Faerwyn’s entourage drew into the city of Tellon right about as the sun was at the highest point in the sky. Driving through her city and looking through the window at the bustling lifestyle of her people brought back nostalgic memories of a time when she was just a little girl, coming all the way from the small territory her family governed to the capital city of a mighty duchy.

Now, she had not only married the former duke, who had run off to form a rebellious group, but she had also become the sole ruler of such a territory herself. Faerwyn never wanted to be in such a position and simply wanted to chase her bliss in this life, but now she had no choice; if she left things to Dongwhisper, she might wake up one morning and find her duchy had been sold off.

The motive behind this person’s action and betrayal still confounds her to this day. There was such trust between them that he even cross-examined those who would be making contact with her whenever he was around, but to find out that such a person had been siphoning such huge volumes of wealth from her territory was a huge blow. It was not as if he wasn’t being paid the highest of all her retainers; Faerwyn sometimes even raises the amount that should be allotted to him by twice or thrice in a year.

Faerwyn figures there must be something going on she doesn’t understand; and while she tries to take back control of her duchy as much as she can, she would also be carrying out some secret investigations on her own. Direct confrontation would only harm herself, since Dongwhisper was probably stronger than her, and not only that, he controls more of the forces in her duchy than she does; even before her husband ran off, his influence was still very pronounced. There was also the fact that he had several cards to play against her, when she barely had anything on him.

“You look troubled, mother.”

Hearing Nymira’s voice from her side, Faerwyn was brought out of her thoughts, smiling and pulling Nymira into her embrace as he teased playfully, kissing her cheeks….

“Aww, is my dear daughter worried about me?”

“Who says I am?” Nymira retorted with a s pout, forcing herself out of her mother’s embrace in embarrassment as the carriage continued driving through Tellon for what felt like an hour until they finally arrived at the base of the mountainous hill that led to the Wolfe estate.

The carriage drove up through the inclining slope until coming upon the massive estate gates, which were pushed open as soon as they caught sight of the duchess’s entourage. With the entourage finally coming to a stop, the gorgeous ladies alighted one after the other with dignity and poise. Nymira, who was tired of her mother’s constant teasing, walked off in the direction of her hunt squad base after professionally taking her excuse, Faerwyn, with the guards in the front and back, as well as her attendants, walked towards the south wing with a smile on her face; she enjoyed spending time like this with any of her girls.

Speaking of her girls, both of them had really changed since that time, but Luna was certainly the one who was affected most. She’s always had a closer relationship with her father than with her, and of the two of them, the parents, Faerwyn had to admit that it was her husband who understood Luna’s nature the best; that’s why they were so close, and also the reason why she had taken it so hard when the man had ran off to preserve his cock without even giving them a proper goodbye.

Now, her daughter was determined to hunt down her own father, and Fearwyn could do nothing to stop it; knowing Luna’s nature, that would bring about nothing good. It’s not like she even wanted to, since this was giving her daughter a purpose and serving to curtail her unique impulses, which only her father was ever able to.

Recently, she also received word that Luna had gone into secluded training. This was surprising because she really didn’t need to, as her daughter had something very special which only she and her former husband knew about. It appears her daughter had become more desperate to capture her father.

“This troublesome girl.”

Faerwyn murmured as she entered the south mansions of her estate, going directly to her room while the guards took their regular positions to secure the perimeter. With the assistance of her attendants, she slowly came out of her beautiful gown and went to sit at her desk, going through some parchments she had brought in from her office at the north mansions, while the attendants hastily began to prepare the bath for her as they always do whenever she returns from a long trip.

Soon enough, a steaming bath was prepared, the ointments set, and her attendants standing at the ready. Faerwyn set aside what she was doing, walking her salacious form over to the bath, her attendants removing her coveralls from her shoulders as she relaxed into the steaming water. One began to apply ointment as the other rubbed gently on her smooth skin with the washcloth.

Several minutes later, Faerwyn was finally done. She dried herself off, her luscious hair and body still glimmering from lingering specks of water as she fitted herself into her panties, which she handled with much care, as it was now one of her favorite luxuries. Then, with the assistance of her attendant, she fitted herself into a light, sexy, silk-like indoor robe, smooth and flowing with large gaps above and below, showcasing delicious details of her glistening cleavage as well as her flawless legs and parts of her heavy, luscious, creamy thighs as she climbed into her mattress, commanding—

“Enter.”

At Fearwyn’s command, a man who looked to be in his late twenties, wearing dark clothing, walked into the room and immediately went on one knee, greeting—

“Welcome back, Your Grace.”

“Go ahead—what have you been able to find out?”
