I Can Replicate Martial Arts
Chapter 624 - 355: Immortal Cultivation vs. Technology
The Milky Way Galaxy, also known as the Starry River, is a galaxy stretching across the cosmic expanse.
When viewed from Blue Star, it resembles a river of silver, hence its name.
The Galaxy contains hundreds of millions of stars. From a distance, it looks like a colossal band of light stretching across the heavens, unfurling from the edge of the cosmic void, boundless and without end.
Within the galaxy, countless celestial bodies are scattered about—from those as large as stars to those as small as dust and meteorites—all drifting in their cyclical paths.
Space itself is layered and interwoven within the galaxy. Seas of stars stretch on endlessly, and nebulae drift like rainbow-hued mists descending from the highest heavens, their vapors swirling and flowing.
At this moment, tens of thousands of members of the Human Race in ancient-style garb were piloting all sorts of Flying Magical Treasures, advancing in a vast, mighty procession toward the interior of the Milky Way Galaxy.
This immense and imposing force threw all the powers within the Milky Way Galaxy into a state of panic.
Countless Spaceships flew out from their Star Realms, deploying a mechanical barrier hundreds of thousands of kilometers long directly in the invaders’ path.
"Reporting, sir. These individuals are suspected to be Cultivators. They’re not from our Star Realm."
Aboard a massive starship, an alien soldier with a peculiar appearance saluted his captain as he spoke.
"A pity the Divine Domain has already been shattered. Otherwise..."
The captain watched coldly as the Cultivators drew ever closer, his expression grim and his tone heavy with regret.
’Although the technological civilization and the Divine Domain never truly integrated, they had always coexisted peacefully, each developing on its own.’
’Technological goods circulated widely within the Divine Domain, providing basic necessities.’
’The Divine Domain, in turn, offered protection with its Divine Power, fending off high-energy invaders from outside the Milky Way Galaxy.’
’It was a mutually beneficial relationship with a clear division of labor.’
’Unfortunately, the Divine Domain was later defeated in a clash with an extra-regional power and vanished into the vast sea of stars, leaving behind only a few minor factions struggling for a meager existence.’
’The technological powers seized the opportunity to take control of all the Star Realms in the galactic spiral arm.’
’For the world of technology, this was a good thing.’
’But now, faced with a true external invasion, they finally realized that no matter how much territory they occupied, it was all just an illusion without the strength to defend it.’
’At this moment, they sorely missed the days of being under the protection of the Divine Domain.’
"The Energy cannons are fully charged and ready to fire."
"Engage intelligent autonomous mode. Have the automated systems intervene. Activate automatic defense and attack modes."
As the commands were issued, turrets on countless warships activated one by one. Streams of Energy surged between the vessels like flowing water.
One after another, combat Mecha launched from the warship decks, forming a torrent of steel as they took their place at the forefront of the battle against the Cultivators.
"A technological civilization is blocking our path."
In the distant Cultivator encampment, a Tribulation Stage old monster sneered as he gazed ahead, letting out a sinister cackle.
"This mission cannot be delayed by such trivialities. We must reach the Ancient Star as quickly as possible."
In the center of the formation stood a tall, imposing Daoist with a white beard and hair. His expression was grave, and his eyes burned with intensity as he stared ahead.
"Understood. Annihilate them quickly. Do not delay our progress. Do not get drawn into a protracted battle."
Soon, the orders spread rapidly throughout the entire Cultivator host.
"Attack!"
Following a furious roar, the Cultivators’ magical treasures shot toward the technological faction’s blockade, moving as bursts of Energy that far exceeded the speed of light.
Naturally, the technological world wouldn’t take this lying down. The AI controlling the Mecha and warships swiftly returned fire.
In an instant, the entire expanse of space was saturated with Energy. Explosions, flashes of fire, energy spills, and spatial collapses occurred one after another in a chaotic symphony.
Countless living beings were swept up in the chaotic fray.
