...Thank you, Creator."

Garion suddenly stepped forward and casually ruffled Atlas’s silver hair. "Hehehe. Don’t get all emotional, little bastard. You’ve always been part of God Gym anyway."

Atlas immediately slapped his hand away. "Stop touching my hair, you overgrown gorilla."

Garion grinned. "Ah, there he is. That’s the Atlas I know."

Seras giggled at their interaction.

However, before their conversation could continue, an extraordinarily warm divine aura suddenly appeared within God Gym.

Soft pink-gold radiance spread across the surrounding hall.

Garion immediately recognized the familiar presence. "Oh? Looks like Rachel noticed we’re back."

Atlas’s expression abruptly stiffened.

He slowly glanced toward Seras before looking back at Garion. "...Garion."

Garion raised an eyebrow. "Hmm?"

Atlas swallowed nervously. "Have you actually told Lady Rachel why the Creator is accompanying you?"

Garion scratched his head. "Well... Not yet."

Atlas stared at him. Then he slowly closed his eyes. "...You’re doomed."

Garion’s eyebrow twitched. "Oi, don’t curse me already."

Seras merely smiled with growing excitement. "Hehehe. So I finally get to meet your wife?"

At that moment, the pink-gold radiance condensed into a beautiful woman.

Rachel Revalis appeared before them, her expression initially filled with happiness upon seeing Garion. "Garion! You’re finally back."

However, her smile gradually faded as she noticed the extraordinarily beautiful woman standing beside him.

Rachel blinked. Then she slowly turned toward her husband. "...Darling?"

Garion grinned awkwardly. "Hehehe... Hey, Rachel. So, there’s something we need to talk about."

Behind him, Atlas quietly stepped several meters away. For once, he had absolutely no intention of getting involved.
