Knotting the Omega(an Omegaverse Erotica Collection)

Chapter 94: The Enigma’s Omega - 3

After a while, Lian spoke. His voice came out rough.

"Why did you do it in front of them? You could have taken me somewhere private."

Kael brushed sweat-damp hair from Lian’s forehead.

"Because every Alpha in that room needed to understand the claim is absolute. An Enigma does not share. An Enigma does not negotiate. They needed to see the mark and smell my seed inside you before any of them decided to test the boundary."

Lian tried to shift and only succeeded in pulling a fresh throb from the knot still locked deep.

"I can still be blend in as a Beta. I know the systems. I know the routes. You do not have to claim me. I mean I want you to, but not like this."

Kael’s hand settled heavy on Lian’s hip, holding him still.

"You are not a Beta. You never were. The suppressants only delayed the truth. An Enigma claim rewrites the bond at the root. Your body already answers only to me. Your scent will never mask again. That is not a choice either of us gets to undo."

Another wave of heat rolled through Lian before he could answer. His hole clenched hard around the knot and a broken sound left his throat.

Kael stayed buried and waited it out, speaking low against the claim mark.

"Tell me the truth while your body forces honesty out of you. How long did you watch me?"

Lian’s fingers dug into Kael’s shoulders.

"Very long. In every gathering I was opportuned to be in with you. I memorized the way your shirt pulled across your back. I went home and touched myself thinking about your hands. I hated how much I wanted it."

Kael’s voice stayed calm and absolute.

"I noticed every stare. I chose not to act because an unclaimed Omega who hides is safer invisible. Your heat decided otherwise. Now you belong to me in every way that matters."

The knot finally eased enough for Kael to withdraw. Slick and seed spilled down Lian’s thighs.

Kael stripped the rest of their clothes with efficient hands and settled between Lian’s legs again before the next wave fully crested.

He pushed back inside in one smooth thrust and held still, letting Lian feel the stretch.

"Look at me," Kael ordered.

Lian forced his eyes open. Heat already glazed them.

Kael began to move in long, controlled strokes. His pace stayed steady and deep.

He reached between them and wrapped a hand around Lian’s cock, stroking in time with his thrusts but stopping every time Lian’s hips started to chase the edge.

Lian’s breath turned ragged. Slick poured around Kael’s cock with every withdrawal.

"Please," Lian finally whispered. The word cracked.

"Please do not stop. I need the knot. I need you to fill me again."

Kael gave it to him. He drove in hard and let the knot swell and lock for the second time.

Lian came with a raw cry, his body arching, hole fluttering and milking the thick swell.

Kael kept grinding through it, talking him through every pulse.

"That is it. Take all of it. Your heat belongs to me now. Every drop of slick, every sound you make, every time you clench around my knot. No one else will ever touch this."

They stayed locked until the wave eased. Kael eased out only long enough to turn Lian onto his stomach, then pushed back in and started the next round slower, deeper, scenting every inch of Lian’s skin as he moved.

He licked the claim mark, bit the curve of Lian’s shoulder, dragged his mouth down the line of Lian’s spine while his hips kept a relentless rhythm.

Lian’s voice shifted from resistance to filthy honesty under the pressure of the heat.

"Harder. Please. I spent years imagining this exact stretch. I wanted your knot so badly it made me sick. Do not let me hide from it anymore."

Kael gave him harder. He knotted Lian a third time while Lian sobbed into the sheets and came again, body shaking apart under the force of it. Kael stayed buried and spoke against the back of Lian’s neck.

"You will never mask again. You will never walk into a room as anything less than mine. The bond is already rewriting you."

A soft chime cut through the quiet. Kael reached for the tablet on the side table without withdrawing. He read the message in silence, then set the device down and looked at Lian still wet, marked, and locked on his knot.

"They think they can still touch what is mine."

---

Lian woke to the deep ache of a claimed body and the heavy scent of Kael still thick on his skin.

The suppressants no longer worked. Every breath carried the unmistakable signature of an Omega in the aftermath of heat, marked and saturated.

He shifted against the sheets and felt the lingering stretch between his legs, the faint throb of the claim bite on his throat.

Kael sat on the edge of the bed already dressed, watching him.

"You cannot mask anymore," Kael said.

"The bond finished the work last night. Your scent will announce you the moment you step outside this room."

Lian pushed himself upright. The movement pulled a low sound from his throat.

"So I have no freedom left. Is that what an Enigma claim means? I stay locked away so no other Alpha tries to test it?"

Kael’s gaze stayed steady.

"It means you are safer than you have ever been. Freedom without safety is just another way to die slowly. I will not let anyone else put hands on you. That is non-negotiable."

A summons had arrived the night before, the assembly leaders required their presence.

Kael stood and handed out a clean set of clothes to Lian and he dressed in silence, every shift of fabric reminding him that the old disguise was gone for good.

They walked into the same hall where the claim had happened yesterday. The Alphas who had crowded him the night before stood in a loose semicircle.

Their eyes tracked the visible mark on Lian’s throat and the way Kael’s scent clung to him like a second skin.

One of the ranking Alphas spoke first.

"The claim was public, but the heat is over. Protocol still allows challenge if the Omega is not fully secured."

Kael’s voice cut across the room without rising.

"There will be no challenge. He is mine. The bond is sealed. Any Alpha who steps toward him will learn exactly how an Enigma enforces ownership."

Silence held for a long moment. Then the same Alpha turned his attention to Lian.

"Speak for yourself. Do you accept the claim, or do you request formal review?"

Lian’s pulse hammered. His voice shook when he answered, but the words stayed clear.

"I accept it. I do not deny the claim. I am his."

No one spoke after that. The assembly leaders recorded the confirmation and dismissed the gathering. Kael guided Lian out without another word until the suite door closed behind them again.

Kael turned to face him fully.

"Time for hiding is over. Tell me what you want now that the choice is gone."

Lian met his eyes. Heat no longer drove the words, only the truth that had lived under every suppressant dose for years.

"I want you to take me again. Face to face this time. I want to feel the knot while I look at you and admit I wanted this long before my body forced the issue."

Kael stripped him with deliberate hands and laid him back on the bed. He settled between Lian’s thighs and pushed in slowly, giving Lian every inch without rush.

The stretch burned in the best way.

Kael stayed deep and began to move in long, controlled thrusts that kept them locked eye to eye.

Kael’s pace deepened. The base of his cock began to swell. He kept talking through every thrust, mapping the permanence into Lian’s skin.

"You will walk through every room marked as mine. You will never again pretend the hunger was not there. Take the knot and say it while you come."

The knot locked hard and full. Lian came with a broken sound, body tightening around the thick swell, eyes still open and fixed on Kael’s face. The words left him in a rush while pleasure tore through him.

"I wanted this. I wanted you long before the heat. I do not want to hide anymore."

Kael stayed buried, filling him in heavy pulses, and pressed his mouth to the claim mark.

Lian turned his head just enough to see the open door of the suite. The corridor beyond led back to the life he had built as a silent Beta.

He felt the knot still locked inside him, the mark throbbing on his throat, and the quiet certainty that he no longer had the option or the desire to walk through that door and disappear again.
