I Summon Female Knights
Chapter 81: Hunting (3): The Abyssal Leviathan
The subterranean vaults beneath The Iron Spire hummed with a deep, rhythmic vibration that resonated straight through the black marble floors.
In the primary hall, Raphael stood before the central altar of the Dungeon Core. He had pulled off his heavy void-silk coat and field boots, reverting to his comfortable domestic wear. Sweat glistened faintly across his broad, carved shoulders as he examined the glowing spatial matrix floating in the air.
Beside him, Vanessa raised her dark relic-staff, her violet eyes locked on the core’s shifting interface.
"The integration of the harvested Void Matrix Cores and the B-Tier Heartwood Core into the castle’s foundation is complete, Lord Raphael," Vanessa reported, her silk-like voice filled with quiet awe. "The fusion between the Dungeon Core and The Iron Spire has reached a critical threshold. The realm’s structural hierarchy has officially evolved."
Before Raphael could respond, the translucent spatial matrix in front of him shattered into a flare of deep, majestic crimson light. A system window expanded rapidly, pulsing with authoritative golden text.

Raphael evaluated the quest interface with sharp, mathematical focus.
A B++ Tier Anomaly was a monster lingering on the absolute threshold of A Rank. Unlike the feral Void Stalkers or the B-Tier Alpha he had previously eliminated, a B++ Tier beast possessed immense physical scale, hyper-compressed armor, and near-sentient tactical awareness. Furthermore, the requirement to subdue rather than kill meant he couldn’t simply drive his adamantine blade through its brain... he had to break its physical will.
"A B++ Rank entity," Vanessa murmured, her knuckles whitening around her staff. "My Lord, an anomaly of that grade possesses enough kinetic output to level entire city sectors. To capture it alive within the unanchored outer rift..."
"It is precisely what The Iron Spire needs," Raphael interrupted smoothly, his deep baritone completely steady. "A high-tier dungeon requires an apex guardian to patrol the outer perimeter."
He looked down at the rewards listed on the prompt: five Summon Tickets, five Citizen Tickets, a random Calamity weapon card, and the Taming Seal. The Citizen Tickets alone were invaluable as they could populate his floating citadel with specialized artisans, blacksmiths, and stewards to manage his expanding domain.
Raphael turned on his heel, walking toward the weapons rack. He pulled his wide-necked black T-shirt over his chest, stepped into his baggy white cargo pants and tactical boots, and strapped the Vanguard of the Eclipse set across his back before donning his midnight void-silk coat.
"Vanessa, monitor the domain’s boundary wards," Raphael commanded, drawing his deep hood over his brow until his face was shaded, leaving only his luminous silver eyes visible. "If the creature attempts to dive into the lower void gaps, use the keep’s gravitational arrays to lock its trajectory."
"Understood, Sovereign!" Vanessa bowed deeply, her staff flaring with dark purple light. "May the void bow to your majesty."
Raphael stepped onto the Waypoint Gate’s stone platform.
ZIP.
In a flash of silvery-violet spatial light, he vanished from the keep, materializing directly at the edge of the deepest, most isolated floating landmass in the Sky-Shattered Vault.
...
The outer rift island was suffocated in pitch-black, howling storm clouds.
Massive, jagged pillars of obsidian rock protruded from the swirling abyss, and the ground beneath Raphael’s boots trembled continuously. Below the edge of the two-mile landmass, floating in the dark, sea-like expanse of liquid void mana, was the Abyssal Leviathan.
It was a terrifying, serpentine behemoth over two hundred feet long.
Its colossal body was covered in interlocking plates of deep-obsidian scales that gleamed like polished armor. Along its spine, dozens of translucent, razor-sharp dorsal fins burned with volatile, dark-crimson lightning. Its head was crowned with a triple-horned bone crest, and four glowing golden eyes stared out from the abyss, radiating an aura of pure, primordial violence.
CRASH!
The Leviathan erupted from the liquid void sea, its massive head tearing through the clouds as it slammed its front claws onto the island’s edge. The entire two-mile landmass tilted under its immense weight. It opened its gaping maw, lined with rows of scythe-like teeth, and let out a roar so deafening that the shockwave shattered the surrounding stone pillars into airborne gravel.
[TARGET IDENTIFIED: ABYSSAL LEVIATHAN]
[Rank: B++ Tier Anomaly]
[Threat Level: Calamity-Class]
[Condition: Enraged by Dungeon Elevation]
---
The Leviathan opened its jaws wider, a swirling sphere of dark-crimson void lightning condensing in its throat. A second later, it unleashed a massive, fifty-foot-wide beam of pure elemental plasma straight at Raphael.
The destruction was absolute as the plasma beam incinerated the air, melting the obsidian bedrock in its path into bubbling liquid slag. Raphael stood on the edge of the cliff, his midnight void-silk coat whipping violently in the storm. He didn’t draw his sword, nor did he execute an evasive maneuver. His silver eyes flashed with cold, absolute authority.
"Realm-Breaker."
BOOM!
A hundred-meter sphere of pitch-black and silvery-violet spatial mana erupted from his body, snapping into existence with the sound of a shattering world. The fifty-foot-wide beam of void lightning slammed directly into the outer boundary of Raphael’s domain.
Instead of vaporizing him, the energy hit the invisible wall of the domain’s overwrite. The volatile plasma was stripped of its forward momentum, its kinetic and elemental energy instantly dispersed and absorbed into the domain’s spatial fabric.
The two-hundred-foot Leviathan paused, its four golden eyes widening in shock as its ultimate breath attack dissolved into harmless static electricity. Before the behemoth could recoil, the domain’s passive effect hit it like a falling moon.
Absolute Weight.
CRUNCH!
The suffocating spatial pressure slammed down upon the Leviathan’s massive body. The two-hundred-foot beast let out a wet, agonized screech as its colossal head was violently slammed down onto the obsidian rock. The sheer weight of Raphael’s presence cracked the creature’s triple-horned crest, pinning its massive claws and tail uselessly against the stone.
Raphael stepped forward, his heavy boots crunching softly on the melted stone as he walked up to the towering, struggling behemoth.
The battle for absolute submission had begun.
