Claire breathed a sigh of relief. "Well, that’s good. You have to tell me if anything comes up. Don’t you dare try to shoulder it all by yourself."

Adrian Quincy kissed her on the cheek. "Don’t overthink it. Everything is fine."

A smile finally returned to Claire’s face, her worries vanishing into thin air.
