"Will Jose agree?" Stuart asked as he held the invitation, his hand trembling with excitement.

Joshua snorted derisively, "No matter how formidable Jose Floyd is, no matter how much of a tough guy he is, he turns to jelly in Nicole’s hands. Jose Floyd has only one weakness in his life: the name ’Nicole.’

Joshua finished speaking and reached out to Nicole with a smile, "Can I borrow your phone?"

"What for?" Nicole asked, yet she still took the phone out of her pocket and handed it to Joshua.

Joshua took the phone, quickly sent a message, and returned the phone to Nicole.

"Joshua, what are you up to!" Nicole looked at the message Joshua sent—surprisingly, it was to Jose Floyd—and was a bit shocked, "Why did you send a message to Jose under my name?"

Joshua used her phone to send a message: "Jose Floyd, Regina and I are at the Floyd Family’s house. Come pick us up; we have no car."

Joshua raised an eyebrow, "I’m sure Jose Floyd will come because you’re here." As Joshua spoke, he turned his gaze to Celine Sutton, "Mom, your eldest son is coming home for dinner. Aren’t you going to cook your specialty dish?"

Celine snapped out of her daze, her face lit with joy at Joshua’s words, "Really? Jose is really willing to come home for dinner? Oh, Nicole, what does Jose like to eat? I’ll cook for him. Right, I remember the dishes he liked last time he stayed here. I’ll prepare them right away. Nicole, you must stay for dinner! And Regina too, it’s my first time meeting my granddaughter, I don’t even know what to say... today is such a good day, I’m so happy."

Celine was so happy she was almost babbling, and immediately turned to head to the kitchen to prepare dinner.

Stuart greeted Regina with fruits and snacks, "Regina, come over to Grandpa, tell Grandpa what you like to eat, and I’ll take you shopping later."

Regina smiled sweetly at Stuart, "Thank you, Grandpa."

Stuart responded with a sigh, his eyes a little misty.

"Look how excited my dad is. You love your granddaughter so much, I’ll bring you back two more someday," Joshua raised an eyebrow and smiled.

"You rascal!" Stuart cursed, "Are the ones you bring back really my grandchildren? You should learn from your brother, be devoted in love, don’t fool around outside all the time. Those girls you date, if they have your children we’d need a DNA test to let them into the Floyd Family. Not a chance, not proper at all."

"Oh come on, what’s so great about being devoted in love? If Nicole had really died back then, your eldest son would be widowed, you know! Giving up a whole forest for one tree, how foolish!" Joshua raised an eyebrow and smiled at Nicole.

Nicole pinched Joshua’s arm, "Single people have no right to speak."

"...."

"Uncle—bad! I’m going to tell—Dad." Regina ate the orange she was holding, pouting.

"Don’t be funny, am I supposed to be afraid of your dad? Pfft~" Joshua scoffed as he chewed on a bunch of grapes.

The doorbell suddenly rang outside.

"My dad’s here—" Regina grinned at Joshua.

Joshua immediately straightened up, holding the grapes.

Nicole watched his posture and laughed, "I’ll go open the door for Jose. Joshua, say what you just said to your brother’s face, teach him how to be unfaithful, how to have the whole forest, I’d also like to see Jose’s reaction to you."

After speaking, Nicole got up smiling to open the door.

"Damn—you’re setting me up!" Joshua hurriedly got up with the grapes and dashed upstairs.

Nicole opened the door and saw Jose Floyd standing at the entrance. She pursed her lips, "Jose, I... that message... I’ll call Regina out, let’s head back to Manor Estate for dinner."
