With the Six Arms of Reincarnation, Lin Yuan combat prowess had undergone another terrifying leap.

He could now contend far beyond what his cultivation realm should have allowed, surpassing the ordinary limits of the Profound and Sovereign stages and firmly stepping into the territory of the Supreme Stage.

Even a monster like Chu Kuang, who had already reached the Half-Step Transcendent Stage and possessed an extraordinarily powerful physical body, would have to treat such a technique with utmost caution.

Lin Yuan let out a slow, measured breath, the golden-purple mist within his spiritual sea settling into a state of flawless equilibrium. The black, white, and crimson light of the Rebirth essence pulsed rhythmically within his sea of concussiness.

He then opened his eyes, dismissing the glowing system panel with a mere fraction of a thought.

He turned his gaze across the dimly lit master suite.

Resting gracefully upon the grand bed was Bai Qingyue. She was propped up against the plush pillows, wearing a delicate nightgown of pure white silk. The ambient light of the celestial-pearls caught the black strands of her hair, casting a halo of ethereal brilliance around her flawless face. Her eyes were already watching him, filled with a deep warmth.

Lin Yuan’s aura instantly melted away, as he slowly walked toward the bed, his footsteps completely silent against the woven rug.

He did not stop until he was standing directly beside her. He looked down at the woman who had, just hours ago, gave him a supreme fortune.

Lin Yuan reached out, his hand gently tracing the line of her jaw, his thumb brushing softly against her cheek.

"I have consolidated the essence," Lin Yuan spoke, his voice dropping into a low, incredibly husky register that vibrated with an overwhelming gratitude. "The Dao of Three Rebirths has merged seamlessly with my foundation. It has birthed a power within my spiritual sea that I could not have reached naturally for another thousand years."

Bai Qingyue leaned into his touch, her eyes fluttering shut for a brief moment, savoring the incredible, radiating warmth of his hand. A soft, radiant smile touched her lips.

"Then the Heavens have finally done something right," she murmured, opening her eyes to meet his gaze. "They placed the line in my hands, knowing that I would give the prize to the only man worthy of wielding it."

Lin Yuan knelt beside the bed, bringing himself to eye level with her. He took her delicate hand in his, bringing it to his lips and pressing a firm, lingering kiss against her knuckles.

"You gave me your fortune, Qingyue," Lin Yuan said, his voice thick with emotion. "The Dao of Three Rebirths is a law that can lead to the cycle of life and death. If I had stored it for you, the moment your dantian was restored, you would have had a peerless dao foundation in an instant."

"Indeed, but I will always have you as my way toward the Dao," she said, her voice soft but laced with absolute will. She reached out with her free hand, running her fingers through his dark hair. "I have told you before, Yuan. My fortune is your fortune. We are not two separate entities bargaining for scraps from the Great Dao. We are tethered. We are one."

She shifted slightly on the bed, her gaze turning fiercely serious.

"Tomorrow, the second preliminary round begins," she continued, her thumb tracing the edge of his cheekbone. "The Chu Province will most likely hunt you."

"Let them hunt," Lin Yuan replied, a cold, terrifying smile flashing across his flawless features. "The hunter who chases a leviathan into the deep ocean usually forgets that he cannot breathe underwater. With the Origin Dao spell you have gifted me, the Six Peerless Geniuses are no longer insurmountable mountains. They are merely stepping stones."

"I know you will conquer them," she said, her voice filled with unwavering faith. "But I also know the cruelty of the Central Continent. They do not fight with honor. They fight with desperation. I gave you that Dao essence because I want every single advantage, every possible edge, stacked entirely in your favor. If a blade slips, if a trap is sprung, I want Heaven and Earth itself to break before you do."

Lin Yuan looked into her eyes, seeing the depth of her love, a love so overwhelming that it reinforced the very foundation of his Dao Heart.

"I am grateful, Qingyue," Lin Yuan whispered, the words carrying the weight of a formal, Heaven-witnessed oath. "I am profoundly and eternally grateful to you. You are the anchor of my soul. Everything I am, everything I build, is built so that we may one day stand upon the highest peak of Heaven and Earth."

Tears welled up in her eyes. She did not wipe them away. She simply smiled, a breathtaking expression of pure joy.

"Then come here," Bai Qingyue breathed, her voice dropping into a soft, sultry whisper that sent a sudden, electric jolt through the depths of Lin Yuan’s spiritual sea.

She shifted backward slightly, pulling the thick quilts down and revealing the sheer, flowing silk of her nightgown. She patted the empty space beside her on the bed.

"Tomorrow is the next preliminary round," she said, her gaze darkening with quiet longing. She then reached out, her fingers gripping the lapels of his black-and-white robes.

"We should have some time together before then," she whispered, her voice trembling with the sheer gravity of her desire. "I want to feel you. I want to know that you are here, solid and unbreakable, before you leave me for the void again."

Lin Yuan did not hesitate.

He rose smoothly from the floor, shedding his pristine robes with a single, fluid motion. The fabric pooled silently onto the woven rug. He discarded his inner tunic, revealing the flawless expanse of his chest.

He climbed onto the bed, moving with the grace of a sovereign yet possessing infinite gentleness.

He hovered over her, supporting his weight on his forearms, enclosing her within the warm, protective space of his body. The ambient temperature of the room immediately began to rise, suffused with the radiating, comforting heat of his Qi.

Bai Qingyue looked up at him, her breath hitching in her throat. She reached up, her cool hands wrapping around the back of his neck, her fingers tangling deeply into his dark hair.

She pulled him down.
