Chapter 783 - 783

[The Wicked Avatar: Transcendence ★★★★★★★★★★★★ (Level 12)][DIVINE][Evil Divine-Beast/Fusion/Effect][ATK: ?/DEF: ?]

[This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Evil God Invocation".]

The once-black long hair had transformed into pure white. Combined with the rainbow-colored wings and the pair of horns atop her head, she had quite the appearance of a little demon.

Minazuki stared blankly upward at the Evil God floating and dancing above their heads and commented:

"She really is cute, but this is actually the god representing the strongest combat power of our dimension? Somehow, I just can't accept it…"

"So, Minazuki, does that mean you prefer the black ball?" Akasha teased.

"Of course! What man doesn't like balls?!" Minazuki admitted without hesitation.

Slowly descending with her arms folded across her chest, the corners of Avatar's mouth curled upward.

Her surging aura, mixed with the energy of the icy abyss, spread outward as she locked onto the Supreme Fusion God before her.

"Finally, we can fight under equal conditions. Come, supreme god who rules the twelve dimensions. This is the final battle between you and me — the battle that will decide an unknown outcome!"

Raising the arm equipped with her Duel Disk, Hoshino opened her palm and pushed it forward as she declared:

"The Wicked Avatar after transcending! The effect of The Wicked Avatar: Transcendence! When this card is Special Summoned, send all monsters in both my Deck and your Deck to the Graveyard!"

[The Wicked Avatar: Transcendence Effect: If this card is Special Summoned: Send all monsters in both players' Decks to the Graveyard. Neither player can activate the effects of cards sent to the Graveyard by this effect, nor the effects of cards with the same name. This card gains 500 ATK for each card sent to the Graveyard by this effect.]

The monster cards in both Decks were emptied out, all being sent to the Graveyard with their effects unable to activate.

Rather than simply filling the Graveyard, it was closer to cutting off both sides' escape routes, becoming the trumpet that heralded the final battle.

[The Wicked Avatar: Transcendence ATK 8000]

Among the cards remaining in Hoshino's and Supreme King Jaden's Decks, a total of 16 monster cards were sent to the Graveyard.

Avatar: Transcendence's ATK immediately shot up to 8000 — directly surpassing the Supreme Fusion God's ATK.

"You call this fighting under equal conditions?"

The Supreme Fusion God rejected her claim.

"You merely stacked together the power of three Evil Gods and actually think you can use such crude fusion to match the Supreme Fusion God of the twelve dimensions?!"

Attack power was irrelevant.

With the Supreme Fusion God's built-in effect that granted victory through the rules, along with the very existence of the Fusion God Tribe, simply competing through ATK and DEF would give them absolutely no chance of victory.

"Supreme Fusion God, if you were an ordinary Duel Monster, even a god, it would probably be difficult to approach your level of power. But today, you've run into me, so you've simply had bad luck!"

The existence of the strongest Evil God, The Wicked Avatar, was an extremely abnormal one even among gods.

The concept behind her birth was incredibly simple:

The stronger the opponent, the stronger she becomes.

No matter how unreasonable the existence standing before her was, she could transform herself into something even stronger.

This ability to endlessly break through the limit had once allowed her to boldly clash even with Zorc, whose divine status was clearly above hers, as well as The Divine Serpent Geh.

The limitless upper boundary of her strength had also allowed her to gradually transform from nothing more than an Evil God card into a human evil — love — on the level of a calamity.

And now, at this very moment, the Transcendence form born from the fusion and stacking of all three Evil Gods had finally surpassed even an unreasonable existence like the Supreme Fusion God of the twelve dimensions.

"You said this is the dimensional restraint that cannot be transcended, the shackle that seals everything? Then let me use my power and see what happens when I collide with this chain of causality!"

A familiar flow of energy shocked the three spectators watching the battle.

Just moments ago, the brilliantly colored dimensional tracks representing the concept of dimensionalization had appeared alongside the Supreme Fusion God's display of its effects, wrapping around its body.

Now, those very same dimensional tracks were also winding around the petite body of Avatar: Transcendence.

Alexis said admiringly:

"She can actually use the same form of power as the Supreme Fusion God! That's so cool!"

"Not bad!"

Looking at the dimensional tracks floating around her slender arms and fair thighs, Avatar: Transcendence smiled in satisfaction.

"So this is the form of power born after the fusion of the twelve dimensions? It really is awesome!"

[The Wicked Avatar: Transcendence Effect: Target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls. Until the end of the phase, this card gains ATK equal to the targeted monster's ATK and gains the same monster effects as the targeted monster. This effect can also be activated during your opponent's turn.]

[The Wicked Avatar: Transcendence ATK 8000 → 13000]

"Sorry about that~ I misspoke earlier."

Feeling the dimensional power merging into her body, Avatar: Transcendence provocatively continued:

"Saying that this is a battle under equal conditions really was too imprecise. Because right now, I'm the stronger one!"

This was no longer a matter of merely changing her appearance through transformation and raising her ATK by another single point.

The Transcendence form created through the fusion of the three Evil Gods allowed Avatar: Transcendence to directly add all of her opponent's power onto herself — including both ATK and effects.

Even the Supreme Fusion God's rule-based victory effect, which practically had "Invincible" written all over its face, could be completely absorbed.

Akasha said:

"Not only did her ATK surpass it, she also gained the exact same effect as the Supreme Fusion God. In that case, Hoshino-nee can also use something equivalent to a victory-by-the-rules effect!"

Minazuki exclaimed in amazement:

"What kind of godly battle is this?! If both sides can win through the rules at the same time, who counts as the winner?"

Alexis guessed:

"Probably… a draw?"

If the higher-ATK The Wicked Avatar: Transcendence were to clash with the Supreme Fusion God —

Avatar: Transcendence, having acquired the rule-based victory effect, would directly satisfy the condition for winning through destroying a monster by battle.

At the same time, the opposing Supreme Fusion God would satisfy the condition for achieving victory through its rule-based effect upon leaving the field.

"So that's it."

The Supreme Fusion God understood.

"So this is the source of your confidence, Hoshino Chiyuki. The strongest Evil God that can continuously surpass her own limits, eventually reaching a level where she can stand alongside me. Such a development truly is a possibility that has never existed in any of the twelve dimensions."

"As expected of Senpai!"

Facing a monster of that caliber, a supreme god created through the fusion of twelve dimensions, Hoshino had still managed to reverse the situation and force it into a draw.

Unable to contain her excitement, Alexis's eyes remained fixed on Hoshino.

The King of Duelists whom Alexis had admired since childhood was displaying a shocking level of power that repeatedly pushed the limits of what Alexis thought was possible.

"But let me be frank with you first, Hoshino Chiyuki."

The Supreme Fusion God continued:

"If this ends in a draw, nothing will change. In fact, a draw would be the worst possible outcome. Even Jaden's final will would remain unfulfilled."

"No. I will change it!"

Hoshino forcefully rejected its words.

"I'll change the outcome of all of this! I'll bring back my proudest student — I'll bring Jaden back with my own hands! Even if the price is defeating the supreme god that has fused the twelve dimensions, I don't care!!"
