Ye Fan still harbored many questions in his heart.

"Is it you?" The newcomers were none other than Fu Xi and Nuwa. Nuwa’s expression soured upon seeing Ye Fan; her animosity towards him ran deep.

Lei Zu said, "We didn’t find the doppelganger, but located the original body. Ye Fan, eliminate her original body, and I believe her doppelganger will vanish too, saving you the trouble of doing anything else!"

Nuwa glanced at Ye Fan, then at Lei Zu, her face showing anger. Finally, she shook her head with disbelief, "Why are you here? Are you also looking for my lost soul?"

"Seems like our goals are the same," Ye Fan replied, "I believe killing you is useless. Your doppelganger already possesses its own soul, meaning her consciousness is independent from yours. Even if you found this soul, you couldn’t restore it, so you must kill her too!"

Nuwa snorted softly without saying anything, while Fu Xi shook his head, "Ye Fan, since we share the same goal, you’re not going to strike against us, are you? With the next celestial slaughter imminent, shouldn’t you be in Pan Gu’s secret realm as the final hope for saving the world?"

Ye Fan shook his head, "What I need to do doesn’t require any explanation to you. I’m fed up with unknown troubles, and I need to find what’s been bothering me and resolve these long-lasting issues!"

"You don’t want to kill us, do you?" Nuwa’s tone remained assertive.

Lei Zu said, "Is killing you such a complicated thing? Ye Fan can do it anytime he desires; it’s clear you’re insignificant in front of him!"

"Shut up, Lei Zu!" Nuwa shouted, "Your dubious relation with Li Yunhuo makes your presence with Ye Fan suspicious. It’s likely you and Li Yunhuo schemed to trap Ye Fan but want him to kill us? Do you really know your own worth?"

The tension between Ye Fan and Fu Xi was relatively calm, while Nuwa and Lei Zu seemed to be quarreling. Ye Fan could sense deep hostility between the two women.

Observing the two women, Ye Fan finally shook his head, "Killing you both is too easy, but I’m seeking Nuwa’s doppelganger, then the woman she manipulated. I can’t let her continue scheming against me... However, if Nuwa you keep opposing me, then you’ll be the next one I target!"
