Slowly, Dione raised her slick, wet hand to her face, placing her fingers into her open mouth. She licked every single drop clean, taking all of it in with an uninhibited, vocal delight that echoed softly against the kitchen tiles.

Rhys stood rooted to the spot, staring in absolute disbelief. Yet, beneath the surging horror and guilt, a dark, primal spark of excitement caught flame in his chest. Dione opened her mouth wide to show him, her tongue frothing as she opened and closed her lips in a shameless display of absolute devotion. A wild, electrifying shudder ran straight down Rhys’s spine.

This was completely different from the sacred, transcendent warmth he had shared with Lira upstairs. This was a forbidden, depraved sort of adoration—a dirty, dangerous indulgence that Rhys was terrifyingly growing to like a little too much.

Rhys forced himself to take a ragged breath, his heart hammering against his ribs as his damaged power fluttered within his chest. Deep within his body, his burned-out kinetic cells seemed to stir, trying to climb out from the depths of their long dormant, broken state.

“I want to keep our burgeoning love growing, Rhys...” Dione purred, her voice dripping with obsession.

With breathtaking, otherworldly flexibility, Dione expertly lifted one long leg high into the air, positioning herself with absolute precision against the counter edge. Reaching down, she guided Rhys back inside her with a loud, trembling gasp.

Rhys leaned over her, his breathing heavy as he succumbed to the raw sensation. He couldn’t force himself to deny it anymore—he was liking this. Lira was his wife, his soul’s anchor, his absolute one and only. But this forbidden encounter with Dione offered a completely different, wicked kind of high.

Dione began to buck her hips against him, her leg poised high in the air with the grace of a ballerina. Her fingers dug frantically into his waist, her grip tight as she pulled him deeper into her rhythm. Rhys gripped the edge of the kitchen counter with both hands, anchoring himself as she kept going, the kitchen surface groaning under their combined weight.

“I started to mystical ‘bond’ with you recently, Rhys...” Dione whispered, her breath hot against his neck as her movements became more manic. “Our souls are intertwining... making us true soulmates. I never even initiated this bond with my own husband... with Arthur.”

Rhys paused, looking down at her in surprise, his mind reeling as he tried to grasp the weight of her alien biology. Dione leaned up and licked his earlobe, whispering softly, “My body chose you, Rhys. It will only ever be you.”

That single confession completely shattered whatever sanity Rhys had left. His mind went dark, swept away by a sudden, forbidden surge of dark excitement. Abandoning all restraint, Rhys began bucking fiercely, driving into her with a raw, relentless power that made the heavy wooden counter rumble against the floorboards.

He reached out, slamming one hand around her elevated leg to hold it firmly in place. With his other hand, he thrust two fingers directly into her mouth. Dione took them adoringly, eagerly wrapping her lips around his fingers, making intense, unblinking eye contact as she licked them in a display of complete, unquestioning obedience.

The relentless friction drove Dione over the edge. Her inner muscles constricted violently, and she finished hard, her whole body spasming as a localized splash of rain droplets burst into the air around them.

Who the hell am I right now? Rhys thought frantically to himself, his head spinning in a daze of lust and shame.

“Rhys? Are you still down there?” Lira’s voice suddenly shattered the illusion, calling down from the top of the stairs. “I’m going to come down and help you...”

The sound of his wife’s voice struck Rhys like a bucket of ice water. Reality came crashing back in an instant, reminding him exactly who the hell he was.

“Don’t come down! Stay up there! Don’t come down no matter what!” Rhys screamed back toward the hallway, his voice crackling with sheer panic. He could practically feel the heavy silence upstairs as Lira tensed at his sudden, harsh outburst.

Dione, completely shameless and greedy for more, ignored the commotion entirely. She continued bucking her hips against him, chasing her next high. Rhys glared down at her with sharp venom, but Dione merely offered him a sweet, innocent, unbothered smile, continuing her relentless rhythm.

“Why can’t I come down, sweetheart?” Lira called back, her tone shifting from casual to deeply concerned. “Is everything okay?”

Rhys scrambled for a lie, his mind racing. “It’s because... because the coonrat that got into the trash also broke a window!” he shouted back, panting through his teeth. “There’s sharp glass scattered all over the floor! I don’t want you stepping on it bare-footed!”

A heavy, deafening silence settled over the house. The only sound remaining in the dark kitchen was the soft, wet friction of Dione rolling her hips against him, actually speeding up her pace while Rhys tried to hold his breath.

Rhys’s knees began to buckle under the overwhelming physical stimulation. Sensing his weakness, Dione caught him, lowering her leg from the air to wrap it tightly around his waist, locking him flush against her.

Finally, a soft chuckle echoed down the stairs as Lira let out a gentle laugh. “Alright, alright,” Lira conceded warmly. “Just sweep it up and come back up quick, okay? I’m waiting for you.”

Bless my wife... Rhys lamented silently, a wave of profound guilt washing over him.

He had no escape. He couldn’t even pull his fingers out of Dione’s mouth; she clamped down softly, refusing to let him go while sucking on them with persistent adoration. Realizing he needed to end this immediately before Lira grew suspicious, Rhys decided to finish it fast.

He pressed his free hand firmly over Dione’s chest, his fingers sinking into her soft, smooth flesh. He picked up his pace, driving hard into her until he reached his breaking point, finishing deeply inside her.

Dione took in every single drop deep within her core, her whole frame shuddering and spasming in an intense, violent release. She finished so hard that her body went limp, her release splashing down onto the floor.

As the frantic motion died down, Rhys looked down at Dione in the dim moonlight. In the immediate afterglow, her skin possessed a radiant, ethereal sheen—she looked noticeably more beautiful than she had just minutes ago. He wondered with a sinking feeling if it truly was the result of her alien bonding process taking root.

Surprisingly, Rhys realized his body felt remarkably light. He still had the massive, cosmic energy replenishment from Lira coursing through his system, and now, the subtle, magical revitalization from Dione was beginning to weave into his cellular structure. His burnt-out kinetic cells surged in a way they hadn’t in years—it wasn’t a full recovery, but his chronic pain felt suddenly tolerable, almost completely gone.

Breathing heavily, Rhys forcefully pulled himself away from her. “You have to go,” Rhys growled in a harsh whisper, adjusting his pants. “Right now, Dione.”

Dione lightly pulled her damp dress back over her body, smiling radiantly. She stepped close, giving Rhys one last, passionate, lingering kiss on the lips. “I’m so happy we could bring our burgeoning love back to life, Rhys,” she whispered.

Before Rhys could respond, Dione vanished through the broken back door with a blinding, watery blur of speed he didn’t even know she possessed.

Standing alone in the dark, messy kitchen, Rhys washed his hands quickly, wiped down the counter, and braced himself. He slowly walked back upstairs to the bedroom, slipping back under the covers next to Lira, praying to whatever higher power was listening that he could just get some rest.
