Infinite: 10,000x Cashback System In Cultivation World
Chapter 45: Emptying Shelves, Crimson Phoenix Body Refinement Method and Money Keeps Increasing
The moment Yu Liang’s paid, the familiar chime resonated in his mind.
[ Ding! Host has spent 300,000,000,000 low grade spiritual stones ]
[ Multiplier Triggered: 120x ]
[ Host receives 36,000,000,000,000 low grade spiritual stones ]
Yu Liang’s expression remained unchanged, but internally, satisfaction settled over him like a warm current.
Thirty six trillion.
The number was almost meaningless in its enormity, yet the system displayed it with perfect clarity in his inventory.
He climbed the stairs to the second floor, Mei Hua following at a respectful distance. The weapon displays stretched across the room in organized sections, racks of swords, spears, and sabers, each one marked with small plaques indicating their classification like previously.
Mortal Grade weapons occupied the outer sections, simple steel with minimal spiritual enhancement. Tier 1 to 2 weapons filled the middle displays, their edges carrying faint glows. But Yu Liang’s attention moved past these toward the back, where a separate room stood behind reinforced glass formations.
Tier 3 grade weapons.
Mei Hua noticed his interest immediately. "Would you like to examine the Tier 3 weapons, young master?"
"Yes."
She led him to the sealed room and pressed her palm against the formation. The barrier flickered and dissolved. Inside, the weapons rested on individual stands, each one radiating tangible spiritual pressure.
A saber caught Yu Liang’s eye. Its blade was dark gray, almost black, with veins of silver running through the metal like frozen lightning. The handle was wrapped in spirit beast leather, and the pommel held a small formation core that glowed faintly.
"The Stormbreaker Saber," Mei Hua said. "High grade Tier 3 weapon. Forged from Thundersteel Ore and tempered in lightning tribulation clouds. It enhances the wielder’s speed and can channel lightning attribute Qi with exceptional efficiency."
She paused, then added carefully, "The price is fifty million low grade spiritual stones."
Yu Liang reached out and lifted the saber. It was heavier than expected, but the balance was perfect. When he channeled a thread of Qi into it, the silver veins lit up, and little currents crackled along the blade’s edge.
He set it down and nodded. "I’ll take it."
Mei Hua didn’t hesitate this time. She produced a jade slip and made a notation. "Shall I have it wrapped for you?"
"No need. I’ll carry it."
They returned to the main floor where Le Lie stood waiting, his composure mostly restored though his hands still trembled slightly when he accepted the payment. Yu Liang transferred the stones without ceremony, and the chime sounded again.
[ Ding! Host has spent 50,000,000 low grade spiritual stones ]
[ Multiplier Triggered: 100x ]
[ Host receives 5,000,000,000 low-grade spiritual stones ]
Five billion. The saber effectively cost him nothing.
Yu Liang slung the weapon across his back and turned to Mei Hua. "Show me the technique manuals."
The third floor held the pavilion’s collection of cultivation methods and martial techniques. Shelves lined the walls, organized by type and ranking. Mortal-rank techniques occupied the lower shelves, basic sword forms, simple movement arts, foundational meditation methods.
Tier 1 to Tier 4 techniques filled the middle sections, their manuals bound in better materials and sealed with protective formations.
But above the Tier 4 techniques sat in a locked cabinet at the far end, each one a treasure that most disciples would never see in their lifetime.
"These are our available above Tier 6 manuals," Mei Hua said, gesturing to the cabinet. "Most are partial inheritances or incomplete versions as full techniques are rarely sold openly."
Body Cultivation Techniques:
Crimson Phoenix Body Refinement Method
Tier 9 • Flame Tempering • Rebirth
Price: 400,000,000 Mid Grade Spiritual Stones
Heavenly Mountain Body Tempering Art
Tier 5 • Physical Strength • Defensive Cultivation
Price: 180,000,000 Mid-Grade Spiritual Stones
Golden Blood Refinement Scripture
Tier 4 • Blood Tempering • Body Enhancement
Price: 110,000,000 Mid Grade Spiritual Stones
He pointed at the Tier 9 fragment method. "This one."
Mei Hua’s breath caught, but she retrieved the manual without question. The book was bound in red leather, its cover warm to the touch and marked with intricate phoenix patterns that seemed to shift when viewed from different angles.
Yu Liang paid, the system chimed again with another massive multiplier, and he tucked the manual into his storage ring.
Then he continued browsing.
"The Azure Depths Sword Manual Tier 2 high grade. Fifteen million low grade spiritual stones."
"I’ll take it."
"Thousand Leaves Movement Art Tier 1 mid grade. Eight million low grade spiritual stones."
"That one as well."
Mei Hua’s professional mask began to crack as the list grew. Other attendants had gathered now, watching in shocked as Yu Liang moved through the floor with taking evrything that caught his eyes.
Formation manuals also joined the growing pile.
Then Pills followed as entire bottles of Tier 3 Foundation Establishment pills, Tier 4 Core Formation supplements, even a few rare Tier 5 pills meant for Nascent Soul cultivators.
Each purchase triggered the system, each multiplier refilling his reserves faster than he could spend them.
Paying for every item was starting to get a little tedious, so he stopped bothering with it. Instead, he simply selected whatever caught his interest and kept adding it to his list, planning to settle the bill once he was done.
By the time the sun began to set, half the third floor’s inventory had been cleared.
Le Lie stood near the counter, his expression caught somewhere between euphoria and disbelief. "Young master, in my thirty years of managing this pavilion, I had never witnessed a transaction of this magnitude."
Yu Liang glanced around at the noticeably emptier shelves. "Will this cause problems for your regular customers?"
"Problems?" Le Lie shook his head quickly. "No, young master. This single day’s revenue exceeds our quarterly expectations. We can restock within weeks and still operate at a profit for months."
He paused, then added carefully, "If I may ask... does young master require additional storage assistance? The volume of materials—"
"I have sufficient storage," Yu Liang said simply.
That was an understatement. The system’s inventory was functionally limitless, and his storage ring, while appearing ordinary, had been specifically chosen for its capacity.
Mei Hua approached with the final tallies. "The total expenditure today comes to nine hundred and seventy million low grade spiritual stones, Young Master."
Half of the price was for Cultivation techniques.
Yu Liang transferred the payment without hesitation.
[ Ding! Host has spent 970,000,000,000 low grade spiritual stones ]
[ Multiplier Triggered: 150x ]
[ Host receives 145,500,000,000,000 low grade spiritual stones ]
One hundred forty five trillion, five hundred billion. The number was so absurd that even the upcoming wealthiest forces in the cultivation world would struggle to treat it as anything more than a distant dream. The system’s generosity had long since gone beyond anything Yu Liang could consider reasonable.
"Is there anything else you require?" Le Lie asked.
Yu Liang considered the depleted shelves, then shook his head. "No. This will suffice for now. I’ll return in three days for the private viewing."
Le Lie bowed deeply. "The pavilion will be ready, young master. Thank you for your patronage."
Yu Liang left through the main entrance, the Stormbreaker Saber resting comfortably across his back. Behind him, the attendants and remaining customers stood in silence, staring at the half empty displays.
Zhao, the young master who had mocked him earlier, sat slumped against a wall, his face buried in his hands.
The sun had fully set by the time Yu Liang stepped onto the street. The evening air was cool, and the city’s lanterns were beginning to glow. He adjusted the saber’s strap and started walking back toward the Moonlight Inn.
His storage ring and system inventory were filled to the brim with resources that would take him years to fully utilize. Techniques that could carry him through multiple realms. Weapons that even Core Formation cultivators would covet.
And in three days, he would have an entire pavilion to himself.
