To be honest, I’m completely blown away. This is the first time I’ve been so utterly shell-shocked.

Well... AHEM... he also asked me for bonus Chapters. Originally, I thought, "Bonus Chapters are impossible. They will be impossible for the rest of my life. The book hasn’t even hit the premium shelves yet, and I am afflicted with crippled hands, a crippled brain, and a completely crippled body...
