Infinite Rebate System: Beautiful Women And Endless Returns
Chapter 158: Patricia
“Send me everything,” Patricia said. Her voice carrying the particular quality he’d heard once before — after the Karma Return, when Vantage Commercial Holdings’ operational account had evaporated. The quality of someone reassessing what they were dealing with. “I’ll look at it today.”
“Good,” he said. And hung up.
He sent her the full case file. Forty three pages of documented connections, revenue discrepancies, company registrations, court filings and the rental income gap that proved the laundering exit directly.
Then opened the due diligence package Vincent had sent at 8AM.
The package was substantial.
Seven properties. Each with a full documentation set — tenancy agreements, planning history, structural surveys, insurance certificates, service charge accounts. The kind of comprehensive package that communicated Vincent’s firm had done this properly rather than quickly.
Xavier read through it methodically.
The three office buildings in the north district were exactly as Christine had described — fully tenanted, long term leases, clean maintenance records. Solid.
The four industrial units in the east district were more interesting.
Two tenanted. Two vacant. The heads of terms agreement Christine had mentioned was for the larger of the two vacant units — a logistics company taking 18 months on an initial lease with an option to extend. The other vacant unit had two prospective tenants in negotiation, both credible.
If both vacant units fill, Xavier calculated, the portfolio generates rental income significantly above what the $8,500,000 asking price reflects.
He kept reading.
At the fourth industrial unit he stopped.
The structural survey flagged a minor roof issue on the east facing section. Not critical — classified as a maintenance item rather than a structural defect. But present.
Negotiating point, he thought. Not a dealbreaker. A legitimate reason to push on price.
He called Vincent at 11AM.
“The fourth industrial unit,” Xavier said when Vincent answered. “Structural survey flags a roof maintenance issue.”
“Minor,” Vincent said.
“Minor but present,” Xavier said. “I want $250,000 off the asking price. $8,250,000.”
Vincent was quiet for a moment. “The seller will push back.”
“The seller has a maintenance issue in the survey documentation,” Xavier said. “They know it’s there. $8,250,000 is still a fair price.”
“I’ll go back to them,” Vincent said.
“Today,” Xavier said.
“Today,” Vincent confirmed. And hung up.
Patricia called at 2PM.
Xavier was mid donation cycle when her name appeared on the screen. He finished the transaction before answering.

“Patricia,” he said.
“Xavier.” Her voice was different from the morning call. More measured. “I’ve read the full case file.”
“And.”
“It’s solid,” she said. “Genuinely solid. The rental income gap alone is enough to trigger a formal investigation — it’s the kind of discrepancy that financial crime units look for specifically.” A brief pause. “Where did you learn to do this.”
“I was paying attention,” he said.
She was quiet for a moment.
“The correct reporting channel without Vincent’s firm,” she said. “Kenvale District Financial Intelligence Unit. They operate independently from law enforcement but have referral powers to the relevant authorities. A report from a lawyer’s office carries significantly more weight than an anonymous tip.” Another pause. “I can file the report on your behalf. Your name stays out of it — the report comes from my firm as legal representatives acting on behalf of a client who identified the discrepancy.”
“Do it,” he said.
“Xavier,” she said carefully. “This is a six year operation with estimated flows of up to $25,000,000. When the Financial Intelligence Unit investigates and finds what you’ve documented — and they will find it, the evidence is too clean not to — the people behind it are going to know someone reported them.”
“I know,” he said.
“Tobias Mensah and Sandra Osei will know someone was looking,” she said.
“They’ll know a lawyer’s firm filed a report,” he said. “They won’t know who found it.”
A brief pause.
“Correct,” she said. “Your name stays entirely out of it.” Another pause. “Xavier — I have to ask. How did you find this without Vincent’s network.”
“The USB document rated Kenvale Express Logistics D six months ago,” he said. “I started pulling the thread.”
Silence.
“The USB document,” she said slowly. “That you received before you met Vincent.”
“Yes,” he said.
“Which means whoever sent you the USB document knew about this operation six months ago,” she said. “And flagged it for you specifically.”
Xavier said nothing.
The system, he thought. It flagged a six year laundering operation in the document it sent me before I even knew what I was looking for. And then dropped a challenge quest thirty days ago asking me to find it myself.
The system knew, he thought. It always knows.
“File the report Patricia,” he said.
“Filing today,” she said. And hung up.
Xavier set the phone down.
Looked at the window.
Challenge quest day eleven, he thought. Filed through Patricia. Financial Intelligence Unit receiving it today.
He opened the challenge quest notification.

[ Current Progress: 85% ]
85%, he noted. Not complete yet. Completes when the investigation is confirmed.
Fine, he thought. Patricia filed it. The rest isn’t in my hands.
Vincent called at 4:30PM.
“The seller accepted $8,250,000,” he said. “Clean. No pushback after I mentioned the survey.”
Xavier almost smiled. “Good. Send Patricia the documents.”
“Already done,” Vincent said. A brief moment. “Tuesday still. 10AM.”
“Tuesday,” Xavier confirmed.
He hung up and opened his banking app.
$8,250,000 acquisition incoming, he thought. Standard rebate returns $16,500,000 immediately. Asset Rebound adds $24,750,000 after 72 hours. He checked the balance. Total return $41,250,000 from one property portfolio.
Net positive $33,000,000, he thought. From a roof maintenance issue and a Monday morning phone call.
He cycled the remaining daily cap.

$47,540,383, he noted. Monday done. Case filed. Property portfolio at $8,250,000 pending Tuesday. Jade contract drafted. Challenge quest at 85%.
He leaned back.
Tuesday, he thought. Vincent. The property portfolio. Whatever comes after.
The chain keeps moving.
