Chapter 1710: That’s It

Fortunately Qin Yi had learned his lesson this time and didn’t respond.

Seeing that Qin Yi didn’t pick up the banter, Yin Qianqian felt bored and stopped teasing him. She was a smart woman; she knew when to stop.

As for Yun Mengyao, she grumbled a few words. After Qin Yi took out a few wild fruits, although she was unhappy, her growling stomach wouldn’t let her keep yapping, so she lowered her head and started eating.

Qin Yi frowned slightly as he looked at the raging field of lightning in front of him.

Thunder rolled, and waves of Dragon Roars kept echoing, making the entire Fengbo City tremble.

The Heavenly Tribulation lasted a full day without dispersing, and there was still no way to know Lang Ya’s situation.

Qin Yi wanted to go in and take a look, but the Evil Lord told him that once he went in, the Heavenly Tribulation would intensify.

Qin Yi could only grit his teeth and endure; if the Heavenly Tribulation intensified, it would instead harm Lang Ya.

So for now, he could only wait patiently.

One night passed.

The next morning.

Suddenly, a dull Dragon Roar, even more terrifying than Thunder Shock, resounded through the Nine Heavens.

A surge of incomparably terrifying ferocity spread out.

Qin Yi and the others, who had been dozing off, instantly snapped awake.

The lightning field was already dispersing; an Azure Dragon about three hundred meters long emerged in midair, most of its body shrouded by clouds and mist, yet its terrifying presence could be clearly felt.

Half an hour later, the lightning field completely vanished, and the Azure Dragon’s body was fully swallowed by the clouds.

"Boom!"

All of a sudden, rolling azure radiance swept madly in all directions, the clouds instantly blasted apart, and the Void was torn open with crack after crack.

A spear-like figure appeared in midair, looking down on all four directions.

This little dragon brat really was a top player in the art of showing off.

Qin Yi steered the small boat closer.

Lang Ya slowly opened his eyes, thunder still surging in their depths, but it quickly faded.

"You broke through?" Qin Yi asked.

Lang Ya said proudly, "Of course. Is there anything I can’t do?"

Qin Yi’s mouth twitched slightly.

"Brother Beggar, before you start showing off, at least take a look at yourself."

Lang Ya lowered his head; his clothes were in rags, full of holes.

But as a burst of light flashed, the azure robes on Lang Ya’s body instantly returned to their original state.

Then he actually pointed at Qin Yi. "Do you dare fight me?"

Qin Yi’s sword brows lifted; he said oddly, "You sure about that?"

"My injuries have already recovered. I told you, once I recover, you’re no match for me."

Qin Yi curled his lips. "Kid, you’re getting a bit swollen. If you want a fight, I’ll oblige. Just don’t cry when you lose."

This guy had been showing off so hard he’d started believing his own act. Had he forgotten he’d been bluffing people all along? Sure enough, tell a lie often enough and even you start to believe it.

The little white cat bared its teeth and claws at Lang Ya, its tender voice filled with indignation. "No bullying Qin Yi, baby’s Qin Yi."

Qin Yi comforted her. "Be good, watch me beat him until his dog-brain spills out."

Lang Ya slowly raised his hand; a palm-sized Dragon Scale appeared. After he activated it, the Dragon Scale whooshed out, tearing open a one-meter-wide, two-meter-high rift in the Void—this was the entrance to the Absolute Domain.

Qin Yi was very envious. When would he be able to open up his own Domain?

Lang Ya pointed at Qin Yi, then looked toward the rift.

Qin Yi’s mouth twitched slightly; he also really wanted to know what Lang Ya’s Absolute Domain looked like. At once, he put baby down, his figure flashed, and he slipped into the rift.

Lang Ya followed right after, and then the rift closed and vanished.

The scene before Qin Yi’s eyes shifted; he appeared in a strange space.

The place was about the size of a football field, but all around was Chaos, nothing at all.

Yet in the center stood a gigantic divine statue... Qin Yi looked closely; it was actually of Lang Ya himself. His face instantly filled with disdain. Just to show off, he’d dared sculpt a statue of himself. Truly something.

"Qin Yi, what do you think of my Absolute Domain?"

Like a ghost, Lang Ya appeared several dozen meters in front of Qin Yi.

Qin Yi glanced around and said in distaste, "There’s nothing here, completely empty, like an unfinished shell of a house. What’s there to evaluate?"

"Here, I am the sole sovereign. Whatever I want, I can have."

"Oh yeah?" Qin Yi’s lips curled into a sly smile. "Then do you dare conjure your Dragon Clan’s Dragon Emperor and have him serve you tea, pour your water, and carry your piss-pot?"

Lang Ya’s expression froze.

Qin Yi curled his lip. "What’s this Domain of yours called?"

Lang Ya lifted his head, puffed out his chest, and said proudly, "It’s called ’Number One Domain Under Heaven.’ Well? Isn’t that domineering?"

Qin Yi staggered, shocked until he was crispy outside and tender inside, three black lines appearing on his forehead as a flock of noisy crows flew past his ears.

His mouth twitched violently a few times, then he praised, "Really fits your pretentiousness. Now let me experience the power of your Number One Domain Under Heaven."

"Good!"

Lang Ya didn’t waste words. As he raised his hand, the surroundings trembled.

Qin Yi turned his head; from within the Chaos, giant dragon heads emerged, at least a hundred of them.

"Roar, roar...!"

A hundred Dragons bellowed, rolling sound waves surged in from all directions toward Qin Yi like tides.

Deafening. Qin Yi was hit by the terrifying Dragon Roar attack right away, his vision going black, his head dizzy.

Well now, that’s something.

Qin Yi shook his head; purple light surged all around him, forming a barrier that wrapped him within.

The rolling sound waves swept over, slammed into the barrier, purple ripples flared, and the sound waves kept bursting apart.

Qin Yi gave Lang Ya a playful look, the corner of his mouth hooked up, and he said mischievously, "That’s it?"

Lang Ya waved his hand, and the sound waves disappeared.

Then he snapped his fingers.

Qin Yi felt something, and raised his head. In the air, a gigantic dragon shadow over three hundred meters long appeared, its terrifying talons swiping straight down at him.

Qin Yi’s figure flashed, swift as a streak of light, escaping from under the Dragon Claw and charging straight at Lang Ya.

He threw a punch; his fist force surged, dazzling Fist Light sweeping out for dozens of meters.

Yet Lang Ya merely waved his hand, and Qin Yi’s Fist Light vanished bizarrely.

Lang Ya disappeared as well.

Qin Yi couldn’t help freezing for a moment. Not bad, kind of impressive.

"I told you, here I am the sovereign. All your attacks are null to me."

Lang Ya’s voice came from behind Qin Yi.

Qin Yi turned to look at him; his figure flickered as he launched a ferocious assault.

God Slaying Blade!

A giant blade over ten zhang long cleaved down toward Lang Ya.

Lang Ya simply gave a casual wave, and the God Slaying Blade disappeared; Lang Ya himself vanished too.

"Don’t waste your strength. Just admit defeat. In my Domain, no one is my match."

Lang Ya appeared at Qin Yi’s left side.

Qin Yi’s figure flickered—and abruptly disappeared.

Yet no matter how he attacked, it was all in vain.

"Qin Yi, recognize me as your boss and I’ll take you to conquer the world."

Lang Ya appeared behind Qin Yi, speaking with lonely arrogance.

Qin Yi turned to look at him, the corner of his mouth lifting slightly with a trace of mischief. "Done performing? That’s it?"

Divine Thought spread out, covering several thousand meters.

During that brief exchange, Qin Yi had already completely figured out Lang Ya’s tricks. Here, Lang Ya was indeed the sovereign—but he wasn’t invincible.
