"What did you say? Say it again." The Fire Phoenix Family Master glared at Kosa, his eyes nearly splitting in anger.

"Ophelia? Who is she?"

"Ophelia is a female from Ten Thousand Beasts City. She established a tribe herself. For some unknown reason, Mr. Brada seemed to have offended her, so she colluded with Zerev and murdered him."

"A mere little female managed to kill Brada? I don’t believe it. You’re lying," the Fire Phoenix Family Master said, a trace of murderous intent flashing in his eyes.

Kosa shook his head. "Zerev and Ophelia killed Mr. Brada together."

He absolutely could not expose the new weapons. If the Fire Phoenix Family Master discovered such weapons, he would never get his turn to claim them. Furthermore, he had used his life-saving grace to strike a deal with Kaka, making him conceal the matter of the new weapons. Since Kaka’s mind was solely focused on avenging Brada, he had agreed.

"Why would Zerev help Ophelia kill Brada?" Hearing Zerev’s name, the Fire Phoenix Family Master began to believe him a little more.

"Kaka said Ophelia and Zerev are having an affair, and the two of them already have three little Dragon Clan cubs."

Not long after he departed, a squad of Winged Dragon Clan males completely surrounded Zerev’s mansion.

"The Family Master has ordered that no one is allowed to leave!"

The leading Winged Dragon male relayed the Family Master’s command and then entered the mansion. Pacing over to Zerev’s room, he announced, "Mr. Zerev, the Family Master requests your presence at the main house."

"I know." Zerev straightened his clothes and calmly followed the male to the main house.

The moment he stepped into the main house’s receiving hall, a Stone Bowl shattered right at his feet.

"Zerev, you’re out of line!"

Zerev’s face remained placid and undisturbed; he merely lifted his eyelids slightly. "Father, what is the meaning of this?"

Seeing Zerev’s normal complexion, the Yilong Family Master felt a sliver of doubt toward the Fire Phoenix Family Master’s claims. "Do you truly not know what you’ve done? Must I spell it out for you?" the Yilong Family Master probed.
