Levi’s eyes widened in shock as he pulled the spear, and the body of the bear fell in front of him.

Aside from their ranks, each rank was divided into four stages. These stages were considered the phases of their strength and life.

Beginner Beast Cub was basically just a baby. Intermediate was similar to a child.

Advanced was similar to an early teenager, while Peak was that of a late teenager.

These four stages of Beast Cubs could be considered their most vulnerable phases, but because of this, humans could hunt them.

Unlike the beasts, humans’ growth was a linear rise. First, after reaching 9.9 Blood Energy Level, they trained their bones.

Second, after reaching 99.99 Blood Energy Level, they trained their muscles.

The same goes for the skin and their blood. These steps could be skipped, but that would put them at a big disadvantage against the monsters.

Just like how humans could slowly grow stronger, monsters could grow smarter. So if humans didn’t take advantage of their youth, it would only be harder to kill them.

Thankfully, monsters had even fewer morals than humans. They didn’t care about their race.

At best, the parents of the beast cubs would care about them.

But this Outer Ring was made after killing those parents and bringing their beast cubs to this area.

Levi thought to himself, but he sensed a great danger coming from behind.

"Levi, be careful!"

He heard Mike’s roar. When he turned around, he saw a stream of fire coming his way, but he easily dodged it by stepping away.

It might look like he came clutch with dodging the fire, but it was perfectly timed thanks to those eyes.

Levi’s eyes scanned the beast as if he were checking every part of its body in detail. Not only that, but he was also receiving the information faster.

He quickly used the tip of the spear to block the upcoming flaming tail while swinging it to block the other tail with the end of the spear.

As he held the spear from the middle while blocking two attacks from both sides of the spear, he heard a call in his mind.

Levi shuddered. He could feel the intense energy being blocked by a strange door in his mind.

If he opened that door, that energy would flow into his body.

He didn’t know the effects of that energy, but now wasn’t the time to test it.

He quickly spun the spears, deflecting both tails away from him.

Then he rushed towards the tiger. He wasn’t going to give it any more chance to react.

With those eyes, he felt that the world was moving much slower. His right hand moved, pointing his spear upward.

Before the tiger could react, he was already getting closer.

The tiger raised its front paw and tried to strike Levi on the head. But Levi seemingly saw that coming, already raising his spear.

He gathered immense strength into his arms, channeling his blazing blood energy into the spear as he thrust it towards the tiger’s paw.

His spear went straight through its paw. The mighty tiger roared, struggling in pain as it pulled out its paw.

At this moment, Levi noticed something. His attack was precise.

No, his control! His control over the spear was still the same. He was getting closer to the Beginner Realm in his Starry Sky Thrust.

But it was still at Entry Realm. What improved was his precision with the spear. He struck the exact point in the paw where its skin was softest.

What’s even more amazing was that he didn’t know this before. He just did it because he felt like it.

Only then did he realize why he was able to kill the previous bear and this tiger so easily.

"So, this is what increased your power. Is it related to your physique?"

Levi quickly gathered his thoughts, calmed down his nerves, and said.

"I think so. I feel like you two are moving in slow motion. I also felt a sudden increase in my strength."

"So, my eyes have evolved? What do they look like?"

Levi asked, showcasing some of the acting talent that he nurtured in these few months.

Seeing his acting, Mike rolled his eyes but didn’t expose him. He wouldn’t betray his bro for life, but Sonya could snitch.

"Wow! Your eyes are....Beautiful."

Sonya also came forward to see his eyes as she spoke with amazement.

"Hmm! That cross in your pupil looks majestic, and they are golden. But your pupils are red."

"By themselves or without a golden cross, they might look creepy, but with that golden cross, they look absolutely majestic."

Hearing that, Levi nodded.

"I see! After my kill, I felt an itch in my eyes, but I never thought it would lead to their evolution."

He adjusted his spear to his right shoulder and clapped.

"I’d always felt something unusual about my physique. Normally, physique awakenings shouldn’t consume blood energy, but mine did."

"So, I had been wondering if there was something wrong with my body. It seems like my physique hadn’t been completely awakened yet."

Hearing that, Mike whistled.

"Let’s continue our hunt. With these eyes, I feel like I should be able to handle an Advanced Beast Cub."

Mike looked at him with a serious gaze and said.

"Don’t underestimate these beasts. Unlike humans, Beasts store a lot of their blood energy since they can absorb it by eating other beasts."

"You have to understand, herbivorous beasts eat plants that are nurtured by the planet. The planet itself has gone through an evolution due to Genesis Energy."

"So, these plants possess an incredible amount of cosmic energy. After devouring those plants, they become food for carnivorous beasts."

"Then, these beasts get a lot of that energy, which they keep storing in their body for each evolution."

"Those four stages only represent the phase of their lives; their actual growth is about their evolution."

"So, they store their blood energy and use it during the battle or evolution. That means if you fight them, there is no stopping."

"They will fight until you die just to consume your corpse. The older the beast, the more blood energy they store."

Levi nodded.

"I will be careful. But now, you need to put them inside the space cube."

Mike took out two metal cubes and performed a similar action to store those corpses in the cubes.

At this moment, Sonya hesitantly asked.

"Levi, since you’ve grown stronger, would we even be helpful to you during the battle?"

Levi rolled his eyes and said.

"Of course, you will. Just because healers do not possess offensive abilities like a fighter doesn’t mean they are useless."

Mike nodded and started pointing at each of them.

"You are a damage dealer. You are an assassin. I am a tank."

Hearing the confident tone in his voice, Levi asked.

"Did you practice some kind of defensive art?"

Mike couldn’t help but feel embarrassed at that question.

"Yeah, but I haven’t reached the Entry Realm. But don’t worry, with this body of mine, I am a perfect tank."

"Alright! Have you restored your blood energy?"

Levi asked.

"No! Wait a while. I consumed half of my blood energy in two strikes."

Mike rolled his eyes and answered.

Sonya shook her head.

"Although I only lost one-third, I still need some time to recover. How about you?"

"Good! Then, I will take some rest too."

Levi rolled his eyes and said.

"Did you really think I had infinite Blood Energy?"
