Immortal Martial Emperor
Chapter 596 - 592: Broken Limbs, Crawling Back
"N-no..."
The shriek was hoarse yet shrill—the cry of a young maiden.
The brother from before, whose face had just been full of excitement, turned deathly pale. A flicker of crimson appeared in his eyes as he snatched a wooden stick from beside the door and charged inside.
Hong Yu couldn't help but frown.
His Spiritual Power Perception revealed a young woman inside, pinned to the ground by two large men. Their muscles were like Coiled Dragons, immensely powerful, and they emanated a potent aura. They were two War Generals.
The young woman's features were somewhat similar to the young man's from just now.
She was exceptionally pretty, with skin so delicate it looked like it would break at a touch.
But right now, her clothes were in disarray. A bright red palm print marred her fair face, a clear sign she had just been viciously slapped.
She was struggling desperately, but the two men were far too strong, giving her no room to resist.
Standing before the girl was a young man whose face, covered in oozing pimples, was twisted into a savage and wicked grin.
The young man was unfastening his clothes as he walked toward her, spewing vile words. "Hehehe, Zhao Feng'Er, you might as well give in to this Young Master! Hahaha, I love that stubborn personality of yours. The more you resist, the more thrilling it is, and the more I want to conquer you!"
Foul breath escaped his mouth as he leered. "Tsk, tsk, what fine skin! Haha, don't be afraid. This Young Master will make sure you have a good time!"
"G-get away! Don't come any closer..."
The young woman, Zhao Feng'Er, struggled with all her might, pleading pitifully.
But the young man only laughed more obscenely. "Wahaha, your screams are just intoxicating. Hehehe, don't be scared. This Young Master will soon have you soaring with pleasure. Hehe, come on, scream a little louder. But I have to tell you, even if you scream your throat raw today, no one will come to save you..."
As he spoke, the young man was about to pounce on the girl.
Just then, the young man charged in, brandishing the wooden stick, his eyes bloodshot. He flew into a rage at the sight.
His slender body shot forward in an Arrow Step, and he brought the stick crashing down on the villain. "You toad! Get away from my sister!"
The stick whistled through the air with the force of a tiger's roar.
But the young man just snorted coldly. He whipped his head around and slapped out at the boy. "Get lost!"
"BOOM!"
A cyan Palm Light surged forth, viciously sending the boy flying.
He crashed heavily to the ground, spitting a mouthful of blood.
"Brother..."
Zhao Feng'Er's eyes flew wide as she cried out in grief and fury.
"Sister, don't be afraid... your b-brother is here... PFFT..."
The boy had just forced himself to his feet when the young man kicked him away again. The villain then strode forward and stomped on the boy's back, grinding him mercilessly into the dirt.
A wicked look filled the young man's face as he snarled, "You again, Zhao Hu. Last time you dared to call the patrol guards, getting this Young Master dragged back home and losing face. Today, this Young Master specifically bribed the patrol! They absolutely won't come meddling. Not only will this Young Master take your sister right in front of you, but I'll also make you watch with your own eyes how I do Zhao Feng'Er!"
"You toad! S-stop! If you dare hurt my sister, I'll haunt you even as a ghost!"
Zhao Hu's eyes looked ready to split from their sockets as he roared in fury.
"A ghost? Hehe, what does it matter if you become a Demon? You're just a piece of trash..."
The young man kicked the boy over, then pulled off his own belt, using it to tie Zhao Hu's hands and hang him from a large tree in the courtyard.
With a savage grin, he pulled out a leather whip and began lashing out viciously.
"CRACK! CRACK! CRACK!"
With every strike of the whip, Zhao Hu's skin split open, leaving a mess of torn flesh and blood.
"N-no, please! Please don't hurt my brother..." Zhao Feng'Er pleaded, her face streaked with tears.
The young man's eyes darted. "I suppose I could stop hurting him. Just obediently take off your clothes, kneel before this Young Master, and serve me well. If this Young Master is satisfied, not only will I not harm your brother, but when I get back, I'll even ask my old man not to repossess your house next month."
"Feng'Er, don't listen to him—"
Zhao Hu roared.
Before he could finish, another flurry of lashes rained down, the pain rendering him speechless.
Tears filled Zhao Feng'Er's eyes. Gazing at Zhao Hu's miserable state, despair flickered in her gaze. "Fine, I agree. Please, just let my brother go!"
"Hm?"
The young man froze, then his face lit up with such excitement that pus oozed from his pimples. "Hehe," he said, "Then what are you waiting for? Strip and get over here."
"No! Feng'Er, don't..."
Zhao Hu called out weakly.
But his throat was raw, his voice hoarse. With eyes full of despair and grief, Zhao Feng'Er looked at Zhao Hu and said hopelessly, "Brother, you have to live on..."
She stood up, began to remove her clothes, and walked toward the young man.
The young man's face was flushed with excitement as he started unbuckling his pants.
Just as Zhao Feng'Er was about to kneel before him, ready to be ravaged at his whim...
In that critical moment, Hong Yu, who was still outside the door, could watch no longer.
'I've pieced together most of what's happening.'
His heart stirred as he watched Zhao Hu risk his life to protect Zhao Feng'Er. 'Isn't that just like me and Yaoyao?'
'He remembered the old days... He and Yun Mengyao had depended on each other to survive. To cure Yaoyao's illness, he had desperately pursued his cultivation, slaughtering his way through hordes of powerful and cruel Desolate Beasts.'
'How similar this pair of siblings is to us!'
"Stop."
The calm voice made the excited young man freeze. He turned to look at the doorway, and his face instantly darkened upon seeing Hong Yu. He snarled threateningly, "Where did this blind fool come from? You think you can meddle in this Young Master's business? If you don't want to die, then get the hell out of my sight. Otherwise, this Young Master will break your arms and legs and make you crawl back home."
"Where you can forgive, you should forgive. Why must you push them so far?" Hong Yu said calmly as he walked into the small courtyard.
"Push them?"
The young man flew into a rage. "So what if I'm pushing them? What the hell are you going to do about it? Damn it, my luck is shit today. To think I'd run into a busybody like you and have my mood ruined."
He then looked at the two large men and roared, "What are you standing around for? Break this brat's arms and legs for me and throw him out."
"Yes, sir!"
The two large men let out sinister chuckles.
They cracked their knuckles, producing a series of sharp POPS, and locked a hair-raising aura onto Hong Yu. "Kid, you've got a death wish, meddling in our Young Master's fun!"
"Just stand there obediently and let us cripple your arms and legs. Otherwise, if you make us brothers get serious, it won't just be your limbs we're breaking, but your neck!"
The two men's faces were brutish, their Coiled Dragon-like muscles rippling as they struck out at Hong Yu with the force of Thunder.
'Why bother?' Hong Yu sighed softly. 'I already gave you a chance...'
"BANG! BANG!"
The world went black for the two large men.
Their tower-like bodies were sent flying backward, crashing heavily onto the ground and kicking up a cloud of dust.
The young man, his back still to Hong Yu, was displeased. He roared, "What the hell was that? This Young Master is about to get down to business! Why are you making such a racket? Are you trying to scare me to death?"
As he spoke, he turned around.
But when he saw the scene clearly—his two lackeys lying on the ground, wailing in agony—his expression changed in an instant.
These two were bodyguards his father had hired at great expense.
Each of them possessed the strength of a Late Stage War General.
Relying on these two bodyguards, he could usually act with impunity, even when encountering other young masters from various tribes. How had they been dealt with so quickly today?
"Y-y-you, don't come any closer..."
The young man stared at Hong Yu in terror.
Hong Yu shot him a cold glance. The man's hand was still pressing on Zhao Feng'Er's head, his pants halfway down. Hong Yu's eyes narrowed. "I'll give you one chance. Break your own legs and crawl back."
"Y-you, don't be so arrogant."
The young man's expression shifted, but the thought of his father's status gave him a renewed sense of confidence. "I'm warning you, this Young Master is a person of status. If you dare to harm a single hair on my head, my father will make sure you die without a burial site. Seeing as you have some strength, if you kneel and kowtow in apology to this Young Master right now, I might still spare you. Otherwise..."
"Otherwise?"
Hong Yu said flatly.
The young man replied, "Otherwise, this Young Master will definitely break your arms and legs, cripple your cultivation, and put a dog chain on you to have you guard my door like a watchdog."
"Is that so? I'm sorry, but I really hate it when people threaten me. Besides..."
Hong Yu slowly walked forward, his expression growing colder. "I have a sister too, and I adore her. I won't allow anyone to hurt her. So, as it happens, I have to meddle in this matter today!"
"Fuck, you're determined to go against this Young Master, aren't you?"
The young man snarled, "Believe it or not, this Young Master can call people to destroy you in minutes!"
"Go on, call them! Let's see if your people get here first, or if I cripple you first!"
Faced with this arrogant, unrepentant young master, Hong Yu was already furious.
"Take one more step and this Young Master will crush her skull!"
A cyan glow radiated from the young man's palm as he looked about to crush Zhao Feng'Er's Celestial Spirit Bone.
"SWISH!"
Hong Yu's figure abruptly vanished.
When he reappeared, he was already in front of the young man. His eyes glinted with a murderous light, a clear sign he intended to kill. "I despise bullies who throw their weight around, relying on their stinking money and a bit of status to run rampant."
As he spoke, Hong Yu's hand had already seized the young man's right wrist.
A slight squeeze was enough to turn the young man's wrist purple, the pain unbearable. Panic filled his eyes. "W-what are you doing? I-I'm..."
"I don't care who you are!"
With a cold sneer, Hong Yu applied a bit more force.
"CRACK!"
The young man screamed as his right hand was snapped broken.
"Y-y-you... you dared to break my hand?" the young man shrieked, pointing at Hong Yu with his left hand in terror.
"I hate it when people point at me."
Hong Yu struck again, his face devoid of expression.
"CRACK! CRACK! CRACK!"
With three more sharp cracks of breaking bone, Hong Yu crippled the young man's arms and legs. He then kicked him in the stomach, sending him flying out of the courtyard, and said coldly, "This time, I only broke your limbs so you can still crawl back. The next time I see you bullying others, I'll break your neck!"
He glanced at the two large men on the ground. "Get lost!"
"Yes, yes, yes!"
The two men scrambled away in a panic...
