Shi Feiyang sheltered Shi Xiong behind the stone roller, his dark training robes snapping in the wind. "Watch closely. This is the Hundred Victories Saber Technique’s ’Cloud-Cleaving Form’, meant for severing vile wolves who invade another’s lands." His toes tapped the ground, his figure turning into a lingering shadow that skimmed over the snow, not leaving even a footprint.

His left palm surged out like a flood through a burst dam, unleashing "Red Dust Slash". The hollow of his palm drew inwards; the biting palm wind scraped past the Personal Guard Shield, and the elm shield wrapped in three layers of cowhide was shaved away half an inch as if it were tofu, exposing the fibers inside rolling up and out.

His right palm followed with "Heaven’s Edge", the palm shadows wrapped in a mountain-toppling, sea-overturning force and crashed heavily upon the edge of the shield. That Personal Guard was blown back, man and shield together, his back slamming into the city wall with a dull thud. Brick and stone fragments mixed with blood foam scattered like raindrops.

The remaining seven men’s expressions changed abruptly; before their spear formation could close, Shi Feiyang had already rushed in close. Palm shadows whirled and flipped, while screams rose and fell in succession.

Wen Hunie’s pupils shrank, his scimitar tracing seven blossoms of cold light—the secret Martial Arts supreme art of the steppe: "Seven Forms of the Heavenly Wolf".

The saber light flashed like lightning; the first form, "Heavenly Wolf Devours the Moon", slashed straight for Shi Feiyang’s throat, the scimitar’s air-rending shriek as harsh as a wolf’s howl.

Shi Feiyang gave a cold snort, the Bright Jade Technique circulating into the "Supreme Forgetting Emotions Ice Soul Cold Prison". White mist surged around his body and, in the wind and snow, actually congealed into ice crystals. Shi Feiyang unleashed the move "Moon-Slashing Form"! His twin palms spun like wheels, the edges of his palms condensing three feet of golden saber light.

This move was the very essence of the Hundred Victories Saber Technique’s nine moves and thirty-six forms, secretly containing a power like the sundering of heaven and earth.

At the instant the golden saber light collided with the scimitar, the air gave a piercing shriek, and the bursting sparks instantly steamed the surrounding snow into white vapor.

Wen Hunie only felt his tiger’s mouth go numb; cracks spread across the scimitar like a spiderweb. With a crisp "kala" crack, the Gemstone-inlaid scimitar shattered inch by inch.

Razor-sharp shards grazed Wen Hunie’s cheek, blood beads spraying onto the pristine snow.

He staggered back, the soles of his boots crushing congealed blood-ice with clear cracking sounds. Before he could steady himself, Shi Feiyang had already glided up like a specter, his palm glowing with icy blue cold radiance—none other than the Bright Jade Technique’s "Supreme Forgetting Emotions Ice Soul Cold Prison".

"Die!" Shi Feiyang’s palms were like keen blades as he executed the Hundred Victories Saber Technique’s killing move, "Heaven and Earth Sharing Their Lifespan". Wherever the palm wind passed, the air twisted into vortices. Wen Hunie felt as if all the blood in his body had frozen solid. He tried to shout, but the blast of air shattered his throat bones; golden saber light flashed, his head flew high, and the blood geyser spraying from his neck congealed into icicles in the cold wind.

The Kerchin soldiers stared at the headless corpse of the Prince and howled in terror and grief.

Shi Feiyang stood upright in a pool of blood, the golden saber light around him yet to disperse, like an Asura summoned from Hell, striking fear into all who gazed upon him.

Wen Hunie’s headless corpse crashed to the ground, and the Kerchin Tribe’s war drums halted abruptly, leaving only the north wind sweeping remnant snow across the deathly silent battlefield.

Shi Feiyang flicked the blood beads from his palms, his dark training robes snapping in the raging snowstorm. As the Bright Jade Technique circulated, fine ice crystals formed around his body—sign that the "Supreme Forgetting Emotions Ice Soul Cold Prison" had been driven to its uttermost limit.

"Who still dares to come?" His voice boomed like a great bell, making the bronze rings on the distant Kerchin standard buzz and hum.

Before his words had faded, three galloping horses shattered the frozen river as they sped forward. The elder in the middle had hair white as snow, and at the tip of the wolf-head staff in his hand, the Ruby embedded there glowed with a strange, demonic light. "Boy from the Central Plains, do you recognize me, the ’Blood Hand Witch King’?"

As the elder gave a sinister smile, the wolf-head staff suddenly spewed a stinking black miasma, turning the snow it passed over into poisonous water in an instant.

Shi Feiyang tapped his toes and retreated three zhang in a backward glide. Suddenly, from the deerskin pouch at his waist that ordinary eyes could not perceive, he drew out a bronze censer.

This was precisely the demon-subduing supreme treasure the Divine Dragon Pagoda had bestowed upon him—the "Nine Yang Tripod". Golden light flowed along the Eight Trigrams Pattern on the body of the tripod, drawing in all the poisonous miasma.

"Paltry tricks! You brigands of the ancient desert, how could you comprehend the vastness and profundity of the culture of the Central Plains? Hmph!" Shi Feiyang spun and flung out the tripod’s lid, which turned into a golden flying wheel tearing through the air.

The Blood Hand Witch King hastily raised his staff to block, only to see the wolf-head staff turn pitch-black inch by inch under the pure yang force of the Nine Yang Tripod. Scalding molten metal dripped down along the staff’s shaft, searing him into repeated screams.

By now, the Kerchin Tribe’s last elite force, the "Canglang Guard", had formed a wedge-shaped battle array and charged forward.

A hundred riders in iron armor wrapped in animal hides, their horses’ hooves bound with sharp ice claws, passed in a storm of flying ice shards.

Shi Feiyang hurled the Nine Yang Tripod up into the air, then cleaved out with both palms, executing the Hundred Victories Saber Technique’s move "Heaven and Earth Sharing Their Silence".

Golden saber light surged across the snowy plain like a tide, congealing in the void into nine colossal saber shadows.

"Break!" The nine saber shadows crashed down in unison, the Canglang Guard’s long spears snapping like dead branches, their iron armor shaved into fragments.

In a storm of screams, the warhorses reared up, their front legs lifted into the air only to be cut clean off at the waist. Blood mixed with shredded flesh rained down, paving a crimson carpet across the snow. Shi Feiyang surged forward through the bloodstorm on high, and with every sweep of his palms, some foe together with armor was smashed into fine powder.

The Kerchin Tribe’s chieftain Kerza saw his son cut down by Shi Feiyang and fled in wretched panic under the shelter of his personal guards, crying and howling.

Suddenly he saw golden saber light flicker within the snow mist ahead.

Shi Feiyang manifested like a specter, the blood-colored lines of "Infinite Asura’s Eighteen Layers of Hell" appearing upon his palm. "Kerza, you dared to invade my Lindan Tribe—surely you never imagined this day would be your last. Hmph! Today, I shall take your dog head and rid the grasslands of a scourge!"

Kerza had just drawn his scimitar when he felt an irresistible force crush down upon him; his whole body was nailed into the snow, the sound of bones shattering clearly audible.

When Shi Feiyang’s palm pressed against the crown of Kerza’s head, the entire snowy plain suddenly fell into dead silence.
