Chapter 37: Void Body

The ground beneath the abandoned village had finally become quiet.

Kael stood in the middle of the battlefield.

His sword was still surrounded by green natural energy.

The mysterious man had disappeared beneath the earth after being captured by Nature Wiper.

Kael slowly lowered his sword.

"It seems the battle is over."

He took a deep breath.

For the first time in several minutes, he allowed himself to relax.

But then—

Crack!

The ground behind him suddenly split apart.

Kael’s eyes widened.

A powerful force pushed the earth upward.

The soil and broken stones flew into the air.

The mysterious man emerged from beneath the ground.

His black clothes were covered in dust.

Several cuts were visible across his arms and face.

But he was still standing.

Kael turned around in shock.

"You survived that?"

The mysterious man wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth.

"You thought burying me underground would defeat me?"

He raised his hand.

The ground beneath Kael suddenly moved.

Kael jumped away as a sharp stone rose from the earth.

The stone barely missed his shoulder.

Kael landed on a broken rooftop.

The mysterious man immediately attacked.

Several invisible forces struck the building.

The rooftop exploded beneath Kael.

Kael jumped into the air.

His sword glowed with green energy.

He swung downward.

The mysterious man blocked the sword with telekinesis.

The force of the attack pushed him several meters backward.

Kael landed and rushed forward again.

The mysterious man raised his hand.

An invisible barrier appeared between them.

Kael’s sword struck the barrier.

The barrier cracked.

The mysterious man increased his telekinetic pressure.

Kael was pushed backward.

He dug his sword into the ground to stop himself.

Then roots burst from the earth and rushed toward the mysterious man.

The man controlled the roots with telekinesis.

They stopped in mid-air.

He twisted his hand.

The roots were thrown back toward Kael.

Kael cut them apart.

One of the broken roots struck his arm.

A shallow cut appeared on his sleeve.

Kael ignored it and continued moving.

The mysterious man lifted an entire broken house.

The building rose into the air above Kael.

Then it came crashing down.

Kael gathered natural energy around his sword.

"NATURE—"

Before he could finish, the mysterious man launched the building forward.

Kael jumped through a gap in the falling structure.

The building crashed behind him.

Kael appeared directly in front of the mysterious man.

His sword struck the man’s shoulder.

The blade cut through his outer clothing and left a deep wound.

The mysterious man staggered backward.

Blood ran down his arm.

But he quickly raised his other hand.

An invisible force struck Kael in the chest.

Kael was sent flying into a broken wall.

He crashed through it and landed heavily on the ground.

Pain spread through his chest.

Kael slowly stood up.

The mysterious man held his injured shoulder.

"You’re stronger than I expected."

Kael wiped a small amount of blood from his lip.

"And you’re harder to defeat than I thought."

The mysterious man suddenly lifted both hands.

Every piece of debris in the village began floating.

Hundreds of stones, wooden beams, and broken weapons surrounded him.

Kael looked around.

The entire battlefield had become his weapon.

The mysterious man moved his fingers.

Everything shot toward Kael.

Kael swung his sword repeatedly.

Green energy blades cut through the incoming debris.

But there were too many attacks.

One stone struck Kael’s leg.

Another hit his shoulder.

Kael stumbled for a moment.

The mysterious man used that opening.

An invisible force slammed into Kael’s stomach.

Kael bent forward.

The man pulled his hand backward.

Kael was dragged toward him.

Then another telekinetic strike sent Kael crashing into the ground.

The impact created a deep crater.

Kael’s sword fell from his hand.

The mysterious man approached slowly.

"It is over."

Kael’s fingers moved.

A small green plant grew beside his hand.

The plant rapidly transformed into thick roots.

The roots wrapped around Kael’s sword and pulled it back toward him.

Kael grabbed the sword.

He swung his blade upward.

A massive green wave struck the mysterious man.

The man crossed his arms and created a telekinetic barrier.

The wave shattered the barrier and pushed him backward.

Kael rushed forward once again.

The two fighters clashed at close range.

Kael’s sword cut across the mysterious man’s side.

The mysterious man responded with an invisible punch that struck Kael’s face.

Kael’s cheek was cut.

He stepped backward but remained standing.

Both fighters were breathing heavily.

Their clothes were damaged.

Juyew stood in front of Kil Ful, Morry, Ravian, Rony, Maddy, and Lira.

He was laughing.

The team remained serious.

Kil Ful’s White Aura surrounded his body.

Maddy’s Flash Reflex was active.

Rony’s Black Force covered his arms.

Morry held both of his swords.

Ravian gathered Force Manipulation.

Lira prepared her mud attacks.

Juyew looked at them.

"You all look so serious."

He slowly raised his hand.

"Then let’s use some new powers."

Void energy began gathering around his body.

The air became heavy.

The ground beneath his feet started cracking.

Dark energy spread across his skin.

His muscles became covered in black Void markings.

His eyes began glowing with deep purple light.

Juyew smiled.

"Void Body."

The moment his transformation was completed, his pressure increased to another level.

The ground beneath him shattered.

Several nearby buildings began collapsing from the force alone.

Kil Ful stared at him.

"He became even stronger..."

Juyew disappeared.

Kil Ful activated Eye Sight.

He barely saw Juyew’s movement.

Kil Ful rushed forward and threw a punch.

Juyew also punched at the same time.

Their fists collided.

The impact sent a shockwave through the village.

Kil Ful attacked again.

Juyew blocked the punch and countered.

Kil Ful blocked the attack with his arm.

Then Kil Ful landed a punch against Juyew’s chest.

Juyew moved backward slightly.

But when Juyew punched Kil Ful, the difference became clear.

His punch struck Kil Ful’s stomach.

Kil Ful was pushed several meters backward.

He coughed and held his stomach.

Juyew looked at him.

"Your punches are still too weak."

Kil Ful gritted his teeth.

He rushed forward again.

Juyew raised his fist.

"Endure this."

Juyew’s punch struck Kil Ful directly in the face.

Kil Ful’s head snapped backward.

Blood appeared near his mouth.

His body was sent flying across the battlefield.

He crashed through the wall of a damaged house.

The entire building collapsed around him.

Maddy shouted,

"Kil Ful!"

Juyew stood calmly.

"Who’s next?"

Morry rushed forward with both swords.

Ravian launched several huge stones with Force Manipulation.

Rony charged with his hammer.

Maddy moved from one blind spot to another.

Lira sent waves of mud across the ground.

Juyew defended against every attack.

Morry’s sword struck Juyew’s arm.

The blade left a cut.

Juyew grabbed Morry’s wrist and pushed him away.

Ravian launched a massive stone.

Juyew destroyed it with one punch.

Maddy attacked from behind.

Juyew turned and blocked his invisible strike.

Lira trapped Juyew’s legs with mud.

Rony used the opportunity.

"BLACK FORCE!"

He raised his hammer and charged.

Juyew broke free from the mud.

Rony swung his hammer with all his strength.

Juyew blocked it with one hand.

Rony’s eyes widened.

Juyew smiled.

"Still trying?"

Rony tightened his grip.

"I am not losing to you!"

He pushed forward with Black Force.

Juyew suddenly lifted Rony into the air using his Void-enhanced strength.

Rony struggled.

"Put me down!"

Juyew looked at him.

"Let’s go."

He smashed Rony into the ground.

The impact created a large crater.

Rony’s hammer flew from his hand.

He groaned as pain spread through his back.

"Rony!" Maddy shouted.

Before anyone could reach him, Juyew released a powerful wave of Void energy.

Morry, Ravian, Maddy, and Lira were pushed backward.

Kil Ful suddenly emerged from the destroyed house.

His face was injured, and blood ran down his cheek.

He immediately activated White Aura again.

Juyew looked at him.

"Still standing?"

Kil Ful raised his sword.

"I haven’t finished yet."

Juyew smiled.

Then he spread both arms.

"VOID DOMINION!"

A massive dark domain suddenly expanded across the village.

A wall of Void energy separated the battlefield.

Kil Ful and Maddy were pulled inside the Dominion.

Morry, Ravian, Rony, and Lira were pushed outside.

Rony tried to stand.

"Kil Ful! Maddy!"

But the dark barrier blocked his path.

Inside the Dominion, the atmosphere became completely different.

The sky was covered in darkness.

The ground was filled with strange Void energy.

Kil Ful stood beside Maddy.

Juyew appeared in front of them.

His Void Body was still active.

Kil Ful tightened his grip on his sword.

Maddy lowered his stance.

Juyew smiled.

"Now let’s see how long you two can survive."

He disappeared.

Kil Ful activated Eye Sight.

But Juyew was already in front of him.

A powerful punch struck Kil Ful’s chest.

Kil Ful was thrown backward.

Maddy rushed forward with Flash Reflex.

Juyew turned and struck him in the stomach.

Maddy was sent across the Dominion.

Kil Ful recovered and attacked with his sword.

Juyew blocked the blade and grabbed Kil Ful by the throat.

Maddy attacked from behind.

Juyew released Kil Ful and turned toward Maddy.

He caught Maddy’s fist.

Then he slammed Maddy into the ground.

Kil Ful rushed forward.

Juyew kicked him away.

Both fighters struggled to stand.

Juyew looked at them.

"You two are strong..."

His Void energy increased.

"But not strong enough."

He raised his fists.

Kil Ful and Maddy prepared themselves.

Inside the Void Dominion, Juyew began beating both of them.

And outside the Dominion, the rest of the team could only watch helplessly.
