"No, I am not an alien."

Hearing this, Howard felt relieved. But before he could say anything else, Alice continued.

"I am a robot."

"Ah!"

Alice briefly showed her metallic form before returning to her normal appearance, leaving Howard and Maria stunned.

"Well, I won’t be more surprised after this," Howard said.

"No, you’ll still be surprised," Jack replied with an amused smile.

Howard looked at him suspiciously, wondering what else could possibly surprise him after everything he had already learned.

Jack then told them about Morgan and revealed that she was Tony’s future daughter.

"She’s my granddaughter?" Howard stared at Morgan’s photo in surprise. "I didn’t expect I would meet my granddaughter before I even had a son."

Maria also looked at the picture with a smile and began asking questions about their granddaughter. How old was she? What was she like?

Jack and Gwen answered their questions and told them everything they could about Morgan.

After hearing that time travel to the past would no longer be possible, Howard and Maria felt disappointed that they would never be able to see Morgan again. However, after a long conversation, they both understood the situation and accepted that it was for the best.

They also learned that Hydra was still hiding in the shadows, and that the one who attacked Howard, Bucky, was now known as the Winter Soldier and had been brainwashed by Hydra. Because of this, Howard and Maria decided to remain hidden until 2008, when Jack and Gwen would return.

Everyone left them alone to rest after everything they had learned in a single day. Jack also told Alice to give them some time to process everything.

"Now that everything went well, we’ll leave tomorrow too," Jack said to Gwen.

"Mm, I miss Mom and Dad too," Gwen said, already looking forward to returning to the future.

Later, Howard learned that his funeral would be held soon. He immediately wanted to attend it so he could see Tony one last time while still keeping himself hidden.

Since Jack and Gwen had left, Alice agreed to help them.

Two days later, Howard and Maria arrived at their own funeral. Using Plumber disguise technology, they completely changed their appearances so they looked like two ordinary strangers. Even Tony wouldn’t be able to recognize them.

"I never expected we’d be able to attend our own funeral," Howard said as he watched the people around him.

"Can you stop looking around?" Maria whispered. "I feel like those bodyguards are already considering throwing you out."

Howard quickly stopped looking around. Almost everyone there had their heads lowered in grief, while he was the only person constantly looking around at everyone.

"Okay, I’m not looking around anymore," Howard said.

The funeral continued for some time before it finally came to an end. Howard and Maria stayed behind and watched Tony for a moment.

Howard wanted to walk over and hug his son. He wanted to tell Tony that he was still alive.

But he couldn’t.

Before leaving, Howard and Maria approached Tony and offered their condolences like two complete strangers.

"Thank you," Tony said quietly.

He had no idea that the two strangers standing in front of him were actually his own parents.

Howard could only look at his son for a few seconds before turning away.

Days passed after that, and Howard and Maria kept their promise and never appeared in front of anyone again.

To the world, Howard and Maria Stark were dead.

Howard, however, soon became fascinated by Plumber technology. For the first time, he was surrounded by technology far beyond anything humanity had created. Instead of simply staying hidden, he decided to learn as much as he could so he could help the Plumbers.

The Plumbers also continued growing quietly, hidden from the world.

Soon, the years passed.

Year 1996

"Peter, behave yourself, okay? We’ll be back soon. Until then, stay with Uncle Ben and Aunt May," Peter’s mother said as she kissed him on the cheek.

Peter stayed with Uncle Ben and Aunt May while his parents left for their trip.

Soon, Richard and Mary arrived at the airport parking area.

Richard had already been preparing a message about why he had left Oscorp and why they were being hunted. Now that they had reached the airport, he decided it was finally time to record it. If something happened to him, he wanted the truth to reach the world.

He started recording the video and explained what had happened at Oscorp.

However, while recording, he suddenly noticed several men in full-body suits approaching Mary, who shouted and warned him.

"Who are you? What do you want? Don’t touch my wife!" Richard shouted as he ran toward them.

"Don’t be afraid, Mr. Parker. We’re from an organization called the Plumbers. We’re here to help you, by order from above."

Richard didn’t believe them.

Thinking they were working for Oscorp, he immediately tried to fight them to protect his wife.

Seeing Richard refusing to listen, the Plumbers looked at each other before one of them pulled out a spray.

They quickly used it on both Richard and Mary.

"What is... this..." Richard muttered before his body became weak.

Soon, both of them collapsed to the ground.

"Is it okay to do this?" a young voice from one of the Plumbers’ suits asked hesitantly.

"It’s fine. Our mission is to fake their deaths in an accident anyway. We don’t have time to explain everything here, so this method is the right choice. You’ll learn more, rookie," another Plumber replied.

"Robbie, don’t mislead the rookies. Get them out of there. Osborn’s people found them and will arrive soon," a girl’s voice suddenly sounded through all their earpieces.

"Come on, Shara. What I’m teaching them is valuable experience from a senior to a rookie," Robbie replied as they picked up Mr. and Mrs. Parker and quickly left the area.

Plumbers Base

"How did it go, Alice, sister?" Shara asked as she waited outside the room.

Alice walked out after finishing her conversation with Richard and Mary.

"I explained everything clearly, and they’ve joined our organization," Alice replied. She then looked at Shara. "But was that sleeping gas Robbie’s idea?"

"Yes. You have to stop him, sister! He’s not taking his work seriously!" Shara complained.

Alice simply smiled.

"Aren’t you his girlfriend? Shouldn’t you be the one taking care of him?"

"Aren’t you the leader here? You should be the one punishing him, sister," Shara shot back.

Before Alice could answer, Robbie suddenly appeared after hearing Shara complain to Alice.

"Hey, don’t run!"

Shara immediately bolted away as Robbie chased after her.

"Those two are truly a couple," Howard said with a laugh as he watched them.

He then looked at Alice.

"By the way, I heard you guys rescued a scientist in a situation similar to ours. Where are they?"

"They’re inside," Alice replied. "If you have time, you can show them around. I still have a lot of work to do."

Alice then left, while Howard looked toward the room where Richard and Mary were staying.

2008

"We finally returned to our time!" Jack said happily as he looked around.

After getting out of the time machine, Jack activated the storage capsule Alice had given him. The time machine was quickly stored inside it, allowing Jack and Gwen to leave the area without carrying the machine around.

They then headed back to Jack’s house.

As soon as they arrived, they noticed another Jack standing there.

"What? Who are you?" Jack asked, his eyes widening in shock and doubt.
