When he previously met Earth Mother Goddess Shangtiya, Shangtiya felt the same way.

But now, Lis discovered that with the help of fragments of Gaia World’s historical time, his mastery of the Law of Wisdom had begun to "quickly" improve again.

This was an unexpected delight for Lis.

After all, the thicker the accumulation now, the greater power he can grasp post-Ascension Ceremony.

However, Lis wasn’t in a hurry to absorb more fragments of world historical time.

After all, he can now enter the World Origin Space at any time, so there is no immediate rush.

It was World Tree Yggdrasil!

Its roots delved deeply into the Origin Space, its trunk soared to the endless sky; millions of branches drooped like star rivers, each leaf vein bearing the vitality and law of the World.

It should have been the strongest and most flourishing symbol of Gaia, with vitality as vast as the abyss.

Yet the World Tree appearing before Lis now was shockingly decayed, starkly contrasted with its previous lush peak.

Previously, the areas invaded by Demogorgon with Abyss Power had long been reduced to black, decaying spots.

Numerous threads of black-red Abyss power surged amidst tree bark, branches, and even leaf veins like sinister curses, frantically tearing and devouring the World Tree’s origin.

Looking across, more than half of the World Tree’s trunk had already shed its former lushness, turning into desolate, withered hues.

Tree bark cracked like skeletal remains, branches fragile as candles, large swaths of foliage wilted and curled, losing all gloss, seemingly ready to turn to ash at a moment’s notice.

Only a few scattered sections near the top and root nodes still retained a faint trace of green, barely sustaining the breath of life.

Nonetheless, that green was pale and feeble, its breath weak and insubstantial, betraying an undeniable weakness and fatigue.

Lis could feel the entire World Tree silently lamenting.

The origin was damaged, vitality withering; even though rooted in Gaia’s origin, it couldn’t resist the Divine Power erosion, displaying signs of decline.

Lis gazed at the World Tree ahead, feeling genuinely heavy-hearted.

In truth, he had anticipated the status of World Tree Yggdrasil, but did not expect it to be so severe.

Initially, at the onset of Abyssal Invasion, the World Tree being used as a springboard and medium for Endless Abyss power to invade Gaia World had already been severely corroded by Abyss Power.

However, previously with Lis’ help, the World Tree was gradually recovering.

But it now seems that the connection between Endless Abyss Plane and Gaia World has exacerbated the Abyss invasion on the World Tree.

Yet Lis was still able to sense the consciousness of World Tree Yggdrasil, though somewhat faint, it had not given up, endeavoring to purify the bodily corruption with Gaia World Power’s aid.

The surrounding colorful stream lights in Origin Space ceaselessly surged into the World Tree, with each infusion of colored light peeling away a trace of Abyss Power.

Lis could feel, although the situation appeared extremely dire, the World Tree was still manageable, its origin wasn’t too severely impacted.

Under such circumstances, it merely requires time for the World Tree to recover.

Lis reckoned this must have been Demogorgon’s limit.

After all, their target wasn’t the World Tree, but to utilize the World Tree as a springboard for the Abyss Invasion.

Thus, Demogorgon would logically aim to affect the current state of the World Tree to the fullest extent, not attempt to kill the World Tree.

At this moment, Lis felt a resonance from the World Tree.

Lis nodded gently and then said:

"Is there anything you need me to help with?"

The world rules stemming from Endless Abyss could also be considered a degree of rules completion for Gaia World.

Yet this situation was merely Gaia World’s instinctual choice; when All Gods presented a relatively improved plan, Gaia World Will would comply.

Given the current state is not good for Gaia World, either.

Lis nodded and conveyed Gaia World Will’s approval to All Gods via an external avatar.

This belongs to Endless Abyss Will’s most potent force; even present-day Lis dared not directly touch such a force laden with ultimate destruction and death.

Lis could feel the flow of Abyss Destruction Power within the World Tree, continually eroding the World Tree’s strength.

Simultaneously, these forces belonging to Abyssal Will were slowly leveraging the World Tree to affect the surrounding Gaia World Origin Space.

Lis could even vaguely sense strands of exceedingly subtle Abyss Power extending along the surrounding space, slowly spreading into the distance.

And this Abyss Power might very well be the reason Demogorgon could initiate Abyss Invasion and connect Abyss Plane with Gaia World.

So, besides this, what else does Demogorgon aim to achieve?
