Chapter 77: Chapter 77: Infinite World Network

"No, not at all. It’s a great hobby," Shen Yun quickly shook his head.

This queen. Whenever food or cooking was mentioned, she became completely domineering. Sometimes, Shen Yundu suspected that Vierlia had chosen the wrong profession as a queen. She should have been a Culinary Queen instead. After all, she usually looked so easy to bully...

Anyway, the most important thing right now was—

"Can we start moving the Ancient Hall?" Shen Yun asked.

"...Alright."

Vierlia lowered her hands, all her imposing aura instantly vanishing. She walked over to the third Bronze Pillar of the hall and reached out. Spiritual Power surged from her hands as she seemed to trace a complex pattern. Suddenly, the pillar warped in waves, revealing a ring of glowing lines.

With just a glance, Shen Yun understood—it was actually a world map of their Earth! And a three-dimensional one at that!

"As long as we select a location on here, these Ancient Ruins will automatically teleport there." Vierlia took out a piece of shattered Jade from her person. "The method to control it was found in this accidentally acquired Jade. I’ve already sent people to investigate for more Information."

Shen Yun took the Jade, finding its texture incredibly hard. As his Divine Thought swept over it, he confirmed that it contained an Array pattern akin to a security key, along with the Array’s function: changing the teleportation destination of the hall.

It seemed that this Bronze Hall still had many undiscovered functions waiting to be researched.

Shen Yun had Xiao Jiu memorize the Array key. He then walked up to the map and lightly tapped it with his Divine Thought.

"We’re heading back."

The next moment, the Bronze Hall trembled slightly before coming to a complete halt.

"Master," Xiao Jiu said, her tone laced with caution. "We’ve arrived... I couldn’t sense the transfer process at all."

"...Never mind. There’s no point in overthinking this." Shen Yun didn’t want to dwell on things he couldn’t comprehend.

He moved the Bronze Hall to the vicinity of a domestic military base in the great desert, which was their previously agreed-upon location. After all, Vierlia’s world was not safe. The rest of the matters had little to do with him.

"Vierlia, you’re going to be quite busy for a while," Shen Yun smiled at her.

"I’ve already given you the most valuable thing I had to offer." Vierlia glanced at the Jade in Shen Yun’s hand and blinked playfully. "Am I not allowed to reap some rewards?"

"Of course you are," Shen Yun chuckled softly.

Outside, soldiers who had received the news were already rushing over to establish a defensive perimeter and escort Vierlia away.

Her contract with Shen Yun was strictly a private one. Next, she would formally meet with the higher-ups to sign treaties between their nations—whether it involved the mutual exchange of resources, trade, knowledge sharing, or even establishing a deeper alliance. For two completely different worlds and nations, this would hold extraordinary significance. And both sides were bound to reap massive benefits.

Shen Yun himself felt a wave of relief as he quietly returned to his hometown villa. Per his request, a perimeter of several hundred meters around the property had been locked down. The sky above was covered with a one-way glass canopy to prevent satellite surveillance, and they had even taken the liberty of digging a private indoor swimming pool for him. His home was truly transitioning from a "rustic countryside villa" into a "luxurious mansion."

However, the interior remained unchanged.

"Finally back!" Ignoring the dust, Shen Yun threw himself onto the sofa and stretched lazily. "There’s no place like home."

"Master, there’s a thick layer of dust on the sofa." Xiao Jiu climbed off Shen Yun, transformed back into her human form, and helplessly pulled him up. She then brought over a freshly wiped chair and had him sit down properly.

But just as she was about to start a deep clean, Shen Yun suddenly grabbed her hand. With a gentle pull, Xiao Jiu—a peak Golden Core cultivator—tumbled into his embrace.

"There’s no rush for spring cleaning. We haven’t tried it on the chair yet," Shen Yun whispered into her ear with a cheeky grin. His skin was getting thicker by the day anyway.

"Master, you’re so bad..." A rosy blush spread across Xiao Jiu’s skin. Her eyes grew hazy as she let out a soft pant.

Lately, Shen Yun had been sleeping soundly with the help of her Spiritual Power. But it had been torture for her, curled up in her master’s arms without being able to move.

Regardless, his first order of business upon returning home was to enjoy Xiao Jiu.

Because his return was a secret, not only foreigners but very few people domestically knew he was back. He didn’t even bother attending the ongoing exchange conference. Instead, Shen Yun stayed cooped up at home, enjoying some quality couple’s time with Xiao Jiu.

Indulgent times were always easily interrupted. A mere ten days later, Wei Er paid a personal visit, bringing a leather suitcase with him.

"You bastard! You already have such a wonderful girl like Xiao Jiu, yet you still went and hooked up with a queen! You’re simply... amazing!" Wei Er caught Shen Yun’s narrowing eyes, shivered, and hastily changed his tune.

"Hmph, would I have obtained the method to move the hall otherwise?" Shen Yun snorted coldly. "Besides, when I spoke to her on the phone last night, why did I hear that you guys are already treating her as a Chinese daughter-in-law?"

"It just makes us seem closer." Wei Er found a stool and sat down. "We have an entire team of elites on our side, while she’s all by herself. If we were too serious during the negotiations, it might look like we were bullying her."

"The mutual exchange of resources is inherently an incredibly lucrative arrangement for both sides..." Shen Yun shook his head.

Based on what he had gathered recently, these negotiations were definitely the most relaxed diplomatic affairs in modern history. After all, Vierlia needed supplies and productivity-boosting technology to enrich her people, while China needed the Otherworld’s unique mineral resources, flora, fauna, and Magic knowledge. The two sides hit it off instantly. Furthermore, because of Shen Yun, they were incredibly accommodating regarding specific figures. Both parties valued their long-term future relationship over short-term gains.

"So, what brings you here today?" Shen Yun tossed those political matters to the back of his mind and looked at Wei Er.

"A lot of things." Wei Er smiled bitterly. "Let’s take it one step at a time."

He placed the leather suitcase on the sofa and opened it, revealing a collection of jade scrolls. There were a full eight of them.

"Lately, I’ve been doing my best to help you trade for Thunder Series Golden Core Enlightenment Jade Scrolls. Tell me straight," Wei Er took a deep breath, "can you break through to the Golden Core stage within three years?"

"..." Staring at the rows of jade scrolls, Shen Yun felt no joy. Instead, his brow furrowed. "Did something happen?"

"Nothing major, but do you think there are only two Bronze Halls?" Wei Er said with a wry smile. "I looked up similar legends in the imperial archives, and our experts have a highly plausible theory: there are at least two of these Bronze Halls in every world!"

It was a very simple theory. A single Bronze Hall was a passageway connecting two worlds. As long as each world had two halls, it would be possible to establish the most basic geometric infinite network structure—an infinitely long curve with Infinite Worlds serving as the nodes.
