Life Game In Other World

Chapter 1936 - 1935: You Betrayed Me?

He Ao didn’t look at Andaville, but slightly lifted his gaze towards the distant ruined city, "What can you offer me?"

"Wealth, power, knowledge, life," replied Andaville calmly, "Whatever you desire, I can provide."

"Then I want the knowledge of promoting to Usurper God," He Ao paused momentarily, then asked with interest, "Can you give me that?"

Upon hearing this question, Andaville paused slightly. He raised his head, looked at He Ao, squinting his eyes, "I didn’t expect you’ve reached this level,"

Then he naturally said, "I definitely possess such knowledge. As you’re aware, I am the bona fide Usurper God. I even hold several Overlord Level Talent Sequence formulas. If you tell me your Talent Sequence, I might directly provide you with the relevant formulas."

"I want them all." He Ao responded directly.

Andaville’s expression stiffened.

After a brief silence, he chuckled wryly, "You’re quite greedy,"

"But I have to tell you," he scanned He Ao, "Overlord Level knowledge isn’t to be trifled with. The more you know, the more likely you’ll attract the gaze of Divine Beings. You must know that at our stage, without adequate power, any interference from Divine Beings is unbearable."

"I don’t mind some prying." He Ao shrugged, casually speaking.

His body had been subjected to countless prying Divine gazes.

Hearing this, Andaville paused a moment, raised his head to look at He Ao, eyes gleaming with some incredulity, evidently shaken, "I haven’t heard such arrogant words for many years."

He hesitated slightly, "You must not be very old; you probably haven’t yet encountered Divine-related matters. You don’t know the terror of Divine Beings. However, young ambition is normal. When I first became an Angel, I too was conceited, believing the world rested in my hands..."

"I don’t mind these," He Ao smiled and shook his head, "Knowing too much isn’t a bad thing for me."

Somewhat skeptically, Andaville cast He Ao a glance, seemingly doubtful of He Ao’s background.

After a brief silence, he softly spoke, "I don’t know your background, but since you’re so keen on this knowledge, I can give it to you. After all, I’m not ordinary stock; this knowledge isn’t precious to me."

He slightly lifted his gaze, looking towards the west, observing those standing Stone Pillars and the skyline stretching to the ends of the sky, "As long as you help me escape from this world, I’ll furnish you with everything you desire. Those Talent Sequence formulas and rituals, even the names of all the Overlord Level Talent Sequences I know, I’ll provide them all."

He turned his head, smiling at He Ao, "What do you think?"

"No," He Ao shook his head, still not looking back at Andaville, speaking directly, "I can’t guarantee you’ll fulfill the agreement. Once I save you, if you flee, won’t I be left with nothing?"

"We can sign a Mysticism contract," Andaville stated directly.

"How do I know you have a method to breach it?" He Ao looked at him, "I need some ’deposit’ to first prove your sincerity."

"What do you want?" Andaville’s brows slightly furrowed.

"Some knowledge, general knowledge related to Usurper God’s promotion," He Ao raised his head, "I need both basic and key knowledge."

"You lack even basic knowledge?" Andaville’s brows raised.

He Ao glanced at him, giving no clear response, "You can assume I don’t have it."

Somewhat skeptically, Andaville cast He Ao a glance.

He couldn’t discern whether He Ao genuinely lacked knowledge or was merely using it to test whether he was lying.

After all, this lad’s origins were suspicious, and the knowledge he possessed was somewhat extraordinary.

"Then let me discuss some simple things," Andaville softly spoke, "The content of Talent Sequences needn’t be further explained, right?"

He Ao continued gazing at the distant sky, not responding to his words.

Observing this scene, Andaville remained silent for a moment, then softly spoke:

"It’s widely recognized in the universe that the Talent Sequence periodic table ends at Angel Tier; Talent Sequence 279: Skeleton Monarch is the final one in the table.

"Strictly speaking, the main table indeed ends there, but the Talent Sequence periodic table doesn’t just comprise the main table, there’s also the ’Extended Table’."

"Overlord Level Talent Sequences appear in this Extended Table."

"Angel Tier contains 72 Talent Sequences, while the Overlord Level boasts 144 Talent Sequences,"

He cast a glance at the expressionless He Ao and continued, "Generally speaking, one Angel Tier Talent Sequence corresponds to two Overlord Level Talent Sequences, however,"

He hesitated slightly, "The promotion rules of the Extended Table differ slightly from the main table."

He ceased speaking here, seemingly waiting for He Ao to speak.

But He Ao quietly listened without uttering a word.

Andaville sighed, continuing, "The promotion rules of the main table dictate that every Talent Sequence has a Secret Medicine directed towards it; even adjacent Talent Sequences require entirely different materials and Secret Medicines, but this doesn’t hold true for the Extended Table,"

He raised his head, gazing at the sky, "In the main table, even Angels may have many individuals sharing the same Talent Sequence, with countless planets in the universe and trillions of lives, there could be dozens or hundreds of ’Thunder Dominators,’"

"But every ’Usurper God’ is unique,"

He shifted his gaze to He Ao, "Unless the previous Usurper God perishes and his Talent Sequence precipitates, no other can occupy the Talent Sequence. In fact, ’Usurper Gods’ are even rarer.

"There are two reasons for this; the first is that some Usurper God Talent Sequences, even if unoccupied, will be reclaimed by Divine Beings of the same path."

He paused again, eyeing He Ao, seemingly waiting for inquiry from him.

But He Ao’s facial expression remained unchanged, appearing not ’surprised’ by this information.

Retracting his gaze, Andaville continued, "The second reason lies in the unique promotion rules of the Extended Table. While in the Extended Table, the same Angel Tier Talent Sequence points to two different Usurper God Talent Sequences, only one Secret Medicine exists for ascending to Usurper God,

"Meaning although the Overlord Level contains 144 Talent Sequences, it can support a maximum of 72 Usurper Gods."

He paused slightly, "The Talent Sequence periodic table resembles a large dispersing tree; the higher one ascends, the more luxuriant the branches become, but the true pinnacle power remains scarce, so multiple Talent Sequences can only share one source of power."

He halted his speech, looked at He Ao, and smiled, "Is this knowledge sufficient as a ’deposit’?"

"If two ’Usurper God’ Talent Sequences have only one Secret Medicine," He Ao finally lifted his gaze to Andaville, responding, "Then how do you ensure, during promotion, that you ascend to the desired Talent Sequence?"

"Different rituals," Andaville gazed at He Ao, smiling, seeming satisfied with He Ao’s inquiry, "As for the specific formulas and rituals, those are the utmost secrets of the universe."

He paused slightly, supplementing, "Some rituals between adjacent Talent Sequences scarcely differ, while others greatly diverge. A slight deviation in rituals can yield wholly different results, and all this requires precise ’knowledge’ to bridge."

"It appears, to learn these specific pieces of knowledge, cooperating with you is still my best option?" He Ao smiled.

"To be precise, this is the ’agreement’ we made at the very beginning," Andaville slightly raised an eyebrow, "How about it, if you’re still not reassured, we can establish a mystical agreement and have a certain Divine Being as a witness."

"I don’t trust your agreement, but," He Ao shook his head, glancing at Andaville’s body, "It’s clear that you’ve just taken over this body, unable to exert much power; after all, it’s just a residual soul..."

"Some words shouldn’t be said too soon," Andaville’s smiling expression stiffened slightly, "Young people achieve some success and then don’t know how high the sky is; they should still show some respect to the elderly."

Beep beep—

At this moment, several crisp alarm sounds, accompanied by the howling wind, rang in their ears.

He Ao looked up, searching for the source of the sound.

A grey flying machine appeared suddenly, not far from the pavilion.

Whirring—

Following closely, with urgent wind noises, several grey flying machines appeared all around as if they had flashed into existence.

They were densely packed together, resembling tight clouds, surrounding the entire mountain peak.

Andaville quietly observed this scene.

He naturally understood that these flying machines were from the ’Alien Visitors,’ and these were not mere technological creations but things imbued with mystical powers.

In a sense, these flying machines were also extensions of the Alien Visitors’ power.

As he pondered, his gaze slowly shifted downward, observing the young man’s back in front.

If he could let this unknown visitor and these flying machines fight, entangle them with each other and have them both suffer, he could take advantage of the battle to break through the blockades and leave this strange world.

As long as he left this weird state world and returned to the universe to find the arrangements he left before, he could solve the problems of this body.

Perhaps there would even be hope of regaining his lost power and avenging Life.

Of course, the premise of everything was to let them start fighting.

Countless thoughts were swirling in Andaville’s mind.

At the same time, his fingers lightly pressed against his palm, and a faint, formless thunder shimmer began to flow around the mountain’s base.

All I need to do is make a slight provocation.

In that instant, He Ao suddenly turned his head, glaring at Andaville, shouting angrily, "Did you betray me?!"

Andaville was momentarily stunned; the electric light at his fingertips almost dissipated in that instant.

Not yet, I haven’t betrayed you!

But he quickly reacted, and the electric light at his fingertips flared up instantly.

In the next moment, He Ao’s figure appeared in front of him, slapping towards Andaville’s shoulder.

However, his attack landed in vain, his hand passing through the dazzling electric light.

Andaville’s body appeared instantly on a distant mountaintop.

Faint electric light wrapped around his body as he lowered his head to observe He Ao, letting out a cold laugh, "Kid, playing with me, you’re still a bit too young."

Just then, the surrounding mechanical flying machines immediately adjusted their cannons, aiming at the two above, ready to fire.

"It seems your power is really restricted." At this time, a gentle voice suddenly sounded behind Andaville.

Andaville was slightly stunned, and then his entire body shattered, scattering into countless rays of electric light.

Boom boom boom—

The flying machines in the sky began to fire, blazing flames charged towards He Ao, still standing in place.

Some shells passed through the scattered thunder and were instantly detonated, exploding into brilliant fireworks.

But more shells still passed through the gaps in the thunder, reaching above He Ao’s head.

He Ao just stood there, observing the scattered thunder, watching the dense cannonballs like a shower of bullets.

A faint purple glow gathered in his pupils.

Dark clouds covered the Firmament, shrouding the once dim sky once again, making heaven and earth dim as if night had already come.

Thin spikes flickered from the strands of thunder, instantly transforming into countless Thunder Spears, these spears hung high in the sky, flashing with brilliant light, illuminating the entire sky in a dim cold white.

Yet He Ao remained unmoved, merely lifting his gaze slightly, sweeping over the densely packed Thunder Spears flashing brilliantly, sweeping over those cannonballs and lights.

Intense malice and killing intent permeated the world, as if, at this moment, the entire world was against him.

Buzz—

The cannonballs above fell from the sky, and the densely packed Thunder Spears also descended from the heavens.

The purple light that had filled He Ao’s pupils suddenly drew back in this instant.

The surging power swept through between heaven and earth, across all the thunder spreading beneath the firmament.

The infinite Thunder Spears shattered in an instant, with splintered thunder fragments piercing through the surrounding flame-spewing shells, igniting a dense sea of Fire Cloud in the sky.

Subsequently, these Fire Clouds spread in all directions, with out-of-control, flickering electric lights, covering the densely packed grey flying machines, enveloping the entire mountain in an instant.

The surging blaze lit up heaven and earth, making the dim sky as bright as midday.

Crack—

In this instant, stray electric light surged from the Fire Clouds, escaping in all directions.

But before it could escape, grey radiance illuminated the firmament, forming a massive grey Array.

This Array burst forth with dazzling brilliance, like a giant hand pressing down from the sky, covering all the escaping Thunder, tearing through the dense Fire Clouds, pressing towards the mountains below.
