Chapter 258: Chapter 258: Titan’s First Dance

[Name: Bruno Remmos]

[Age: 23]

[Cultivation: Peak Grand Core Realm]

[Bloodline: King Grade Titan Bloodline (Awakened)]

[Abilities:]

[1. S-Rank Titan Body — The evolved form of Body Strengthening. Grants immense durability, strength, flight at high speed, energy absorption from kinetic impacts and the ability to harden the skin to the consistency of enchanted steel.

[2. A-Rank Colossal Form: Size manipulation up to 5x original size.]

Bloodline Arts: Earthshaker’s Fist — Physical attacks release devastating shockwaves and can create localized earthquakes, Titan’s Roar — Stunning shockwave.

Lucian smiled, nodding in approval. The Titan bloodline was perfectly suited for Bruno’s fighting style.

He then observed Bruno’s towering frame. He had grown twice as large as before. Bruno looked down at himself, his eyes widening.

"WHAT THE HELL?! I’M HUGE!" Bruno panicked, his voice deeper, more resonant. "LUCIAN! WHAT DID YOU DO?!"

Lucian chuckled, shaking his head. "Calm down. Close your eyes and focus. Feel the energy inside your bloodline. The size manipulation isn’t just about growing bigger. You can shrink back down. Concentrate on compressing that power, pulling it back into your core.""

Bruno, still panicking, closed his eyes.

Lucian instructed. "The bloodline is yours now. It’s not a curse. It’s a tool. Focus on shrinking. Imagine your body returning to its normal size. The bloodline will obey your will."

Bruno took a deep, rumbling breath. His body began to glow faintly. FWOOSH! Slowly, his massive frame began to shrink, the bones contracting, the muscles receding, until he was back to his normal six-foot-five height.

Bruno opened his eyes, looking down at his normal-sized hands. He flexed his fingers, a wide, excited grin spreading across his face. "This is insane. I feel like I could punch through a mountain!"

Lucian chuckled, seeing his excited face. "A mountain? Give it a few months of training, and you might actually be able to."

Bruno laughed, then punched Lucian lightly on the shoulder. "You should have warned me next time before you throw mysterious glowing orbs at my chest, you bastard. I thought I was going to die."

Lucian stood up, dusting off his coat. "Now, where’s the fun in that?"

Bruno stood in the center of the training room, a wide, excited grin still plastered across his face. The Titan Bloodline had transformed him. He felt invincible.

Then, his eyes drifted downward.

His grin vanished, replaced by a look of absolute horror.

"Lucian," Bruno said slowly, his voice dangerously calm. "Where are my clothes?"

"Dude," Lucian said, barely suppressing his laughter. "You’re just noticing you’ve been naked? Get some clothes."

Bruno looked down again. The transformation had ripped through his garments leaving him standing in nothing but his skin.

"WHAT?!" Bruno roared, his face turning a deep shade of crimson. He scrambled, his hands flying to cover himself as he ducked behind a training dummy. "WHY DIDN’T YOU WARN ME?!"

"I didn’t think about it," Lucian said, shrugging. "The transformation destroyed your clothes. That’s pretty standard for bloodline awakenings. You should have prepared for it."

"PREPARED?!" Bruno’s voice cracked. "How was I supposed to prepare for THAT?!"

Lucian just chuckled, leaning against the wall. "Relax. It’s nothing I haven’t seen before."

Bruno’s face went from red to purple. He quickly reached into his storage ring, pulling out a fresh set of pants and a loose training shirt. He yanked them on with the speed of a man who had just been mortally embarrassed, his movements frantic and clumsy.

Once dressed, Bruno took a deep breath, his composure slowly returning. He rolled his shoulders, the fabric of his new pants stretching over his thick, muscular thighs. Then, a new light entered his eyes. The embarrassment faded, replaced by a burning, competitive fire.

He cracked his knuckles. "Alright. That was embarrassing. But now that I’m dressed... I want to test this out."

Bruno turned to Lucian, a wide, predatory grin spreading across his face. "Let’s fight."

Lucian raised an eyebrow. "You want to fight me? After just awakening your bloodline?"

"Scared?" Bruno taunted, his fists clenching.

Lucian chuckled, a low, arrogant sound. "Scared? I’ve fought Astral Realm cultivators. And you want to fight me with a bloodline you just got five minutes ago? That’s adorable. You might want to spend a little more time getting used to your power before you challenge me."

Bruno’s aura exploded outward.

FWOOSH!

The air in the training room grew heavy, thick with a molten, golden-orange energy. The floor cracked slightly under the sheer pressure of his Peak Grand Core aura, now amplified by the King Grade Titan Bloodline.

"We’ll see about that," Bruno growled, his voice deep and determined.

Lucian studied him for a moment, then sighed, pushing off the wall. "Fine. But if we fight here, the training ground will probably not withstand our attacks. This place is reinforced, but it’s not designed for two Peak Grand Core cultivators going all out."

Bruno nodded, the competitive fire in his eyes unquenched. "Then let’s take this outside."

A few moments later, Lucian and Bruno stood in a vast, empty plain several kilometers from the Remmos estate. The snowy landscape stretched for miles, dotted with rolling hills and massive, snow-capped mountains in the distance. The cold wind howled, whipping snow around their boots.

Lucian and Bruno faced each other.

Their auras blazed outward.

FWOOSH!

Lucian’s aura was a swirling vortex of crimson, gold, and black—the combined pressure of his bloodline, light, and devouring void. It was cold, predatory, and utterly suffocating.

Bruno’s aura was a molten, orange-gold pillar of pure, earth-shaking physical power. It was warm, dense, and immovable as a mountain.

The two auras clashed in the space between them, creating a low, rumbling pressure that shattered the ice beneath their feet.

CRACK!

Bruno didn’t wait for a signal. He launched himself forward with blinding speed, the ground cratering beneath his feet.

BOOM!

He appeared directly in front of Lucian, his massive fist descending like a meteor, aiming for Lucian’s chest.

Lucian didn’t even blink. He activated Light Steps, his body flickering like a hologram. Bruno’s fist smashed into the ground where Lucian had been standing, creating a massive crater that sent snow and earth flying into the air.

CRASH!

Lucian appeared a few meters to the left, a calm smirk on his face.

Bruno didn’t hesitate. He spun, launching a second punch, this one aimed at Lucian’s head. Lucian sidestepped, the fist grazing his hair. He could feel the raw, crushing force behind the blow—even a graze from Bruno’s Titan-enhanced punch could shatter bones.

Whoosh!

Lucian clapped his hands together, a golden light gathering in his palms. "Light Bolt."

ZAP!

A concentrated beam of light shot forward, aimed directly at Bruno’s chest.

Bruno’s eyes widened. He quickly brought his hands together, crossing his arms over his chest. His body glowed with a faint, orange light.

"Martial King Fist Art, Third Form: Iron King’s Foundation!"

CLANG!

A translucent, hexagonal barrier of dense, metallic energy materialized in front of Bruno, covering his body like a second skin. The Light Bolt slammed into the barrier with a deafening screech.

ZZZZZT!

The barrier absorbed the attack, the golden light spreading across its surface and dissipating harmlessly. The ground beneath Bruno’s feet cracked from the sheer force of the impact. The Iron King’s Foundation was a defensive art designed to absorb and neutralize incoming attacks, channeling the kinetic energy into the ground below.

Bruno smirked behind the barrier. "Is that all you—"

He didn’t get to finish.

Lucian appeared at his side with Light Acceleration, a golden streak blurring across the battlefield. He landed a sharp, precise punch directly into Bruno’s exposed side.

THUD!

"Agh!" Bruno grunted, his body lurching sideways. The punch wasn’t enough to break through his Titan-enhanced durability, but it still hurt. It felt like being hit by a truck.

Bruno snarled, swinging his massive hand down toward Lucian in a brutal hammer strike. Lucian knew better than to tank a direct hit from Bruno. He activated Light Steps again, vanishing from the spot and reappearing across the plain.

BOOM!

Bruno’s fist smashed into the ground, creating another massive crater.

Lucian stood a hundred meters away, a smirk on his face. He dusted a speck of snow off his shoulder.

"First hit," Lucian called out, his voice carrying across the frozen plain. "You’re getting sloppy. It’s a good thing I came."

Bruno pulled his fist out of the crater, his expression darkening. "You’re fast. I’ll give you that."

"Fast?" Lucian chuckled, his arrogant smirk widening. "I don’t think I’m even trying. You rely on brute force, but against someone faster than you, brute force is useless."

Bruno’s jaw tightened. His fists clenched, the bronze skin on his knuckles turning white.

"You talk too much," Bruno growled.

Lucian tilted his head, his crimson eyes gleaming. "And you listen too little."

Bruno’s aura flared even brighter, the molten orange energy swirling around him like a tornado. The ground beneath him cracked and buckled.

"I’ll show you liability," Bruno snarled.

He closed his eyes, taking a deep breath. The air around him grew thick, heavy. His muscles began to swell, the fabric of his shirt tearing at the seams. His skin darkened, taking on a deeper, more metallic bronze hue.

"Titan Body."

FWOOSH!

A massive aura of golden-orange energy erupted from Bruno’s body, sweeping across the plain. The snow around him melted instantly, turning to steam. His muscles bulged, his frame expanding. His height shot up, from six-foot-five to eight feet, then ten, then twelve. His body became a towering, bronzed monument of pure, physical power. His eyes glowed with molten amber light.

Then, he activated his second ability.

"Colossal Form."

CRACK!

Another surge of energy. His body expanded further, his height doubling again. He was now twenty-four feet tall, a massive, towering titan of a man. His shadow covered the entire battlefield, casting a dark pall over Lucian.

Bruno looked down at Lucian, his voice a deep, rumbling bass that echoed across the mountains.

"Let’s see you dodge this."
